The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by your name, order number, phone number, along with reason you are returning the item, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored. You must obtain a Return For Inspection Code (RFIC) and instructions by ing IFBBPRO@polanti.com before returning the merchandise directly to Polanti. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFIC. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx. FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500.) We will not accept, as a return, any watch with any indication that it has been worn. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the watch or band, and any security tags are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.
