Introduction 1.1 GENERAL The rally will be run in compliance with FIA International Sporting Code (ISC) and its appendices, 2018 FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations (FIA-RRSR), National Sporting Regulations which comply with FIA regulations and se Regulations (SR). Modifications, amendments and/or changes to se Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated Bulletins (issued by Organiser or Stewards). Additional information will be published in Rally Guide 2, to be issued on Wednesday, 29 August The 2018 FIA Regional Rally Championships Sporting Regulations can be found at: During rally, for any dispute concerning interpretation of regulations, only English text will be binding. 1.2 ROAD SURFACE The Rally stages will be run on gravel with a few short sections of asphalt on some stages (asphalt on 9,2% of total SS distance). 1.3 OVERALL SS DISTANCE AND TOTAL DISTANCE OF THE ITINERARY SS Distance: 215,92 km Total Distance: 953,47 km == 2. Entries 4.1 CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES The closing date for entries: Thursday, 6 September 2018, 24:00 hrs local time (GMT+2) 4.2 Entry procedure Foreign competitors Those who wish to take part in 75th Rally Poland must fill electronic Entry Form published at (Competitors section) and send it duly completed before closing date for entries. Completed electronic Entry Form is automatically sent by to Organiser and to competitor. 6 Regulations

9 The entry application must be accompanied by: Payment receipt of total entry fee Photocopies of Competitor, Driver and Co-Driver (if Co-Driver is indicated in application) Competition license Photocopies of Driver and Co-Driver (if Co-Driver is indicated in application) driving licenses Photocopy of 1st page of car homologation form for entered car In case one of above listed obligations is no fulfilled, organiser can reject entry. The confirmation of entry will be confirmed by mail and with publication of official entry list. Electronic documents should be attached to application or sent by to Foreign drivers must be in possession of approval of ir own ASN which must be attached to Entry Form or shown at Administrative Checks at latest Polish competitors Competitors who have a license issued by Polish ASN must follow same procedure described in Art. 8.1 in 2018 Polish Rally Championship Regulations. Polish competitor must fill electronic Entry Form published at Or procedures The competitor should be prepared to show originals of all required documents during Administrative Checks The competitor who wishes to receive a VAT invoice for entry fee, fee for additional space in Service Park and or fees must give details to invoice through electronic Entry Form. It is condition that competitor will receive VAT invoice during Administrative Checks The original fully completed and signed Entry Form must reach Organiser (address details in Art. 2.3) no later than Tuesday, 11 September By sending Entry Form competitor, driver and co-driver agree for processing ir personal data for purpose of organization of rally and publishing photos and results in media nad on websites: and Competitor/driver/co-driver have right to access, rectify abovementioned and request to stop processing ir personal data. Requesting to stop processing personal data means that competitor will not participate in rally. 4.3 NUMBER OF COMPETITORS ACCEPTED AND CLASSES Number of competitors accepted The number of entrants accepted in rally is 70. If more than 70 entries are received, Organiser reserves sole right to decide which entries among Non-priority Drivers will be accepted. Regulations 7

Please ensure that entrant s name and account holder are included as reference on all bank transfers. 4.6 Refunds Entry fees will be refunded in full only: to candidates whose entry has not been accepted in case of rally not taking place The Organiser may refund up to 50% of entry fee to those competitors who, for reason of force majeure (duly certified by ir ASN), were unable to start rally. The application for a refund, stating reason for not starting, must reach in writing to Organiser (biuro@rallypoland.pl) before start of Administrative Checks. Bank account details must be included. == 5. Insurance 5.1 INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE ORGANISER Organiser s liability insurance The Organiser has concluded an insurance contract with PZU SA, contract No with Organiser s liability insurance covering damage caused to a third party during competition up to The insurance cover will come into effect from start of rally and will cease at end of rally or at moment of permanent retirement or disqualification. Cars having retired and restarted shall not be considered to have permanently retired. Crews participating in Shakedown, Free Practice and Qualifying Stage, will be insured for its duration under same policy Damage caused to third party A part of insurance contract No concluded with PZU SA is coverage for damages caused to a third party. However, damages caused by drivers among mselves are not covered by this contract. 10 Regulations

