8 TH GRADE BASKETBALL A HUGE round of applause for all Falcons who tried out for 8 th grade basketball! You are courageous for putting yourself out there and reaching for your dreams. If you didn t make it this time, do not let that discourage you from working hard, getting better, and continuing to go for it! CONGRATULATIONS to those selected to our 2016 Girls and Boys Basketball Teams! You are amazing and should be proud of your accomplishment! See you in the gym! PLAYER/PARENT MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2 MK12 Please make every reasonable effort to attend. Girls 4:30-5:15pm Boys 5:20-6:05pm First games are this THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3 at home in the KS gym versus Smedberg! Girls will play first at 4:15pm. Boys will play immediately following the girls game. $3 adults, $1 middle and high school students, KS students with ASB sticker and children younger than middle school age are FREE. Concessions sold for $1 each. Small bills GREATLY appreciated! Student-athletes - please arrive at the gym dressed and ready to take on Smedberg! Falcon Fans we hope to see you there to cheer on your fellow Falcons! Always remember to be loud, proud, and positive! You are all representatives of KS! WRESTLING Calling all girls and all boys from KS AND all girls and all boys in 3 rd grade and up from KS feeder elementary schools (Adreani, Baety, Cosumnes, Dillard, Pleasant Grove, Sierra Enterprise, and Sunrise), it s time for wresting season! There are no tryouts for wrestling. There are not cuts for wrestling. In order to condition, practice, and/or compete, you must have an athletic clearance packet on file in the athletic office (even if you are an elementary student.) Wrestling Conditioning begins November 7, from 4-6pm. Wrestling Practice begins November 28, from 4-6pm. Wrestler/Parent Meeting November 30. Please make every reasonable effort to attend. Tournaments are on Saturdays beginning in December and running through March for boys and through April for girls. CROSS COUNTRY and VOLLEYBALL UNIFORM RETURN If you have not yet turned in your uniform, please do so ASAP to avoid a fine.
