It took me a while to convince myself to give it a try. I was afraid I wouldn t be able to do it or keep up with the other participants. I am so glad I finally decided to commit! With Mark Crabtree s direction, supervision, and nutritional counseling I have lost 20 lbs. and 13 inches. I can truthfully say that I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years! - Mary Drendel Explosion will get your body moving faster, throwing harder, swinging quicker, jumping higher and being more explosive. Classes meet two days per week and you can choose the days that work best for you. Last fall I didn t make the travel team I was hoping for. I knew I d have to do something different. In the past coaches consistently commented that I needed to develop more power and explosiveness from my lower half. After two months of EXPLOSION training I saw an improvement in my pitch speed and consistency. I was moving better, had more drive from my legs and my core was stronger. One evening in January I was practicing in the cage when Kathy Young the Director of Fastpitch Operations at the Academy happened to be walking by. Several pitches in a row popped into the catcher s glove. A few days later I had an individual tryout and was offered a spot on the White Sox Fastpitch travel team. Not only did I make an elite team, but I was one of the top pitchers on the White Sox team, as well as my high school team. Now coaches comment that I have powerful wrists and strong hips. Explosion training has become part of my year-long training plan. Brooke Bandy High School Pitcher/16U White Sox Travel Team READY TO SEE WHAT EXPLOSION CAN DO FOR YOU? SCHEDULE A FREE TRIAL!