13 5.1.3 Car third party liability insurance All crews at Administrative Checks have to hand in a valid motor third party liability insurance policy International Green Card for ir car. Without this card, crew won t be permitted to start. 5.2 INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR COMPETITORS AND CREWS All drivers and co-drivers are obliged to arrange ir own accident insurance. The proof should be documented on request at Administrative Checks. The insurance of foreign crews have to cover costs of possible medical treatment in Poland and ir repatriation, if necessary, in event of an accident. By fact of signing entry form, competitors and/or drivers relinquish any claims to compensations of any kind which might result due to incidents during Rally. The relinquishment is applied to FIA, ASN and Organiser, officials and or competitors and/or drivers. 5.3 DAMAGE REPORTING The competitor or his representative are obliged to notify Organiser in writing about any damage caused on track by ir car as quickly as possible and within 24 hours. Violation of this duty stands for summoning competitor and involved crew to a disciplinary committee. 5.4 INSURANCE COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS Service and auxiliary vehicles, cars dedicated to reconnaissance rides and or vehicles with special plates issued by Organiser are not covered by provided rally insurance (with exception of insured Organiser s cars) and those are always going on ir own responsibility. == 6. Advertising and Identification 6.1 RALLY PLATES AND IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS Competitors will be required to carry mandatory rally identification plates and competition numbers issued by Organiser according to Art. 18 and 19 of 2018 FIA Regional Rally Championships Sporting Regulations. Those must be affixed to car for Scrutineering as shown in Appendix 4 of se regulations and must be visible for duration of rally. The mandatory advertising will be communicated by Bulletin. 6.2 ORGANISERS ADVERTISING The optional Organiser s advertising will be communicated by Bulletin. 6.3 LOSS OR REMOVAL OF COMPETITION NUMBERS AND ADVERTISING Competition numbers, rally plates and optional advertising must not be modified or removed. Failure to comply with any regulations concerning plates and identification numbers will be sanctioned as follows: One missing rally plate or competition number: fine of 100 competition numbers or rally plates are missing at same time: reported to Stewards Regulations 11

14 missing Organiser s optional advertising at any moment: payment of entry fee without optional advertising 6.4 ADVERTISING RESTRICTION No political, religious or abusive advertising. Advertising for alcoholic beverages and tobacco are forbidden. These laws apply to competing cars, service cars, team equipments and clos The Organiser of 75th Rally Poland have exclusive rights to run every kind of promotional, advertising and commercial activities in Service Park, Parc Fermé, Rally Fan Park, Start and Finish area, Scrutineering places, premises of rally HQ i.e. area and surroundings of Hotel Gołębiewski and entire route of rally and vicinity understood as area remaining within eyesight from route of rally. This applies to every portion of road i.e. both special stages and road sections. Each company interested in running any promotional, advertising or commercial activities at rally should contact Organiser with suitable advance and sign agreement The Organiser has right to undertake suitable legal action according to civil and sporting law in order to remove immediately every effect of unauthorized activities including any advertising medium and commercial or exhibit booth Every competitor and every crew entered to rally have right to display advertising media of ir sponsors only on ir vehicles (including competing car), garments of team members and within area of ir space in Service Park provided that se media will be installed in such a way that y do not cause danger to people and objects nearby The Clerk of Course has right to bring every case of unauthorized activities to Stewards who may impose penalty on competitor/team who was found guilty. == 7. Tyres 7.1 TYRES SPECIFIED FOR USE DURING THE RALLY All tyres must be readily available commercially and must comply with Art. 60 and Appendix V of 2018 Regional Rally Sporting Regulations. For ERC Junior Championship U27, only Pirelli tyres are eligible. Tyres can only be purchased on this event or shall have been purchased in anor JUNIOR ERC event before rally. All tyres must be presented to PIRELLI before Scrutineering for barcode checking. Competitors Registered for ERC Junior U27 Championship must use following type of tyres: 12 Regulations

