Bouton Championship Dynasty CBA Dynasty League Transition League Structure LEAGUE SIZE Maximum number of Yahoo! league teams permitted is twelve (12). Exception 2016 transition may result in up to thirteen (13) teams. This will be allowed until an owner(s) has resigned. Then the max number of Yahoo! league teams permitted will resume at twelve (12). Minimum number of Yahoo! league teams permitted is ten (10). Exception if unable to fill league to minimum, the commissioner will select the teams with the best record(s) from the previous that are unoccupied to meet the qualifying for a ten (10) team league. These team will not qualify for earnings or the championship. Unoccupied or unowned teams will retain the previous seasons roster. The team roster will be benched, and any or all points will be discarded. Any unoccupied or unowned team cannot win earnings. Existing owners cannot acquire other unoccupied teams if they currently own another team in the Bouton Championship Dynasty League. New individuals can buy-in to an unoccupied or unowned team at any time including in-season. The new owner will not receive access to the team until the leagues fees are received by the commissioner. LEAGUE FORMAT Bouton Championship is a 6x6 rotisserie dynasty league. In a rotisserie league the owner s goal is to have their team perform the best across a number of statistical categories. After each day s games, all teams are ranked from first to last in each category, and points are awarded according to order each team finishes. These ranking are based on the total of all stats earned by all active players over the course of a season. Each category s points are then totaled to determine an overall score and place. The team that ends the season with the most points wins the Bouton Championship. In a dynasty league, owners will be required to keep a minimum of 10 players from their previous season roster. There are special exceptions to where the commissioner will allow less than 10 players kept (see roster management for details).

League Scoring SCORING TYPE Scoring type is set at a 6x6 rotisserie scoring league. A rotisserie scoring type ranks teams from first to last in each of the selected statistical categories (12). Points are awarded according to the order of finish in each category, and are totaled to determine an overall score and place. The maximum number of points that a team can earn is equal to the number of scoring categories within the league (12) multiplied by the number of teams in the league (12). The lowest number of points that a team can earn is equal to number of scoring categories (12) multiplied by one, which is the lowest score that can be achieved in any category. The maximum number of points that a team can earn is equal to the number of scoring categories within the league (12) multiplied by the number of teams in the league (12). The lowest number of points that a team can earn is equal to number of scoring categories (12) multiplied by one, which is the lowest score that can be achieved in any category. Ranking within the individual scoring categories are based on the cumulative stats earned by all active players during the season and not on any individual day or game. The overall ranking of your team will rise and fall depending on how it performs relative to the performance of other league member. If a game is rained out, the stats for the players affected will count for the day in which the make-up game is played. If a double-header is played, your players will get credit for the stats from both games. It is not possible to activate your players for just one game of a double-header. They must either be active or benched. SCORING CATEGORIES Currently twelve (12) statistical scoring categories include: Runs (R) Home Runs (HR) Runs Batted In (RBI) Stolen Bases (SB) Batting Average (AVG) On-base + Slugging Percentage (OPS) Wins (W) Saves (SV) Strikeouts (K) Earned Run Average (ERA) Wins + Hits per Innings Pitched (WHIP) Quality Starts (QS) SCORING PERIOD Scoring will begin on the first game of the MLB regular season. Scoring will end on the last day of the MLB regular season. Scoring will occur for the entire or full length of the MLB regular season. ALL-STAR WEEK SCORING Statistics earned in the All-Star Game, are not counted in scoring for Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball. All-Star Game live stats will be displayed during the game itself, and points are displayed on your team page and in StatTracker, but these stats will not count toward your league scoring totals. The All-Star Game points will be cleared in an overnight update. ROTISSERIE SCORING The maximum number of points that a team can earn is equal to the number of scoring categories within a league multiplied by the number of teams in the league. Similarly, the lowest number of points that a team can earn is equal to the number of scoring categories multiplied by one, which is the lowest score that can be achieved in any category. i.e. (If you are in a 10-team league, the team with the most point in a single category will receive 10 points; the team with the second most will receive 9 points, etc. In the case of a tie, each team involved receives an average of the total points due i.e., in the above example, if two teams were tied for first in a category, each would receive 9.5 points [(10 + 9) / 2 = 9.5].)

i.e. (So, if you were playing in a league with 10 teams and 12 scoring categories, the lowest point total possible is10 [10 * 1 = 10] and the highest is 120 [10 * 12 = 120].) i.e. (If you rank third in your league in every category, you would have 96 rotisserie points in the standings (8 roto points x 12 categories = 96).) Rotisserie standings reflect cumulative season stats and not any single-day accumulation of stats. Your rotisserie total may rise or fall from day-to-day depending on how your rank in each category was impacted by the addition of stats from the most recently completed day. Owners will receive credit for all stats earned at a position on the date that the cap was reached. On the day your team hits one of the limits, all players active on that day at that position will receive credit for their stats. From that point forward, players at the capped position will stop accumulating stats. On the day your cap is met, it's possible to exceed the max games/innings limit for your league. Every team has that ability, and Yahoo Sports will never determine who you do/don't get credit for on that day.

