Board Minute Approval June Board Meeting minutes approved New Business Registration Results 878 completely registered as of July 11, 2017. 19U Boys: Only have 9 players. Trying to find other city for them to play. 19U Girls: Only have 1 player. Will see if she would like to play for San Mateo. (see detailed report for break down) Team Forming By Division On Schedule. P& P Changes RC to update P&P to be in compliance with AYSO rules and email update to board. Sponsorships Non mandatory sponsorship for 2017 season. A strong sponsorship campaign will be rolled out. Referee Training Update Spring Referee Course had a low turn out. Intermediate class hosted with Area 2N was successful.
Three Referee classes schedule for fall. Coaches Training Update and Coaches Meetings RCA is requesting dates with the City of Belmont for coach training. RCA is requesting dates with the City of Belmont for coaches meeting. Past Business Updates 2017/2018 Budget and Finances Treasurer updated board on financials of region. Fields Update City of Belmont June 29, 2017 Field Meeting Report: Field Coordinator (FC) attended meeting and requested fields schedule to match the 2016 year. FC received verbal confirmation for fields Cost for fields are $22.00 per play for residents and $45.00 per player for non-residents Indoor Facilities cost is $30.00 per request FC emailed out Game Day Schedule and Practice Day Fields. Snack Shack: In form the City of Belmont if AYSO plans to have Shack for 2017. City Council approved a two year pilot for no dogs during games and practices. Belmont United (BU) agrees to paint all fields shared with AYSO. AYSO agrees to purchase all field paint and supplies on fields share with BU. 16U/19U Jaime to follow up with Sean White to coach 19U team. Unable to find a 19U coach
Uniforms George M would like to buy 200 polo style coaches shirts at $25/ea (pending) Board approved the proposed purchase Division Progress Winston to send reports to each DC on players on coaches by June 8, 2017. (completed) Scheduler DC to fill out google doc sheet in case Blue Hat scheduling system fails. Challenger Contract Budget of $25K Coach Admin and RC authorized to negotiate with Challenger. (pending) Registration for 5U and 6U Jenn to send blast to all 5U players from 2016. (pending) Volunteer Concussion Certification All volunteers must take concussion training.