For competitors taking part in Shakedown, tyres will not count for overall quantity. 7.3 TYRES MARKING Only tyres marked by Organiser may be used. Any infringement to this rule will be reported to Stewards Tyre marking locations Tyre marking for tyres that will be used during Free Practice / Qualifying Stage will take place just before start of Qualifying Stage Talty. Tyre marking for tyres that will be used during rally will take place at exit of Service Park located in Mikolajki Tyres will be checked for ir conformity during rally. 7.4 TYRES FOR USE ON RECONNAISSANCE Free tyres for gravel. Fuel 8.1 FUEL RESTRICTIONS Fuel must be in compliance with FIA 2018 Appendix J Fuel restrictions for ERC Junior U27 ERC Junior U27 competitors are allowed to use only pump filling station fuel (gasoline type 98) from following petrol station: ORLEN Prawdowo 8, Mikołajki; GPS Coordinates: N ; E Service crews are allowed to fill this fuel in ir canisters, and refuel ERC Junior U27 cars in designated Refuelling Zones. 8.2 REFUELLING Refuelling Zones Crews may refuel only in designated Refuelling Zones and commercial filling stations marked in Road Book Refuelling procedure Solely for purpose of assisting with refuelling procedure of ir car, two team members of each crew with team passes may access Refuelling Zone. Team members assisting during refuelling, should wear industry homologated PPE for hydrocarbons handling, such as safety glasses, protective rubber gloves, safety shoes and anti-static clothing. Engines must be switched off throughout refuelling operation. It is recommended that crew stay outside car during refuelling; however, should y remain inside, ir safety seat belts must be unfastened. The Organiser will provide to each competitor an Environnement Mat to protect ground. == 9. Reconnaissance 9.1 PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION Reconnaissance registration will take place at Rally Office at same time with Administrative Checks as follows: Tuesday, 18 September :00 22: Registration form The Reconnaissance registration form including details of car that will be used during Reconnaissance must be completed and submitted during registration or sent by to biuro@rallypoland.pl before registration. This form is available at (Competitors section). 14 Regulations

17 9.1.2 Participation in Reconnaissance Only Any driver holding an appropriate international license and not entered in rally may apply to take part in Reconnaissance. The registration form for this purpose must be sent by to before closing date for entries. The final permission for taking part in Reconnaissance is left to discretion of Clerk of Course. The fee for taking part only in Reconnaissance is 200. The regulations on Reconnaissance must be respected in ir entirety. 9.2 RECONNAISSANCE TIME SCHEDULE Reconnaissance will be held according to schedule specified in Appendix 2 of se Regulations. The schedule of Reconnaissance must be fully respected by crews. 9.3 RECONNAISSANCE RULES AND SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS General Reconnaissance will be organised in compliance with Art. 25 of FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations Reconnaissance cars Reconnaissance may only be carried out with use of cars in accordance with FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations (Art. 25.1). Reconnaissance cars must have insurance policy according to Polish Traffic Law regulations. The Organiser accepts no responsibility on this matter. If a competitor taking part in Reconnaissance wishes to change car, it has to inform Rally Office and provide details of replacement car. Failure to follow this procedure will result in refusal to participate in Reconnaissance. The Reconnaissance stickers have to be placed on replacement car Identification numbers The Reconnaissance numbers supplied during registration must be attached onto Reconnaissance car on top of front and rear windscreen (Co-driver s side). They must be visible for duration of Reconnaissance period Number of passages Competitors are permitted a maximum of two passages over each special stage during Reconnaissance. All stages driven more than once in rally will be considered as one stage for Reconnaissance purposes Driving direction Under no circumstances may competitors drive in opposite direction of rally traffic, except in cases described in Recce Road Book, which competitors may drive from finish to start of special stage using road which is a short part of stage (in opposite direction of rally traffic). The speed limit on this part of stages during Reconnaissance is 40km/h. Regulations 15