Roster Management ROSTER DEADLINES Roster setting is currently daily. Roster transactions will be allowed pending into the next day. Previously the roster setting was set to Daily-Today, which prohibited pickups after MLB games begun. The Daily-Tomorrow feature will allow owner to pick up available players after games begin, but will pend into the next day. PLAYING TIME & LIMITS The maximum game allotment per active hitting positions is 162 games. Once any roster position (the sum of all players used in that position) reaches the 162 game plateaus, stats no longer accumulate at that position. The maximum innings pitched allotment per active pitcher positions is 1500 innings pitched. Once the sum of all innings pitched reaches the 1500 mark, pitchers no longer accumulate stats. ROSTER SALARY CAPS Dynasty Salary Caps Hard vs Soft The Soft salary cap applies to your off-season roster being kept. Dynasty Soft Salary Cap is $280 or less (see diagram below). Owners are required to open the season with a 30-Man Roster. Owners are required to keep a minimum of 10 players from the previous season roster. Owners must have a minimum $1 per empty roster spot available to meet the soft cap. Players Kept Soft Cap Players Kept Soft Cap 10 $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ The Hard salary cap applies to your on-season roster. Dynasty Hard Salary Cap is $300. Progressive Keeper Values will be introduced in 2nd season of dynasty mode. All kept players auction values will incrementally increase. Progressive Keeper Value (PKV) Formula: ( # consecutive seasons kept x $2.00) + Previous season cost = PKV Example: Let s say Anthony Rizzo 2016 Proj. Value is $34. I decide to keep him His PKV for 2017 would be $36. If I decide to keep him in 2018 his PKV would be $40 (2 years * $2 = $4, cost of $36). Kept player salaries will count against the salary hard-cap. March 1st of each season keepers must be submitted.

ROSTER SIZE Owners are required to keep a minimum of 10 players from their previous season roster. Unoccupied or unowned teams will automatically keep their entire roster unless they are over the hard or soft salary caps, in this case the commissioner will adjust the roster to meet roster qualifications. Current Playing Roster size is sixteen (17). Current Active Roster size is thirty (30). Current Bench size is fourteen (13). Current Disabled List size is five (5). Current Playing Roster includes: Catcher (C) Firstbase (1B) Secondbase (2B) Thirdbase (3B) Shortstop (SS) Leftfielder (LF) Centerfielder (CF) Rightfielder (RF) Utility (Util) #1 Starting Pitcher (SP) #2 Starting Pitcher (SP) #3 Starting Pitcher (SP) #4 Starting Pitcher (SP) #1 Relief Pitcher (RP) #2 Relief Pitcher (RP) #3 Relief Pitcher (RP) #4 Relief Pitcher (RP) POSITION ELIGIBILITY Gaining eligibility at a new position: If a position player makes five (5) starts or 10 total appearances at a new position during this season, he will become eligible to play that position in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball. Pitchers need to make three starts to become eligible as a starter and five relief appearances to qualify as a reliever. DISABLED LIST Disabled List Eligibility A player must be on the real-life disabled list. Players that are day-to-day are not eligible for this position. Player injury notes are updated nightly based on official information. Delays between the time that the player is placed on the DL and the designation appearing in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball may occur. Similarly, a player may be activated by their professional team on the day of a game. If a manager places them into their active lineup for that day, they will receive credit for all statistics earned by that player. Timing: Players will be made eligible for the DL position in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball as soon as possible, after they are placed there in real life. In most cases, this will occur the morning following the transaction, during our nightly system update. On game day: A player may be activated from the MLB disabled list on the day of a game. If a Fantasy manager places them into their active lineup for that day, they will receive scoring for the statistics earned by that player. During the All-Star break, a team may announce that a player will be placed on the DL. This only indicates the club's intention to place him on the DL. Until the player is actually put on the official Major League Baseball DL, he cannot be placed into the DL position in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball. Prior to the season, in many cases a team will announce that a player will start the season on the DL. This only indicates the club's intention to place him on the DL. Until the player is actually put on the official Major League Baseball DL, he cannot be placed into the DL position in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball. Most actual transactions will not take place until just prior to that particular team's first game of the season. This means that the player will be given DL status following the nightly update after their team plays their first regular-season game. Placing a player on the Disabled List.

