(250 available; Minimum bid $50.00 per meter) B. ¾ inch Ford Ball Valve (No. B13-332W-HB-34S) Leaded Brass ¾ inch FIP x ¾ inch Swivel Meter (180 available; Minimum bid $25.00 per valve) C. ¾ inch Ford Ball Valve (No. BA43-332W-Q) Leaded Brass ¾ inch Compression x ¾ inch Swivel Meter Connection (20 available; Minimum bid $25.00 per valve) II. Inspection of Supplies A. Items are located at 700 East Port Hueneme Road, Unit B - Port Hueneme Public Works Yard. B. Items can be inspected April 1 through April 3, between 10 AM and 12 PM, or by appointments made during normal business hours prior to bid closing. C. To schedule an inspection appointment during normal business hours, call III. Conditions of Sale A. All supplies are sold As-Is with no express or implied warranty of usability or safety. B. Item can only be used in non-domestic consumption applications such as C. Purchaser is required to sign a Purchase Contract for use of leaded meters. (Irrigation/fire line use only). D. Recommend the use of green style irrigation boxes so as not to be confused with city meters and city meter reading contractors. G. All items must paid within five (5) days of notice of award. H. If items are not paid to City Hall, 250 North Ventura Road, Port Hueneme, CA, 93041, within five (5) working days of phone notification to the number provided on the bid, item will be awarded to next highest bidder. i. Highest bidder will be notified by 5 PM on April 6, ii. Five (5) working days to pay would be prior to 5 PM on April 14, I. All items must be picked up and removed from 700 East Port Hueneme Road, Unit B (Port Hueneme Public Works Yard) at new owner s expense within five ( 5) working days of the payment.
