2 Magazine Overview The equipment that is found in this magazine is accessible primarily to not-for-profit groups offering local neighborhood recreation programs and events. The equipment is meant to promote active living to citizens of Edmonton, to help create memorable experiences to citizens of Edmonton and for events or activities that are offered at free or low cost to citizens of Edmonton. There is a $10 fee for borrowing a maximum of 5 kits. Additional kits will be $5 each. Payment will be taken at the time of pick up via cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, or cheque. Your group can also be invoiced for the payment. 4 Active Kits The active kits section of our inventory are meant to encourage movement and play during your activity. Aboriginal Games This set of six Native American games are mostly germane to the tribes of the Eastern Woodland Culture. 5 Badminton Ages: 8+ Badminton is a sport for two or four people. In this way, the game consists of either one player against one player or a team of two players against another team of two players. 6 Bocce Ball The object of Bocce is to get as many of your bocce (bigger, weighted balls) as close to the pallino (smaller target ball) as possible.