Once a player has been moved to the DL, you will be able to drop the resulting "empty" slot when adding a new player. Activating a player on the DL. Since a player on the fantasy DL does not count toward your active roster limit, activating a player is similar to adding a new player via free agency and/or waivers. If you are currently carrying the maximum number of players, you will be prompted to drop a player when activating the player currently on the disabled list. Once on the disabled list, a player may stay there for the entire season, even if he returns to real-life action. Once a player comes off the real-life disabled list, you will not be able to complete any transactions until you remove him from your team's disabled list. You will be able to make intra-roster moves (switching players between bench and active) regardless of a player's disabled list status. You can also use your bench spots to house injured players. If you have no available DL or bench positions, or if your league doesn't allow them, you will need to drop the injured player from your roster if you want to pick up another player. Players can never be added directly to your fantasy team's disabled list. Instead, they must first be added to your roster and then put on the disabled list. So, if you have a full roster, you will need to drop a player before you can claim the new player. Activating a player from the Disabled List In order to activate a player from your Fantasy DL, your roster must have an opening for an active player. If your league uses Daily - Tomorrow roster moves, players dropped to waivers remain active on your roster for the day they are dropped. Consequently, if your roster is full and you drop a player to waivers, an empty roster position is created for the following day, but your roster remains full for the current day. The player on your DL can only be activated for the following day's games. The exception to this would be if you have another player on your roster eligible for the DL. If that is the case, you may move the player currently on your Fantasy DL to an active roster position and replace him with another player eligible for the DL. Disabled List Stashing Once on the DL, a player may stay there for the entire season, even if they return to real-life action. However, once a player comes off the real-life DL, you will not be able to complete any transactions that involve adding a player to your team until you remove them from your team's DL. You will be able to make intra-roster moves (switching players between bench and active), regardless of a player's real-life DL status, as well as drop a player from your roster in order to open up a roster spot to activate the player from the DL. You can also use your bench spots to house injured players. If you have no available DL or bench positions, or if your league doesn't allow them, you will need to drop the injured player from your roster if you want to pick up another player. CAN T CUT LIST Currently the Bouton Championship league does not support the Can t Cut List. This is a list of players provided by Yahoo of players who are not able to be released at any point during the current season. The Can t Cut List is comprised of the game s best players. The Can t Cut List is developed and maintained by Yahoo!. When a player is on the Can t Cut List, he cannot be waived from a team under any circumstances. Owners can view the Can t Cut List by accessing the Can t Cut List hyperlink on the main Yahoo! page. The list is one of several safeguards Yahoo! Sports has put in place to prevent managers from negatively impacting fair play by dumping quality players into the available player pool. Yahoo! Sports reviews the Can't Cut List on a daily basis, and we review all customer recommendations about adding or removing players from the list. If an underachieving player remains on the list, it's because our experts feel his long-term value exceeds that of any player at their position who might be available on the Free Agents list. Injured players are not automatically removed from the Can't Cut List. Consideration is given to the length of time that a player is expected to miss and the player's projected value upon their return.

Players may be added or removed from the list at any time by Yahoo! Sports. However, we cannot comment on any possible actions that may be taken in the future. Custom League commissioners cannot manually adjust the Can't Cut List. However, if a Custom League should later decide to add or drop this feature, the commissioner can make this change through Commissioner Tools. In addition, while Custom League Commissioners cannot manually adjust the Can't Cut List, they can remove players currently on the list from their current team via the "Edit Rosters" tool found among their Commissioner Tools. Players dropped in this fashion will go immediately to free agency and will not be placed on waivers.

