7 How to perform the Solo Dance Competitions The Solo Dance Competitions is performed in the same way as the ordinary couple dance competitions. The difference is that all dancers are performing alone.

9 How to perform the One Dance Competitions Besides that every dance is one discipline, the Artistic One Dance Competitions is performed in the same way as the ordinary couple dance competitions. The difference is how the final is danced. Format how to dance the final a/ The couples or duos will dance for 1 minute all together. b/ All couples or duos will than dance a solo show performance.
