Ask Column By: Anonymous Q: I love to play sports but I also like to keep my grades up. With getting older, I am having trouble keeping my grades up but I don't want to stop playing sports. What do you think I should do? A:I think that you should definitely keep playing sports because being a kid is all about having fun. Maybe take a day or two a week and keep those days for study days. Keeping up with your school is very important. Make sure to keep your grades up! NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY! Continue to Ask Column Q:These group of girls won't let me hang out with them but they are the girls everyone wants to hang out with. They just won't talk to me. What should I do? A:I think that you should just be yourself. Don't worry about hanging out with the popular group. Just find the right group of girls or boys to hang out with.
Sports Softball: Lost their first game against St.Gabriel 2 to 1. They won their 2nd game against St. Margaret Mary Track: Ally Schum won 1st place in the Shot Put at the Eastern meet with a throw of 24 ft and 11 in. Madalynn Nalley got 3rd place in the 1600 Meter, 4th place in the 800 Meter Run, and 5th place in the High Jump. Kayla White got 62nd place in the 100 Meter Dash, 12th in the 200 Meter Dash, and got 19th place in Long Jump Ashlynn Tucker ran, but her results got messed up so we don't know what place she got in her races. CSAA track meet Shelby Allen placed 4th in the 200m dash Shelby was also a member of our 4th place 4x100m relay team. Amber Maupin placed 4th in the 1600m Amber was also a member of our 4th place relay team. Madalynn Nalley placed 1st in the 1600m Madalynn also placed 1st in the 800m Madalynn placed 1st in the high jump Madalynn placed 2nd in the 200m dash Ally Schum placed 4th in the shot put. Ashlynn Tucker placed 5th in the 200m dash Ashlynn was also a member of our 4th place relay team. However, Disney is pleased to announce a live action Beauty and a Beast with Emma Watson playing the starring role of Bell. Getting excited so early is most likely not your best option because sadly this movie does not come out until March 17, 2017 and people estimated that the tickets would be sold out the first day in theaters with people sitting in the front row.
