Brevard County Lacrosse Organizational Overview Parent Organization: Friends of Brevard Lacrosse (FBL) 9 Member Schools Cocoa Beach Eau Gallie Edgewood Melbourne Merritt Island Rockledge Satellite Viera West Shore The Lacrosse Program is 100% Self-funded No School District funding FBL is solely responsible for filing the tax information with the IRS and maintaining tax exempt status with the State of Florida Member schools are not permitted to maintain any separate bank accounts.

Brevard County Lacrosse Organizational Overview Member schools monies are held & disbursed by FBL $250 Player Fee (Non-refundable after season begins) $10 from every player fee is paid to FBL for administrative costs FBL interfaces with the Brevard School Board FBL pays all referees and the coaches of all member schools FBL is self-insured through U.S. Lacrosse FBL is a registered 501c-3 501c-3 Status makes FBL a non-profit tax-exempt organization All donations over and above the initial $250 player fee are tax deductible