18 Competitors may only enter a special stage through start and exit through finish. The special stages will be open to normal traffic, refore safety and rights of or road users must be respected. Competitors are reminded that vehicles may be travelling in opposite direction. Any infringement will be reported to Stewards Reconnaissance control card Reconnaissance Control Card will be issued to crews at registration and must be carried in car for duration of Reconnaissance. This card will be signed appropriately recording every run on each special stage. Failure to produce this card will result in refusal to participate in Reconnaissance. Reconnaissance Control Card must be returned after Reconnaissance at stop point of last Special Stage Illegal Reconnaissance Any member of crew taking part or intending to take part in rally who is found on route of any special stage outside of listed Reconnaissance dates and times will be deemed to be performing illegal Reconnaissance. Any infringement will be reported to Stewards Speed limits Competitors must fully respect Polish Traffic Law regulations, including use seatbelts and speed limits: 50 km/h in built-up area (if sign does not show orwise), 90 km/h outside built-up area (if sign does not show orwise). Maximum speed allowed during Reconnaissance is 80 km/h on special stages, unless a lower speed limit is indicated by traffic signs or by written instructions in Road Book or Bulletin. All Competitors must note that re will be police controls to prevent speeding or or road infringements. Any speeding offence wher recorded by police or officials on a special stage or on a road section, will result in a fine as shown in 2018 FIA-RRSR Art The fitting or carrying of radar detection equipment during Reconnaissance is forbidden. 9.4 INSTALLATION OF SPEED CONTROL CHECKING DEVICES The Organiser will provide a speed control checking devices (PZM-GPS safety tracking system), which has to be used during Reconnaissance in Reconnaissance car. The progress of Reconnaissance will be monitored via GPS system, by rally officials. Evaluation of GPS data is within competence of Clerk of Course. If it will be observed that Reconnaissance car is not equipped with a working PZM-GPS safety tracking system, crew will be penalized according to Stewards decision. PZM-GPS safety tracking system will be installed by officials on Wednesday, 19 September 2018, 08:00 10:00, in Service Park close to Rally HQ. The equipment will be disassembled from Reconnaissance car after finish of last stage of Reconnaissance. 16 Regulations

19 Crews are materially responsible for PZM-GPS safety tracking system installed in his car. In case of damage of this system through fault of competitor during Reconnaissance, he is obligated to compensate damage before first Stewards Meeting. == 10. Scrutineering, Sealing and Marking 11.1 SCRUTINEERING LOCATION AND TIMETABLE Location: Scrutineering Hall located at Hotel Gołębiewski parking Date: Thursday, 20 September 2018 Time: 14:00-21:00 Individual times will be published by Bulletin. Any delay at Scrutineering will be penalized by 30 for each 10 minutes delayed. If delay exceeds 30 min crew will be reported to Stewards. In reasonable and well justified cases, Organiser can arrange an alternative Scrutineering time for crew. The cars must be presented with dismantled underbody protection and fully prepared and ready for all necessary sealing and marking. Cars will be marked and sealed according to Art FIA-RRSR: All cars must have engine block and chassis marked All cars equipped with turbocharger and ir spares must be marked All R5 cars, homologated FIA boost control system (pop-off valve) must be sealed All FIA and ERC priority drivers must seal ir transmissions and spares The dismantled underbody protectors must be kept with car weight checks. If car and spare parts are not prepared for sealing, wiring included, car will not be authorized to access to Scrutineering and fine for lateness will be applicable MUD FLAPS Transversal mud flaps are mandatory and must comply with Appendix J Art WINDOWS/NETS In accordance with Appendix J Art , use of silvered or tinted films is authorised, on rear side windows, on rear window and on sunroof. Silvered or tinted films fitted on rear side windows must have an opening equivalent to surface of a circle of 70 mm in diameter DRIVER S SAFETY EQUIPMENT At Scrutineering competitors must produce all items of protective clothing, underwear, helmets and a FIA approved head restraint (FHR), intended to be used. Compliance with Appendix L Chapter III will be checked. Drivers and co-drivers who wear full-face helmets must be able to pass following test to ensure that appropriate access to airway of an injured driver is possible: - driver is to be seated in his car, with helmet and FIA-approved head restraint in place and attached and safety harness buckled. - with help of two rescuers, chief medical officer of competition (or, if present, FIA medical delegate), must be able to remove helmet with driver s head maintained permanently in a neutral position. If this is impossible, driver will be required to wear an open-face helmet. 18 Regulations

21 11.7 NOISE LEVEL For all cars noise level on open road must not exceed 98 db(a) for an engine rotation speed of 3500 rpm for petrol engines and 2500 rpm for diesel engines CAMERAS During Scrutineering every crew must present to control cameras installed in a rally car (or indicate place where y will be installed) that will be used during rally. Scrutineers will determine correctness of fitted cameras in a rally car SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Each car must be equipped with one red reflective triangle and a first aid kit Competitors are reminded that two belt cutters must be carried on board at all times. They must be easily accessible to driver and co-driver when seated with ir safety belts fastened INSTALLATION OF RALLY SAFETY TRACKING SYSTEM All cars must be fitted with PZM-GPS safety tracking system provided by Organiser. Any competitor with a competition car without properly mounted and fully operational PZM-GPS safety tracking system unit will not be authorized to start in Free Practice, Qualifying Stage, Shakedown and in Rally PZM-GPS safety tracking system will be install in rally cars during Scrutineering. Cars should be presented at Scrutineering with GPS antenna and console received from PZM-GPS service team during Administrative Checks and installed in accordance with instructions included with set. Removing PZM-GPS safety tracking system will be in final Parc Fermé, after TC 15D. In case of retirement from rally crew is obliged to provide PZM-GPS equipment to PZM-GPS service team Each crew is materially responsible for PZM-GPS safety tracking system installed in his car during Rally. In case of damage PZM-GPS safety tracking system during rally, competitor is obligated to compensate damage prior to last Stewards Meeting. Infringement of this regulations will result in a penalty imposed by FIA. == 12. Or Procedures 12.1 FREE PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING STAGE, SHAKEDOWN Free Practice and Qualifying Stage will be organised according to FIA-RRSR V1 ERC Art Location Free Practice, Qualifying Stage and Shakedown will be held in Tałty, about 5,5 km from Service Park in Mikolajki. The stage is 3,26 km in length. Service Zone and Refuelling Zone for Free Practice and Qualifying Stage will be located in main Service Park in Mikolajki: Hotel Gołębiewski parking - Mikołajki, ul. 22 Only competitors, who passed Administrative Checks and Scrutineering, can participate in Shakedown, Free Practice and Qualifying Stage. Competition numbers and advertising stickers must be affixed to ir cars. It is compulsory to wear safety equipment of driver and co-driver as for normal Special Stage Only first driver can drive car during Free Practice / Shakedown. Any passenger on board car during Free Practice / Shakedown who is not entered for rally must have an approval from Clerk of Course and this person must toger with competitor declare and sign that goes on his own risk (not of a responsibility of Organiser) form will be available in Rally Office and at Free Practice / Shakedown start Time card for Free Practice and Qualifying Stage, will be distributed at start of Free Practice Shakedown is intended for Non-priority drivers. FIA and ERC Priority drivers will not be allowed to participate in Shakedown. Shakedown is free of charge for participants START PROCEDURE AND ORDER Pre-start Park Before Ceremonial Start, for all competitors participating in rally, will be organized Pre-start Park at Mikolajki Main Square. Competitors must park ir cars in pre-start area strongly according to timetable which will be published