The admission of the candidates is subject to: 1. Production of all relevant original documents {Marks Card/s of qualifying examination, State Subject (other than OSJ), Character and Provisional certificates of the Institution last attended, valid Reserved Category certificate (wherever applicable)}; 2. Fulfilling of minimum required eligibility conditions to be verified by the concerned Departments/ Centres/ Institutes; 3. Clearance from the Academic Section in respect of candidates having qualifying examination from Universities/ Institutions other than University of Kashmir; 4. Production of an affidavit sworn in before 1 st Class Magistrate stating that: I am neither on rolls of any Institution/University nor employed in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Private Department/ Enterprise/ Institution; All the submitted certificates/documents are genuine; I have not availed the benefit of the Reserved Category certificate for pursuing any PG Programme earlier; I shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the University in toto; I understand that in case of any misinformation or indiscipline, my admission to the programme shall be cancelled and I shall be subjected to legal action; I submit this affidavit under free will without any pressure, compulsion, fraud or coercion The provisionally selected candidates shall download their online Admission Form from official website of the University of Kashmir by entering their Entrance Test Roll No. and approach the concerned Head/ Director/ Co-ordinator of the Department/ Centre/ Institution alongwith all the relevant original certificates and self attested Xerox copies for obtaining the authority slip for depositing the Fee from 20 th May, Please note that fee will be accepted by any FINACLE branch of J&K Bank only on production of authority slip from the concerned Head/ Director/ Coordinator of the Department/ Institution/ Centre. The last date for completing the required admission formalities is 20 th May, 2016 upto 3:00 pm. The candidates in waiting list in their own interest shall approach the concerned Department/Campus/College for seeking the admission prospects against the vacant seat if any on 20 th May, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Note: Those of the candidates who had already joined at University offsite campuses/ PG Colleges and now have been selected through this notification at the Main Campus are hereby directed to approach Directorate of IT&SS (Room No. 5) for Campus/College updation before downloading their admission forms. 1
