Nightline Overall Risk Assessment Rating (column 4) To obtain a risk rating for each identified hazard, the score for the likelihood of it happening is multiplied by the score for its potential for harm (For example, 8 (high) multiplied by 6 (normal) = 48). The final result is a list of vulnerable areas each with a risk assessment rating. The higher the number, then the greater the risk.