on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 12:30 on rally website and on Official Notice Board. Any delay or early arrival will be penalized by 100. Cars may be driven by crew or a representative of team Start order selection The selection of start positions, according to FIA-RRSR V1 ERC Art. 30.8, will take place on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 14:10 at Mikolajki Main Square. Both driver and co-driver are required to attend Autograph Signing Session An autograph signing session will be organised at Mikolajki Main Square on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 14:40. Teams should bring promotional material for use by ir drivers Ceremonial Start The Ceremonial Start will take place at Mikolajki Main Square on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 15:00. The starting order for Ceremonial Start will be published on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 12:30 on rally website and on Official Notice Board. The crews will start in from lowest to highest starting numbers; first will start ERC, followed by Polish Rally Championship. The crews must wear overalls and attend Ceremonial Start with ir competition cars. If any crew is unable to participate in Ceremonial Start because of technical 20 Regulations

23 problems with ir car, y will be permitted to start into Leg 1 at TC 0 in its allocated start time on condition of notification to Clerk of Course and passing obligatory Re-scrutineering Checks. The concerned crew must attend Ceremonial Start wearing overalls at ir due time anyway Official start of rally The official start of rally will take place at TC 0 (Service - Out) on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 16:45. The starting order for Leg 1 (Section 1) will be published on Friday, 21 September 2018 at 12:30 on rally website and on Official Notice Board. The crews will start in reversed starting order (from highest to lowest starting numbers; first will start Polish Rally Championship, followed by ERC). Parc Fermé before start at TC 0 will not be organised. Tyre Marking Zone and Refuelling Zone will be located after TC 0. Section 1 Time Card can be collected at TC 0 control table 10 minutes before first car is due The start for following sections will be given in accordance with FIA-RRSR V1 ERC Art SUPER SPECIAL STAGE PROCEDURE AND ORDER SSS 1 Mikolajki Arena will be run under Super Special Stage regulations. At this SSS two cars will start at same time on parallel positions. The cars will follow route of stage, changing lanes in a tunnel/bridge combination and will cross finish line at same position where y started. At Time Control before SSS 1 Mikolajki Arena competitors will be paired for Super Special Stage. The instructions given by marshals must be respected During SSS 1, car which will be first on Starting List will be directed to right track, second car will be directed to left track. The same rule will apply to each pair of competitors If running of SSS 1 is interrupted, this will be signaled to drivers by red flag. When given this signal, driver must immediately reduce speed and follow instructions of any marshals or or officials. Failure to comply with this rule will entail a penalty at discretion of Stewards. If super special stage is interrupted or stopped for any reason, Art. 39 of 2018 FIA-RRSR will apply The maximum time for SSS 1 Mikolajki Arena is 5 minutes. Any car which fails to complete SSS within this maximum time will be immediately removed to road section after STOP control by Organiser. Time penalty will be added as in 2018 FIA-RRSR V1 ERC Art RE-START AFTER RETIREMENT / RALLY Re-start into Section 2 of Leg 1 Regulations 21

24 Any crew which has failed to complete SSS 1 Mikolajki Arena / Road Section (Section 1 of Leg 1) may start of Section 2 of Leg 1. The crews can re-start into Section 2 of Leg 1 under condition of Art. 46 FIA-RRSR and car must report to overnight Parc Fermé prior to next Section no later than 1 hour before scheduled start of Section 2 on Saturday, 22 September 2018 at 05:45. Rescrutineering will be 1 hour before start of 1st driver into Section 2 of Leg Re-start into Leg 2 Any crew which has failed to complete Leg 1 can re-start rally from start of Leg 2 only if y confirm ir intention to Clerk of Course one hour prior to publication of start list of Leg 2 on Saturday, 22 September 2018 at 22:00. For new start condition according to art. 46 FIA-RRSR must be followed. The car must report to overnight Parc Fermé prior to next Leg no later than 1 hour before scheduled start of Leg 2 on Sunday, 23 September 2018 at 05:45. Re-scrutineering will be 1 hour