2 3. ORGANIZER The organizer for the AUTOGLYM RALLY is PR-Racing ry. This rally will be held under the national sporting regulations of ASN Motorsport and regulations of Autoglym Rally. These regulations have been accepted by ASN Motorsport licence number 18/R/18. Classes total distance is 139 km, including 3 special stages 56 km. The rally has 3 legs: 1. leg ss 1, 2. leg ss 2-4 and 3. leg ss 5-7. If competitor stop on 1. leg or 2. leg, he has right to continue 2. leg or on 3. leg, if schedule is possible. If a competitor or one of his team is found on roads used as special stages in the rally area Nokia, Sastamala, Mouhijärvi and Suodenniemi and marked in yellow, grey or black on the road map of Finland or roads that are not marked on map, before the competitor`s start time, his start will be refused (exception reconnaissance). The organizer has right to check in classes competitors car and all equipment in car and competitors personal equipment and material. If organizer will find illegal things for example notes, competitor will be excluded from the competition. In the rally there will be used turn arrows and the direction of the junction is indicated by the arrows tip.

ENTRY PROCEDUR Every competitor (licence-holder), who wants to take part in the Autoglym Rally must fill in an entry form at competitor forms forms before 3.7. at You can also ask and send entry form to the secretary of the rally: at jenni.kuisma@gmail.com The number of entrants is fixed 150 cars and the first 150 competitors in order of enrollment will be admitted in to the rally. Every class need at least 3 competitors. If there are less competitors in the class, the organizer can interrelate that class to another class. COMPETIOR INFORMATION USE BY THE ORGANIZER (GDPR) When contesting a contest, the competitor accepts the processing of his personal data by the organizer of the competition as well as the specified (name, club, etc.) publication of the personal data in the participant list, result list and the like in competition communication. 7. 5 8. SERVICES On the rally there will be service- and break area in Neste Häijää, Kauppakatu 1, Sastamala. Actual service break is after ss4 (max. 45 minutes and min. 20 minutes). Road section is going through the service area and it`s possible to service car after ss1(during night break), ss2, ss3, ss4 (service break), ss5, ss6 and ss7. Organizer reserve to every competitor service area 6 m x 8 m. There can be 1 (one) service vehicle in service area. If you have same service with another competitor or you need space for bigger service vehicle please contact competitor relations officer Jarno Saari , jarno.saari@kolumbus.fi Service vehicles there must carry a fire-extinguisher ready for use as well as oil spill kit. During all servicing, there must be a tarpaulin at least the size of the rally car underneath it. The absence of any one of these will result in immediate clerk of the course decision to exclude the competitor. 9. REFUEL Sanctions for other infringements in the service area and in the refueling area: 1. infringements infringements infringements out of event Refueling is only allowed at petrol stations and in the service area directed by the organizer. In the entry form, the competitor shall notify the organizer of the fuel he wants (98E5, E85 or the FIA appendix J) as well as which refueling system the competitor will be using (from the pump at the service stations or from his own drums/cans) 10. RECONNAISSANCE (Recce) (classes 1 22) The material for reconnaissance will be available for competitors at the Rally Office starting at 07:15. When signing for material, competitor must give information about the recce car and mobile phone number. The ID-numbers (2 pcs) (competitor s number) must be attached to the recce car in the top center of the windscreen and on the right rear side window. These must be visible for the whole recce. The max. speed limit is 80 km/h on every special stages, unless a lower limit is indicated by the traffic signs placed by the organizer. The competitors must drive in a manner that does not endanger or inconvenience other traffic or people living near the special stages. It s not allowed drive against the driving direction. The organizer will control speed used as well as the manner of driving during reconnaissance. Also the police will make checks along the route and will penalize for traffic infringements according to Finnish traffic law. Competitors must stop if asked to do so by any rally officials along the route, under pain of refusal to start. If offense is over 30 km/h can Clerk of the course withholds competitors starting right 2. time: out of event The fine of recce must be paid in Rally HQ before competitors start. The neglect of payment lead to the withholding of starting right.

6 11. ADVERTISE Advertising of competition number and hood are in rally guide. 12. START OF THE RALLY Start times will be published on the official notice board according the programme. Competitors get their time cards (after accomplished safety checks) at the start ramp (TC 0). Start of the Rally is at in Neste Häijää at 1 minute intervals (classes 1 22). Route given in the road book must be allowed on the road sections, under pain of exclusion by the clerk of the course. 13. COMPETITOR MATERIAL Each crew will receive from the Rally Office one road book, showing the route of the rally in detail and two road maps (classes 1-22). Classes will have their material from 1 (one) hour before their actual start time on Saturday REGROUPS There will be one regroup with service. 15. SCRUTINEERING Schedule and location will be published in the Rally Guide. 16. RESULTS Provisional final results will be published according to the programme (Rally Guide) on the official notice board and the final official results can be found on or KITI-system. 17. PRIZIES AND PRIZE-GIVING The number of awarded competitors will be published on the official notice board. Schedule of prize-giving ceremony will be published in the Rally Guide. All awarded competitors must participate in the prize-giving ceremonies. For important reasons, permission for absence may be granted only by the Clerk of the Course.
