THIS APPLIES TO ALL PLAYERS BFC reserves the right to decline any player s application. What does BSC and BFC Mean? Budgewoi Soccer Club (BSC) is the licensed premises here at Millington Way, Buff Point. It is 1 of 7 clubs under the Wyong Rugby League Club Group (WRLCG). Budgewoi Football Club (BFC) is the major affiliated sporting club of BSC. BSC Membership All senior players MUST become members of the licensed club along with a minimum of 1 junior parent/guardian. Membership can be obtained at the BSC front reception or bar any time that the club is open. The cost is $12.00 per year. This will provide you with club information and beverage discounts. In return your outlay will help us maintain our ovals and sporting equipment.
The FFA Online System - (MyFootballClub.com.au) This FFA online system is the official registration system throughout Australia, it is self-service. To use the system every player needs an online account, if you have previously registered using this system please use your existing account. If you have forgotten your log in details then please follow the online prompts to retrieve them. This is the only way to get registered, registration forms do not get handed out to clubs anymore. The system is designed to be quick and easy and is available 24/7. If you do experience any problems, please ask a friend/team mate/coach for help first before contacting the club. Online Registration, Email and Phone Numbers Please make sure that you submit your correct details as they will be passed over to your coach and committee for communication purposes. If your details change during the year, you can simply log back in to your FFA online account and change your details. Photos Photos for your Registration ID are the responsibility of the individual and can be uploaded via your FFA online account. Please follow the online instructions as to the type and size of the photo that is required. This year the system won t allow a player to appear on a team sheet unless a new photo has been uploaded. Photo ID is required for U9 and older. What is included in Registration? We are very proud to announce that your registration fee will entitle you to a complete playing strip (socks, shorts and shirt), a complete training strip (socks, shorts and shirt) and a polo shirt. If you are 16 years or younger you will also be receiving a training ball. The playing shirt will remain the property of the club and must be returned at the end of the season. Additional Fee s BFC has NO additional ongoing weekly match fees (not like many of our neighbouring clubs who charge a lower up front registration fee). However, older teams starting with U10 s may have match officials appointed to their game which will incur fees. These fees will have to be covered by each individual team and it is entirely up to them to decide on how to do that. The fee for the officials is shared by both the home and away side. Our U5 s U9 s won t have match officials, however where possible we do encourage our Junior Comp players to help out with the refereeing of our younger players. This will only happen at our home games and when it does, we ask that our BFC spectators encourage and support the young cadet referees. This cost would be no more than $1.00 - $1.50 per player. Refunds A terminated registration will incur a 25% administration fee plus the cost of the playing and training strips that you received. The playing shirt must be returned.
Payment Options THERE IS NO PART PAYMENT OPTION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You can pay through the secure online system, or in person at the canteen between 3 and 7 pm on Friday 30 th January or Friday 6 th February. Eftpos will be available and cheques are accepted, there is an ATM within the Licensed Club. You CANNOT pay at the front desk or in person to the Football Administrator. Whether paying online or at the Club only full payment will be accepted. Gear Pick-up Our new training and playing gear All gear will be forwarded on once it arrives and once players have been finalised into teams. Due to the lateness of last year s polo shirts, this year s polo shirt won t be getting handed out until mid-season. This is to honour the promise over exposure that we made to last years sponsor. Behaviour BFC, like all Clubs in Australia has a code of conduct. Abusive behaviour towards anyone no matter the circumstances will not be tolerated. Football is a passionate game, often it can become charged with emotion, if you do find yourself in a confronting situation, WALK AWAY. To put it simply, please treat everyone how you would like to be treated yourself.

BFC believes that our fees are the best value on offer by any club. With our playing and training strips along with our polo shirts valued at over $100 per player, you can easily see that our Licensed Club helps subsidise our costs. Our fees also include training and match balls, end of season trophies and give-aways on Junior Presentation Day. There is a $25 Man of the Match voucher for all senior teams playing at home throughout the course of the season. We are most fortunate in having private grounds to train and play on, this is at substantial cost to WRLCG and BSC in particular. All that we ask in return is that you support your club by becoming a member and frequent the licensed Club now and again, maybe take the family for an excellent meal at the renowned Johne s Angkasa Restaurant. Helping us during the year with some volunteer time at our fundraising events (raffles, social events, canteen or the like), will be very much appreciated. BFC is 1 of the 4 founding clubs of Football on the Central Coast. Whilst being very proud of our past, we will continue to strive for on field success and off field management for the benefit of our players and supporters.
