Adnodd Ieuenctid RHAN 1: DECHREUADAU DARLLENIAD YR WYTHNOS HON Marc 1:9-15 AMCAN Y CYFARFOD Cael y grŵp i feddwl am yr hyn sy n eu temtio a sut y gallwn oresgyn temtasiwn. ADNODDAU Paratoi ffordd i ddangos fideos. Sbageti, Malws Melys eitemau cwrs ymosod, Beiblau eitemau sy n ein temtio. Selotep, glud, papur ac eitemau crefft eraill. GÊM 15 Rhennwch y grŵp yn grwpiau llai o 3/4 a darperwch baced o sbageti a phecyn o falws melys i bob un. Eu hamcan yw adeiladu r adeiladwaith talaf sy n sefydlog. GÊM a heriau. Amcan: Adeiladu cwrs ymosod ar gyfer y tîm sy n cynnwys temtasiwn Rhennwch y grŵp yn grwpiau llai o 5/6. Mae angen i chi ddarparu iddynt amrywiaeth o eitemau y gallant gropian o danynt, drostynt drwyddynt, yn ogystal â phosau y byddai angen iddynt eu cwblhau, ac eitemau a fyddai n cynnig temtasiwn. Defnyddiwch eich dychymyg a byddwch yn greadigol wrth gasglu adnoddau. PRYD A THRAFODAETH Mae hwn yn bwynt da i gael egwyl/byrbryd neu bryd gyda ch grŵp, cyn neu yn ystod y drafodaeth. Dylai thema r drafodaeth edrych ar sut y temtiwyd yr Iesu ar ôl ei fedydd (adnodau Marc 1:9-15).Cyfeiriwch at faterion bywyd perthynol i ch grŵp sy n delio gyda dechrau/her newydd ond sydd â themtasiynau wedi eu cuddio oddi mewn, e.e. Dechrau ysgol newydd a gwneud ffrindiau newydd, bod â r demtasiwn o geisio bod yn rhywun nad ydych, ceisio ffitio i mewn, a yw hynny n cynnwys yfed, ac ysmygu? Pan fydd pethau n mynd yn rhy anodd a ydym yn cael ein temtio i roi r gorau?a oes unrhywun wedi ei demtio pan fyddant yn dechrau ar her newydd? Trafodwch sut yr oedd yr Iesu n teimlo/sut yr ydym ni n teimlo? Sut y gorchfygodd yr Iesu demtasiwn? Sut y gallem ni oresgyn temtasiwn? Gallech ddefnyddio Sesiwn 7 Youth Alpha Active Stream (Ffrwd Weithredol). GWEDDI GREADIGOL Gwelwch gyfarwyddiadau YouCube. Cyn y sesiwn hon dylid anfon llythyr (gweler atodiad ) i aelodau o r grŵp i w hannog i ddod ag eitemau i ludio ar eu YouCube perthynol i Ddechreuadau. Yn ystod yr amser hwn o fyfyrio gallant osod/gludio eu heitemau ynghyd ag eitemau crefftau eraill ar1 ochr eu bocs i ddangos eu meddyliau/ profiadau o gael eu temtio pan oeddent yn dechrau rhywbeth newydd. GWYLIWCH A THRAFODWCH Gwyliwch: Recall Everything: More of Something: Gan geisio mwy o rywbeth yn ei fywyd, mae Quaid yn ymweld â chwmni sy n plannu atgofion ffug Bywyd y gallent for wedi ei ddilyn. PWYNT ALLWEDDOL Y prif bwynt yma yw darganfod bod temtasiynau ym mhobman, phan fyddwn yn cyrraedd cyfnod newydd yn ein bywydau maent yn fwy amlwg nag ar adegau eraill. Dylai r sesiwn hon gyfarparu r grŵp ag arfwisg duwiol y maent yn gallu ei defnyddio pan ddeuant ar draws temtasiwn.

