2 Page 2 A sister site of. We have now had several successful years on the Internet selling quality salmon and steelhead flies and other fly fishing related sporting goods. Our original fly shop, ADIPOS FLYTYTING, has exploded now offering over 150 different steelhead and salmon fly patterns. Fly tying has become much more than a hobby to us! There has been a recent "awakening" in the fly tying industry to the concept of tube flies. Tube flies have been around for some time now, particularly in Europe. It's only recently that tube flies have been successfully fly fished on the west coast of Alaska, Washington, B.C., and Oregon. Several fly tiers (including ourselves) have been developing both new and traditional fly patterns and putting them on tubes. The only problem is that (to our knowledge) they are not yet readily available in fly shops and very limited choices are available on the internet. As an already successful source for flies on the Internet, we felt that tube flies deserved their own place on the web. We know that many of our customers are not comfortable ordering over the Internet. To make the process run smoother for those who are a bit apprehensive, we have produced this catalogue. Though not a traditional way to fish tubes, we have several regular customers that incorporate spinners in front of our tubes. They swear that fish hit these tubes harder, especially spawning Pacific Salmon.
