None will Be Sold at the Convention Regarding the IRBA Banquet ~ Please send ALL open & youth banquet ticket reservations to: Norma Hart 190 N First Avenue Coal City, Illinois 60416 We must provide the caterer with our specific banquet count by September 23rd, and we look forward to having you come join us. As realized by each, costs have continued to increase, and in order to help keep banquet costs down for our exhibitors, we have again opted to go with disposable table service. We have also chosen a menu that we feel will be both tasty and filling, but also as low in cost as possible to help with expense. The majority of our exhibitors prefer this arrangement as opposed to increased banquet ticket cost. *If you are on a special diet, please contact me should you wish to attend the banquet. It is my understanding that provided we contact the Interstate Center catering in ample advance time, they are able to provide a plated meal within your diet for the same cost as the regular banquet ticketed meal. Please be sure to order your banquet tickets by the entry deadline to ensure that we are able to give the catering service our head count as per their instructions. Unfortunately, no banquet tickets can be accepted after the deadline date. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at normahart1@cbcast.com
