EUROBUNGY-TRAMPOLINE Set-up instructions of the new model 2004-2010 Photos are taken with the long and short Trailer WARNING for EUROBUNGIES without hydraulic rams There is a potential risk that a pole can fall onto the other side. Keep the yellow cable with turnbuckle connected to jack and Pole at all times

1. Release the straps and elastics 2. slide out the jacks and secure it with the pin 3. lower the zink-plated footing and secure it into the 5 th hole Long Trailer with #4 boxes and inflatable tramps Short Trailer #1 box for Jumping Gear and rectangular Steel Tramps Short Trailer #1 box for Jumping Gear and rectangular Steel Tramps 2

4. slide out the trailer underneath 2. take off the pole 3. connect the blue fitting with the blue brackets 4 rest the poles on the top of the black jacks. 5. put in all necessary poles ( #2 for 1in1, #3 for 2in1 and #4 for 4in1 ) attention: stainless steel bouldhangers : two top in 45 degress, two horizontal, one facing downward 3

6. put in the banners as you see it in the pictures. ( top banners upside down, small banners logo facing outside). The blue cables are inside the big banners, green cables inside the small banners. 7. check again the direction of the bouldhangers. Two are facing right and left, two upwards like bunny ears (you connect the red cables to) and one is facing downwards where you connect the yellow cable to. 8. put the pulleys, carabiners & swivels as shown in the pictures 4

9. hang in the elastics and harness in between the loop ends of the long static blue jumper rope. Connect only one thin elastic at each side to the harness 10. Unwind the rope from the hoist. Watch the pictures closely/ Compare them with the drawing and you will know what goes where. It is a little bit confusing doing it the first time but do not give up, With a little practice you will do it in no time. Important is to unwind the winch rope and connect only one thin elastic from jumper rope to harness and another elastic to the other end of the jumper rope and!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have the yellow cable with the turnbuckle connected to the outer bould hanger from the leg at all times!!!!!!!! 5

11. Before anything with the Poles, connect the Carabiner, connected to the turnbuckle and the yellow steel cable, to the outside of the jack/leg of the platform and the other end of the cable to the bouldhanger at the outside of the end of the pole 12. lift up the poles with the lifting device or man power and hook in the carabiners of the red and blue cables into the bouldhangers on the I-BEAM. 6

13. do not push the poles over the edge. (if you hooked in the yellow cable with the turnbuckle, the poles can not be pushed over to the other side. Connect the yellow cable with the turnbuckle to the jack and don t take it off until the Pole is down again 14. It is very important to have the yellow cable conntected to the jack and pole at all times. If you don t have the hydraulic rams, there is a potential chance that the pole can fall onto the other side. 15. Check all ropes and cables if they crisscross. Check if Ropes are rolling freely over the pulleys. If not, take down the Poles and redo the configuration. 7

16. In any case, don t disconnect the yellow cable 17. You can adjust the white disc on the winch rope so the limit switch will prevent from pulling the rope end into the pulley on the top of the poles. 18 in case you have inflatable tramps inflate the trampoline ( open the valve, blow it up and check during high temp. days and release the air from time to time ) to deflate use the vacuum function of the blower and deflate 100% for easy packing!! Use carpet or tarp underneath the tramps to protect them from getting pinched!! For taking down the EUROBUNGY, please reverse these set-up instructions! Best way to store the jumper rope, all together with elastics and harness and a so called Daisy Chaine avoids and knotting etc.. 8

19. Pictures are self explained. 20 one bag one station 21. one bags one box 22 weather proofed boxes!! Do not operate without reading the Manual!! 9

Schematics you also can use additional a steel carabiner into the ss swivel and make sure you use a plier to secure the bolts of the swivels firmly 10