Adnodd Ieuenctid RHAN 2: PETHAU ANNISGWYL DARN DARLLEN YR WYTH- NOS HON Genesis 18: 9-15, 21:1-17 Marc 8:34 AMCAN Y CYFARFOD Sesiwn sy n archwilio sut mae n edrych a sut mae n teimlo i ddilyn Crist. ADNODDAU Moddion i chwarae Mario Karts, tarpolin clip rhyngrwyd, 50+ o falwnau wedi eu llenwi â dŵr, 2 x fwgwd, 2 faner, Beiblau, adnodau wedi eu hargraffu. Car Tegan posibl i gynrychioli. GÊM Mario Karts; Darparu r modd i r grŵp chwarae Mario karts gyda i gilydd. Bydd myfyrio ar hyn yn ystod y drafodaeth. GÊM 15 Osgowch y bom Amcan : Yr amcan yw i bartneriaid gyarwyddo i gilydd drwy r bomiau ac i r canol i gasglu r faner lliw cywir. Pob cyfranogwr i dynnu eu hesgidiau a u sannau, oherwydd eu bod yn mynd i fynd yn wlyb!! Gosodwch y bomiau dŵr ar lawr/ ar y tarpolin gan wneud yn siŵr nad ydynt yn rhy bell ar wahân nac yn rhy agos at ei gilydd. Pob cyfranogwr i dynnu eu hesgidiau a u sannau. Mae un partner i gael mwgwd a r llall i w gyfarwyddo, yn defnyddio cyfarwyddiadau geiriol, drwy r drysni o fomiau i gasglu r faner ac yn ddiogel yn ôl eto. Mae dwy set o bartneriaid yn gwneud hyn ar yr un pryd, yn dibynnu ar eich lleoliad gellwch adeiladu hyn i fyny i fwy o grwpiau n ei wneud ar yr un pryd. PRYD A THRAFODAETH Mae hwn yn bwynt da i gael egwyl/byrbryd neu bryd gyda ch grŵp, cyn neu yn ystod y drafodaeth. Pwy sydd yn Eich Car? Cyfeiriadau Beiblaidd: Genesis 18:9-15 Genesis 21:1-17 Marc 8:34 (Y Neges) Trafodwch sut y bu i Abraham a Sara ddibynnu ar Dduw drwy eu holl fywyd, ond pan ddywedodd Duw y byddai Sara n cael baban chwarddodd oherwydd ei bod yn meddwl ei bod yn rhy hen. Pan fyddwn yn dibynnu ar Dduw mae ef yn darparu popeth sydd arnom ei angen, ond mae angen i ni ei ddilyn ef. Beth mae hynny n ei olygu? (Edrychwch ar Marc 8:3) Dychmygwch gar gyda chi a r Iesu ynddo, lle byddech eich dau yn eistedd; yn sedd y gyrrwr, y sedd gefn, neu sedd teithiwr? GWEDDI GREADIGOL Gweler eich cyfarwyddiadau YouCube. Cyn y sesiwn hon dylid anfon llythyr (gweler atodiad ) i aelodau r grŵp i w hannog i ddod ag eitemau i w glynu ar eu YouCube perthynol i Bethau Annisgwyl. Yn ystod yr amser hwn o fyfyrdod gallant osod/lynu eu heitemau ynghyd ag eitemau crefft eraill ar 1 ochr o u bocs i ddangos eu meddyliau/profiadau o gael eu temtio pan fu iddynt ddechrau rhywbeth newydd. Felly sut y gallwn beidio ag ymddiried yn Nuw i n gyrru n ddiogel. Nid yw hyn yn golygu na fydd unrhyw heriau, ond mae n golygu os byddwn yn ymddiried ynddo ef yna bydd popeth

Adnodd Ieuenctid RHAN 2: ADFER DARN DARLLEN YR WYTH- NOS HON Genesis 1:32, 1 Pedr 5:, AMCAN Y CYFARFOD Darganfod sut y mae Duw yn ein hiacháu a n hadfer. Crëwch fowld o glai ar gyfer i blât eistedd ynddo chael ei gynnal. Torrwch yr un plât yn y mowld, gan wneud yn siŵr bod darnau n aros oddeutu r un maint ag un jig- so. Dechreuwch drwy drafod sut y bu i Dduw wneud y ddaear yn Dda, ac yn berffaith, on difwynodd dyn hi gyda phechod. Edrychwch ar doriadau papur newydd o ryfel, newyn, afiechyd, a throsedd (byddwch yn ofalus gyda r erthyglau newyddion yr ydych yn eu dewis)sut yr ydym yn meddwl y mae Duw yn teimlo am hyn i gyd? Edrychwch ar Ioan 2:13-22. Beth oedd yr Iesu n ceisio i wneud/ddweud? A fydd Duw yn ein hadfer? (Sicrhewch eich bod yn gwneud yn glir ei fod yn ein hadfer os bydd gennym ffydd ac y byddwn yn ei ddilyn ef). Edrychwch ar 1 Pedr 5: GWEDDI GREADIGOL 15 Gweddïau Papur Newydd Fel grŵp gludiwch erthyglau papur newydd a ddewiswyd ar gerdyn caled. Eu cael i ysgrifennu geiriau o amgylch yr ymyl perthynol i ddigwyddiadau phrofiadau sydd wedi malurio creadigaeth Duw. Unwaith y byddant wedi gwneud hyn gallant dorri allan neu ysgrifennu ysgrythur dros yr erthyglau fel gweddi i ofyn am eu hadfer, eraill, y sir, ac arweinwyr. Yn ystod yr amser hwn o fyfyrio gallant osod/glynu eu heitemau ynghyd ag eitemau crefftau eraill ar 1 ochr eu bocs i ddangos eu meddyliau /profiadau o r modd y mae Duw wedi adfer a dod ag iachad i r byd ac i ch bywyd chi. PWYNT ALLWEDDOL Gwnaeth Duw r byd yn berffaith a r natur ddynol sy n niweidio ac yn malurio ei greadigaeth. Ond oherwydd mai ni yw ei blant a i fod yn ein caru bydd yn ein hadfer. Ond fel y bu i ni ddysgu r wythnos ddiwethaf mae angen i ni ymddiried ynddo a i ddilyn.

