San Fernando School Route Improvement Program Phase 3 Cycle 2 Federal Grant Application Project List Since this is Phase 3 of San Fernando s School Route Improvement Program some projects have already been funded. These will be shown together with existing diagrams and labeled existing/previously funded. We need to add further safety enhancements to these locations. As our program is phased, we can t fund it all at once so are doing it in stages. They would be shown simply as existing but construction hasn t been completed. Existing and previously funded conditions are listed first, followed by the proposed project list for each location. 1.