Set-Up step by step Set-Up and Description of the new 4in1 EUROBUNGY-TRAMPOLINE model 2005 Equipment A. Introduction to the 4-in-1 The 4-in-1 is a new and patented system based on the common bungy-trampoline, invented and made popular by Frank Bare (World record holder in acrobatics, 3-time Olympic gold medal coach). The 4-in-1 has revolutionized this design for a multiple and modern use. With the 4-in-1, it is possible to serve 4 jumpers simultaneously within a limited space (30 ft X 30 ft X 24 ft). If used properly, the 4-in-1 allows for extraordinarily high jumps with stability and safety. This spectacular fun-sport can be enjoyed by all ages, allowing all skill levels to partake in acrobatic and coordinative motions that build confidence and exercise the body. Due to the special harness and elastic system, neck and shoulder landings have been eliminated, giving the 4-in-1 a unique freedom of movement and unlimited fun. B. Equipment List Four Pieces of 4 diameter Arms at one end (down end) it has a center connection that will be connected to the center-cross of the Square-Tube with a 11/16 diameter bolt, at the other end (outer end) these Arms are open and have five mounted anchor points - 236 in length; aluminum. One Platform on Slide-Out-Jacks - I-Beam framed Platform with 80 x80 and aluminum sheet flooring - #4 7500lbs strong jacks - #4 mounted winches with one static rope of 8mm diameter on the Drums - # 4 pulleys on swivels. Four Electrical Winches - operated by 110 Volts - #1 20 long, 8mm thick, rope with one sewn loop end and metal thimble 11

Four complete Jump-Sets - 1 set of LOOPS/Powercords - #4 BUNGY-Trampoline-Harnesses (2s,2l) with Alu Swivels connected into the side Loops. - 4 static jumper ropes with two sewn Lop Ends and 80 length, with one sewn Loop EndAlu-carabiner hooked into the swn Loop End to hook in the elastics. Four Trampolines - 4 steel-framed trampolines with a diameter of 12 feet or - 4 inflatable trampolines with minimum 10 diameter # 4 3/16 steel cables (a), plastic coated, 238 with one steel carabiner on one end of the cable and one steel carabiner and turnbuckle at the other end of the cable. # 8 3/16 steel cables(b), plastic coated, 245 one steel carabiner at each end. # 8 3/16 steel cables (c), plastic coated, 130.5 with one carabiner at each end of the cable. # 4 pairs of 3/16 steel cables (d), plastic coated, 62 with one one side and one steel carabiner at the other end in which both cables are hooked into! SET-UP Slide out the #4 jacks horizontally and secure them with the bolts and pins Slide out the metal jacks vertically and secure the stainless steel pin into the last hole of the vertical chrome leg of the jack. Do not connect any turnbuckle without a carabiner in between into the stainless steel bouldhanger. Always use a steel carabiner. If you don t have a trailer, skip this point. Lift the Platform until you can move the Trailer underneath. Place the four poles into the brackets which are sitting on the corners of the big 80 x80 platform! On the end of the Poles are five stainless steel bouldhanger., In one, facing vertically down, you hook into the steel cables a Let the Poles hang right in there! 12

Hook two Cables b into the top two stainless steel bouldhanger and the shorter Cables c into the stainless steel bouldhanger which are mounted in the middle of the poles. Hook the stainless steel swivels (one side is connected to a Pulley) of the outer two blue/purple pulleys of the jumper rope into the two stainless steel bouldhanger which are mounted horizontally at the end of the poles. Just follow the Rope Configuration sheet! Connect the carabiner of the Turnbuckles of the Cable a into the Couers from the base plate of the jacks which are facing outward! Unwind almost all rope of the winch ( just lift the black clutch lever) until you have at least three windings After you have connected all Swivel and Pulleys to the Poles and Structure verify you did according the configuration sheet and use a plier to tight the bolt from the stainless steel swivel firmly! Lift the Poles up and hook the steel carabiners into the Bouldhanger, sitting on the top-side of the I-Beams at the Platform! Cable b hook into the two middle ones and Cable c into the outer Bouldhanger! Connect the jacks with the belly side of the I-Beams with the Cable d.the Steel carabiner which connects two Cables d. You hook into the coeur sitting at the base plate of the jack facing inside. Turn the Platform up with using the handle of the jacks until the cables are tight! If you press softly with the hand against the cable you should be able top push it in ~ 1 deep. You can check the right tension of the cables when you are jumping. The Pole should move slightly but not much. If they are not moving at all, the tension is to high. Hook into the Loops according the manual and start to jump! Adjust the turnbuckles from cable a to assure that the jacks are neither bent inwards nor outwards! For Take Down Purposes: just do the set-up reverse! 13