Adnodd Ieuenctid RHAN 4: DECHREUADAU NEWYDD DARN DARLLEN YR WYTH- NOS HON Luc 2:33-35 AMCAN Y CYFARFOD Archwilio sut y gallwn wrando n well ar Dduw ac eraill sy n siarad y gwirionedd yn ein bywydau. ADNODDAU 3/4 pêl ysbwng, Stereo, Pethau da, Synau wedi eu rhagrecordio, papur Siart Droi, marcwyr, Beiblau, ysgrythur wedi ei argraffu. Eitemau crefftau ar gyfer eich YouCube GÊM neuadd. Rhowch eitem i bob grŵp. Dylai dau grŵp gael peth da ych-a-fi a dylai dau grŵp gael peth da/siocled neis. Dywedwch wrth y grwpiau y bydd y gwirfoddolwyr yn dod yn ôl i mewn mewn munud. Mae n rhaid iddynt beidio â dweud wrth y gwirfoddolwyr a oes ganddynt rywbeth neis neu ych-a-fi yn eu grŵp. Eu tasg yw ceisio perswadio r gwirfoddolwyr i lynu gyda hwy drwy geisio u perswadio n uchel mai eu heitem hwy yw r orau. Anogwch y grŵp i fod mor uchel a pherswadiol ag y bo modd. Mae n rhaid iddynt i gyd weithredu fel pe bai ganddynt y peth da GORAU UN Dywedwch wrth y gwirfoddolwyr am ddod yn ôl i mewn. Mae ganddynt eiliad i weld pa grŵp y maent yn mynd i w gredu a sefyll nesaf ato. Bydd yn rhaid iddynt fwyta beth bynnag y maent yn sefyll nesaf ato. Gadewch i anhrefn deyrnasu am eiliad ac yna datgelwch a ydynt wedi sefyll wrth ymyl grŵp gyda pheth da neis neu ych-a-fi. Youth Resource PART 1: BEGINNINGS THIS WEEKS PASSAGE Mark 1:9-15 MEETING AIM To get the group thinking about what tempts them and how we can overcome temptation. RESOURCES Prepare a way to show videos. Spaghetti, Marshmallows, assault course items, Bibles, items that tempt us. Cellotape, glue, paper and other craft items. 15 Divide the group into smaller groups of 3/4, provide each of them with a packet of spaghetti and a pack of marshmallows. Their aim is to build the tallest structure that is stable. Aim: To build an assault course for the opposing team that involves temptation and challenges. Divide the group Into smaller groups of 5/6. You need to provide them with a variety of items that they can crawl under, over, through, as well as puzzles that they would need to complete, and items that would offer a temptation. Use your imagination and be creative when gathering resources. MEAL AND DISCUSSION This is a good point to have a break/snack or meal with your group, before or during the discussion. The theme of the discussion should look at how Jesus was tempted after his baptism (verses Mark 1:9-15). Refer to life issues relative to your group that deal with a new start/ challenge but have temptations hidden within, e.g. Starting a new school and making new friends, having the temptation of trying to be someone you re not, trying to fit it in, does that include drinking, and smoking? When things get too hard are we tempted to quit? Has anyone been tempted when they start on a new challenge? Discuss how Jesus felt/how we feel? How did Jesus overcome temptation? How could we overcome temptation? You could use Youth Alpha Session 7 Active Stream. CREATIVE PRAYER Please see YouCube instructions. KEY POINT The main point here is to discover that there are temptations everywhere, and when we arrive at a new stage in our lives they are more prominent than at other times. This session should equip the group with godly armour they are able to use when they come across temptation.

