more basketball. more often. WE ARE PROUD to present Basketball Victoria s four-year Strategic Plan. This plan will provide the framework that will guide our overall direction from 2017-2020. Introduction The plan will inspire us to always seek to improve and unite the sport across all levels in the pursuit of a common cause: more basketball, more often. Our roadmap to success has been paved with a firm commitment to providing a collaborative, engaging and welcoming environment, ensuring the sport cements its position as a market leader and best practice performer across all levels of governance and operations. The Basketball Victoria plan is underpinned by four strategic cornerstones which provide the fundamental framework for, and delivery of, the organisation s objectives. Within this plan, our organisation will continue to provide opportunities across all levels of our sport. We will be resolute in our quest to be the sport of choice and will continue to work with a range of stakeholders to achieve this objective.