before start of 1st driver into Leg Parc Fermé for retired re-starting cars There will be no dedicated Parc Fermé for retired re-starting cars. These will use same Parc Fermé as for rest of event but will be placed in order to be identified separately STARTING SYSTEM OF SPECIAL STAGES At start to each Special Stage re will be located an electronic starting equipment with double-digit display and two green lights. It will be connected with photocell for detecting a false start. The photocell will be located approximately 40 cm behind starting line. An electronic display will be clearly visible to crew from start line. The crew arrive in ir car at start line and an electronic display counts down and shows seconds ( ) remaining until green light turning on (starting signal). The green light will be on for 20 seconds. Within this 20 seconds crew is obliged to start (according to Art of FIA-RRSR). Time measurement on SS will be given with precision of 1/10 second SERVICE PARK Service Park location and timetable Only one Service Park located in Mikolajki will be organised during Rally. Surface: mixed hard surface. Location: Hotel Gołębiewski parking - Mikołajki, ul. Mrągowska 34. Date: from Wednesday, 19 September 2018, 08: Access Service Park can be entered only with competition cars, Service cars (SERVICE plates) and Auxiliary vehicles (AUXILIARY plates). All plates must be affixed to upper side of windscreen on right (passenger) side. Removal of sticker is prohibited until end of rally. 22 Regulations

25 Reconnaissance cars and VIP vehicles are not allowed to enter Service Park. Nearby Parking area will be available for or registered vehicles (Recce/VIP) Service area The competitor is obliged to service only within allocated service area in Service Park. These regulations will be controlled by Service Park Coordinator. Any infringement in this field will result in charging a double fee for additional service area Maximum speed Maximum speed inside Service Park is limited by 30 km/h. Failure to comply with this limit shall result in a penalty applied by Clerk of Course as follows: 25 per kilometer per hour over speed limit Catering within Service Park Apart from provision of a catering service for drivers and service crew personnel of a team, any or form of catering or sale of food and beverages in service park is prohibited. The only exception is where a written agreement has been entered into between a team and organisers. A fine of will be applied in respect of any infringement of this regulation. The organiser will provide a catering service within Service Park for all team personnel and spectators Shows and exhibitions in service area If any team or company would like to organise shows or exhibitions for ir guests in service area, y must ask organiser for permission before Administrative Checks. All shows and exhibitions in service area without permission of organiser are strictly forbidden Tidiness All crews are obliged to use a liquid-proof tarp under competition cars. Drilling or any or damages to surface of Service Park have to be avoided. Each Competitor is liable for damages to Service Zone allocated to m. The crews are responsible for removal of ir waste and sewage. After rally, Service Park has to be handed over in tidy condition. The Organiser will charge a deposit of 50 or 200 PLN. It will be refund after rally on condition that service area allocated to crew will be cleaned Flexi Service For operation of 45 flexi-servicing, crews will enter Parc Fermé. After a minimum 3 minutes stay crews may n eir enter Service Park or leave ir car in Parc Fermé. According to Art of 2018 FIA-RRSR, competing car may be driven by an authorised representative of competitor only from Parc Fermé to Service Park and vice versa respecting all formalities of time card presentation and related penalties. The competing car may be conducted to overnight Parc Fermé before 45 minutes have elapsed without penalty. All cars except re-starting crews have to be in overnight Parc Fermé no later than at 21:30. 