Youth Resource PART 2: SURPRISES THIS WEEKS PASSAGE Genesis 18: 9-15, 21:1-17 Mark 8:34 MEETING AIM A session that explores what it looks like and how it feels to follow Christ. RESOURCES Means to play Mario Karts, & internet clip tarpaulin, 50+ filled water balloons, 2 x blindfolds, 2 flags, Bibles, printed verses. Possible toy car as a representation. Mario Karts; Provide the group with the means to play Mario karts together. This will be reflected on during the discussion. 15 Dodge the Bomb Aim: The aim is for partners to direct each other through the bombs and to the centre to collect the correct coloured flag. All participants to remove their shoes and socks, because they are going to get wet!! Lay the water bombs on the ground/ tarpaulin making sure they aren t too far apart or too close together. All participants to remove their shoes and socks. One partner is to be blindfolded and the other to direct them using verbal directions, through the maze of bombs to collect the flag and safely back again. Two sets of partners do this at the same time, depending on your venue you can build this up to more groups doing it at once. MEAL AND DISCUSSION This is a good point to have a break/snack or meal with your group, before or during the discussion. Who s in Your Car? When we rely on God he provides everything we need, but we need to follow him. What does that mean? KEY POINT When we put God in the driving seat, we don t know what will happen, but we know that the bible tells us that all things are possible, and God wants to prosper us. Therefore how can we not trust God to drive us safely. This doesn t mean that there will be know challenges, but it does mean that if we trust Him then all things will turn good.

Youth Resource PART 3: RESTORATION THIS WEEKS PASSAGE Genesis 1:32, 1 Peter 5:, John 2:13-22 MEETING AIM To discover how God heals and restores us. RESOURCES Clay, plates, brightly coloured clothes, 2 large tubs, Bibles,printed verses restoration, transformation, faith, newspaper clippings, glue, tape, felt tips Fix it Depending on your group size have two or three of these ready. Create a clay mould for a plate to sit in and be supported. Smash the same plate in the mould, making sure that pieces stay about the same size as that of a jigsaw puzzle. Each team has to race to complete the puzzle of the broken plates. not too small, but so it s like a jigsaw puzzle. 5 Catwalk Aim: To get all the clothes on the model before the other team. Split into teams with one person being the model, at the end of the Run Way, and the others at the opposite end in the Dressing Room. As they run from the dressing room down the runway, to the model,they collect an item of clothing to dress the model. They then run back to the dressing room to tag the next person. MEAL AND DISCUSSION This is a good point to have a break/snack or meal with your group, before or during the discussion. Start off by discussing how God made the earth Good, and perfect, but man tainted it with sin. Look at newspaper clippings of war, famine, disease, and crime (be careful with the news articles you choose). How do we think God feels about all this? Look at John 2:13-22. What was Jesus trying to do/say? Will God restore us? (Ensure you make clear that yes he restores us if we have faith and follow him). Look at 1 Peter 5: CREATIVE PRAYER 15 Newspaper Prayers As a group glue chosen newspaper articles on to a stiff card. Get them to write words around the edge relating to events and experiences that has fractured Gods creation. Once they have done this they can cut or write scripture over the articles as a prayer to ask for restoration for them, others, the country, and leaders. But as we learnt last week we need to trust him and follow him.