League Transactions DYNASTY AUCTION DRAFT The Bouton Championship Dynasty auction salary hard-cap will be set at $ Bouton Championship Dynasty Auction will be for a 30-Man roster / 30 players. Owners are required to fill out their full 30-Man Roster as part of the Bouton Championship Auction Draft. Returning 2015 owners from previous season standings will from worst to first begin submitting bids for available players. Exception: new owners will be slotted ahead of returning owners for opening nominations. Owners cannot submit an auction bid greater than that owners Max Bid amount, or of any value that would increase that teams salary over the salary hard-cap. (An auction submission greater than your Max Bid prevents the acquisition of a 30-Man Roster.) If the auction draft is not in-person, the league will use Yahoo! s online auction draft system and features. Yahoo! Online Auction Draft Demo WAIVERS & FREE AGENCY Players have 2 days to clear on the waiver wire or to clear waivers. Any owner can attempted to claim a player on the waiver wire within the 2 day window. Waiver claims are processed in accordance to the waiver claim priority list, and not a first come basis. The owner with the highest priority wins the claim. Every time an owner claims a waived player, the owner is pushed to the back of the list. The waiver wire type is a continual rolling list. This rolling list stays in effect for the entire season. All players released are placed on waivers. All players release if drafted, retain their current season auction value. If a player is acquired through the auction draft at $10 (includes kept players) and dropped during the current season, that player will retain a $10 value for the next season if picked up by either waiver or free agency. The player s auction value would reset to $1 if undrafted the following or next season. If an auction drafted player (includes kept players) is acquired by waivers or free agency, that players auction value will count against the obtaining owners salary cap for the next season if kept. All undrafted players will have a $1 player auction value. If an owner signs a player and drops that player the same day, the player remains a free agent. This prevents owners from locking crucial free agents on waivers from other owners. If you are viewing the priority list AFTER a player has been processed, please note that the team ranked last on the waiver priority list will be the team that was most recently awarded a player via waivers. The current list does not reflect the priority that was in place when waivers were processed. If you place a player on waivers, you cannot reclaim that player until after the waiver period has expired. If, however, you decide that you do not wish to waive the player, you can cancel the transaction provided it has not yet been processed by viewing it from your team page and clicking on the Cancel button. If you place a claim on more than one waived player at a time, each pending transaction will appear on your Team Page along with its current position in your waiver order. All new claims get appended to the end of the list, but you can alter this priority by viewing each pending claim and changing its priority in the box provided. Player universe is for both National and American League rosters. The player universe also includes any players Yahoo adds regardless of leagues or level. New players become available as soon as Yahoo! adds them. When a player is added via free agency, that team does not forfeit its waiver priority position; only waiver claims force such a move. The last team to acquire a new player will NOT always hold the lowest waiver priority. Post draft default players will to follow the league's waiver rules when the draft has ended. The initial priority list is set by using the reverse draft order. TRADING Owners can counter offer trades. If no action is taken in 10 days, the offer will automatically be canceled. There is no limit to the number of transactions made, regarding releasing, signing or trading players. Trade evaluation and reject period is 24 hours or 1 day. The league collectively must evaluate any trade within the 24 hour time frame to veto the trade(s). Once the time frame has elapsed no owner can evaluate and vote on the trade(s).

Trade review must have one-third (1/3) or more of the league owners must votes against a trade for it to get vetoed. However, Yahoo rounds fractions up, so leagues with ten teams require four (4) votes, even though one-third is three-and-one-third (3.333). Once the trade has been accepted and the waiting period has finished, the trade will be processed (this can take up to 24 hours) and its results reflected on each team's roster and shown in the transaction log. At no time will any manager be allowed to have more than five pending trades per league. Trade deadline is set annually to late August of each season. No further trading is allowed. In order to prevent players involved in pending trades from being dropped or waived, managers will not be allowed to make any such transactions involving any players involved a trade once it has been accepted. Any trade that is vetoed by the league and resubmitted within 7 days from the veto date will be automatically vetoed by the Bouton Championship commissioner. Any trade that is vetoed by the league and a subsequent request for communication for an explanation of veto will be removed from the message boards. The vetoed trade will be assumed by the league as an exchange not benefiting both parties equally or an unfair advantage is being provided to only one of the trading parties. Any transactions indirectly related to the transaction will be considered separate transactions and cannot be set back. If an owner indirectly drops a player on their roster to make room for a trade and the trade is vetoed, the only transaction reverted is the proposed trade, not the indirect dropped player. If auction drafted, traded players will retain their current player auction value and salaries will count against that owners salary cap for the next season if kept. Finances FEES All trades are included in the upfront entry fee. Releasing a player to waivers results in a $0 fee. League entry fee is $100 per owner(s). All transactions for the proceeding season are included in the league entry fee. All designated keepers for the proceeding season are included in the league entry fee. March 1st or on Live Draft date of each season, entry fee of $ is due. The standard entry fees are collected by the commissioner before the proceeding draft from the prospecting league owner(s) and distributed at the conclusion of the proceeding season to owners in that finish in the designated positions. First Place receives fifty percent (50%) of the pot. Second Place receives twenty-five percent (25%) of the league pot. Third Place receives fifteen percent (15%) of the league pot. Fourth Place receives ten percent (10%) of the league pot. All returning owners must be current on outstanding fees from previous season. Owners that are not current will not be allowed to rejoin until all fees are current from previous season. All owners returning, that are owed money, have the option collecting the money from the other owners or use towards the upcoming season. This can be used towards all fees until current. All of the owners fees until current will be removed from the pot so distributions stay current. If the amount outstanding is greater than entry fees for the upcoming season, the outstanding balance can be carried forward until current.