26 12.7 ENTRANCE TO THE REGROUPING AREA AND PARC FERMÉ Safety GPS tracking PZM-GPS safety tracking system workers are allowed to enter Regrouping area and Parc Fermé in order to maintain or repair PZM-GPS safety tracking system installed in rally cars. They have to be accompanied by Scrutineer and at least one representative of team (driver, co-driver and/or competitor) TV Crews TV Crews, which names will be published by Clerk of Course communication, are allowed to enter Regrouping area and Parc Fermé in order to maintain camera systems installed in rally cars or to exchange data recording media. They have to be accompanied by Scrutineer and at least one representative of team (driver, co-driver and/or competitor) FINISH PROCEDURE The competition part of rally ends at TC15D (Finish Holding - In). The Ceremonial Finish will take place at Mikolajki Main Square on Sunday, 23 September 2018 at 18:20. First three crews of rally will be awarded on podium. Or prizes according to Art of se Regulations will be over-given on finish ramp. After Ceremonial Finish, competitors are obliged to go straight to final Parc Fermé and y must follow route described in Road Book. Between TC15D and final Parc Fermé competitors will be under Parc Fermé conditions FINAL PARC FERMÉ All cars must be removed from final Parc Fermé within 60 minutes of results becoming final and Stewards have authorized Parc Fermé to be opened. The crews are obligated to follow instructions of Organiser. Cars subjected to Final Checks must have one representative of competitor and relevant number of mechanics present on Final Checks PROTEST FEE The protest deposit is If a protest requires dismantling and re-assembly of a clearly defined part of car, additional deposit will be specified by Stewards upon a proposal of FIA Technical Delegate or Chief Scrutineer. This additional deposit must be paid in cash within one hour to Organiser, orwise protest will be deemed inadmissible. The expenses incurred by work and by transport of car shall be borne by claimant if protest is unfounded, or by competitor against whom protest is lodged if it is upheld. 38 == Appendix 6 Extracts from FIA Appendix L relating to overalls, helmets and any or safety requirements OVERALLS Flame resistant clothing All drivers and co-drivers must wear overalls as well as gloves (optional for codrivers), long underwear, a balaclava, socks and shoes homologated to FIA standard (Technical list No. 27). Users must ensure that garments are not too tight, as this reduces level of protection. Embroidery sewn directly onto overalls shall be stitched onto outermost layer only, for better heat insulation. Backing material of badges and thread used for affixing m to overalls must be flameproof (see Appendix 1 of FIA Standard for detailed requirements and instructions for use). Helmets Helmets homologated to one of standards listed in FIA Technical List No. 25. The PZM-GPS safety tracking system unit is owned by PZM and will be removed after end of Rally. 3. You will be given a receipt that will authorize you to collect documents from Rally s Office. 4. In case a team withdraws from Rally PZM-GPS safety tracking system unit should be returned to PZM-GPS servicemen who will be available at Service Park or it should be delivered to Rally s Office. 36 Regulations

39 Mode of operation PZM-GPS safety tracking system The PZM-GPS safety tracking system installed in your vehicle during Rally sends a signal to Rally Command Centre (RCC). The system is working only on Special Stages and is activated automatically, so it doesn t need any operation before start and after finish SS. In case of stopping car on SS system is sending warning signal to car unit. The lamps in manipulator panel (Green and Red) start blinking. That means that operator of RCC see car standing on SS and expect to have information from crew. Within 1 minute from stopping over Special Stage driver or pilot should press proper button to clarify situation. PRESSING GREEN BUTTON means that re is NO NEED to send emergency service (OK). To avoid accidental activation, GREEN button must be depressed for 2 seconds. Correctly pressing green button will be confirmed by short blink of green lamp in button and acoustic signal (two short loud beeps). NOT PRESSING GREEN BUTTON within 1 minute after stop on SS means necessity of an assistance and it will initiate intervention of emergency service. In case of emergency, when crew would need any help form RCC RED BUTTON should be pressed. Depressing RED BUTTON means emergency and crew need help for mselves or for somebody else (for example, if y noticed any dangerous situation over SS). To avoid accidental activation, RED button must be depressed for 2 seconds. Correctly pressing red button will be confirmed by short blink of red lamp in button and acoustic signal (two short loud beeps). Within few second after depressing any button, lamp inside m will light constantly. That means information from car is received by RCC and status of car is known by RCC operator. In case of any needs operator of Rally Control Centre can send to Rally crew a reminding signal (series of short beeps) and blinking YELLOW LAMP. The reminding signal can be cancelled by pressing any proper button on manipulation panel.