Youth Resource PART 4: NEW BEGINNINGS THIS WEEKS PASSAGE Luke 2:33-35 MEETING AIM To explore how we can listen to God and other who speak truth into our lives better. RESOURCES 3/4 Sponge balls, Stereo, Sweets, Pre-recorded sounds, Flip Chart paper, markers, Bibles, printed scripture. Craft items for YouCube Dodge Ball Two teams each at the opposite end of the hall. 4-5 sponge balls are placed in the centre of the room. When the Ref shouts; one, two, three, dodge each team runs in with the aim to get a ball and throw it the other team members below their shoulders. If they get hit they are out. Choose three volunteers 5 and send them out of the room. Next divide the youth into 4 groups, asking each to go into a different corner. Give each group an item. Two groups should have a nasty sweet and two groups should have a nice sweet/chocolate. Tell the groups that in a moment the volunteers will come back in. They must not tell the volunteers whether they have something nice or nasty in their group. Their task is to try to persuade the volunteers to stick with them by loudly trying to persuade them that their item is the best. Encourage the groups to be as loud and persuasive as possible. They all have to act as if they have the VERY best sweet. Tell the volunteers to come back in. They have seconds to see which group they are going to believe and stand next too. They will have to eat whatever they stand next to. Let chaos reign for seconds and then reveal whether they ve stood by a group with a nice or nasty sweet. They then have to eat the sweet nasty or nice. Bring everyone back together and ask the volunteers why they decided to believe one group over another. Make the point that there are many voices that are shouting at us today telling us how to live TV, media, internet, music, advertisers are screaming at us that their way is the best way. But if we listen to what they are telling us, we may be disappointed they don t really care about us. The big story of the Bible is that God created us, He knows everything about us, He loves us and He wants to speak to us. The question is are we listening to Him? Numerous times throughout his life Jesus said If you have ears, then listen to what God is saying?. Why did He say that? Because what God is saying is good news God wants to help us, heal us, rescue us, encourage us, inspire us, protect us, provide for us the list goes on. But if we re not listening then we ll miss out on all the good stuff He has for us. MEAL AND DISCUSSION This is a good point to have a break/snack or meal with your group, before or during the discussion. Listening and listening well is really hard. Get into small groups and hand out a large sheet of paper (A3 size) and felt pens. Ask the groups to write the word LISTEN' in the middle and create a spider diagram of words that really explain what listening means. Hopefully the following words will come up: Concentrate, focus on, pay attention, take notice, think about, ponder, muse, apply, put into practice. When Mary and Joseph heard and listened to what Simeon said they were amazed. Read Luke 2:33-35. How different could Jesus Life have been if they hadn t listened to Simeon? When it comes to listening to talks, sermons or people speaking truth in to your lives what do you find hard? Back in small groups. Make a list of ideas that could help you listen to talks/sermons? They might come up with the following ideas: Try not to let your mind wander. Ask God to help you listen pray about it. Look at the speaker Have a Bible open Try remembering what the main ideas/points are. Write things down make notes get a pen and notebook for this. Aim to get something from the talk even if it's something small it's something to take away and remember practice it's hard sometimes when you don't feel in the mood but try and keep trying. Value We have looked at how we put a value on things from everyday items such as a jumper, to an expensive car.
