2 Dear Top 100 Seller, This year, in honor of the 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies and 100 years of Girl Scouting in Colorado, we decided to do something special for you, our top 100 cookie sellers this season! I am truly astounded by the level you ve taken your cookie business. As a top 100 seller, you re a real entrepreneur with a bright business future! I love hearing stories of how you grow your business and the creative ways you reach for your goals. The skills you are practicing through the Girl Scout Cookie Program are real-world business and people skills that will help you in college and beyond to your professional life. Those skills will be with you for a lifetime, but I also hope you know that the service you give to others and the activities you fund through cookie proceeds have a long-lasting impact too. Through Girl Scouting, you practice everyday leadership. You are a go-getter, an innovator, a risk-taker, and a leader. You get to try new things; sometimes you fail but you get back up. As a Girl Scout, when you see what needs to be fixed you don t wait around for someone else to come up with a solution, you take care of it. As a top 100 seller, you are leaders among leaders. I will take note of the names in this book because I know someday I will see these names again as CEOs, philanthropists, business owners, doctors, community activists, rocket scientists, and politicians and I ll remember that you got your start in Girl Scouts! INCREASE IN SALES WITH GROWTH IN EVERY REGION ACROSS THE STATE THE DISTANCE 4.5 MILLION PACKAGES WOULD STRETCH IF LAID OUT END-TO-END THAT S THE DISTANCE ACROSS THE STATE OF COLORADO AND 40 MILES INTO UTAH! MORE THAN PACKAGES WERE SOLD BY THE TOP 100 GIRLS. GIRLS PARTICIPATED IN THE COOKIE SALE PROGRAM. GIRLS SOLD PACKAGES PACKAGES SOLD PER GIRL 40 MORE PACKAGES THAN LAST YEAR.
