7 DAY 1 Table Mountain & City Tour ARRIVAL On arrival in Cape Town, you will be met by your local guide and transferred to the hotel. After dropping your bags and a quick freshen-up, we will whisk you off on a tour of the city and a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain. After checking into the hotel, join your guide for a welcome dinner at the Gold Restaurant where you will be introduced to the flavours of Africa. 8 DAY 2 Clovelly Golf Course & Cape Point CAPE TOWN After an exceptional breakfast, your first golfing experience awaits in the form of Clovelly Golf Course. The excellent layout offers golfers of all abilities the opportunity to score well. Keep the ball out of the trees and allow for the wind and you will enjoy this course. The afternoon is set for exploration. A tour of Cape Point includes a walk to the old lighthouse and return trip via the penguins at Boulders Beach. 9 DAY 3 Milnerton Golf Course & V&A Waterfront CAPE TOWN The Milnerton Golf Course offers the most spectacular views across Table Bay towards Robben Island and Table Mountain. With lots of water in play and a layout that is designed for the prevailing winds, this is a fantastic test of golf. The afternoon offers relaxation as you get to explore the sights and sounds of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront at your own leisurely pace. 10 DAY 4 Enjoy the Winelands Experience STELLENBOSCH After a satisfying breakfast and simple checkout, the famous Stellenbosch Winelands await. The day includes stops at a variety of wine farms, giving you the opportunity to sample and purchase the various wines produced in the region. A cellar tour as well as a visit to the trophy room at Ernie Els wine farm are two of the highlights of the day. Finally, check into the DE ZALZE LODGE before dinner at one of the region s top restaurants, Terrior, situated within walking distance of the hotel. 11 DAY 5 De Zalze Golf Course CAPE TOWN The De Zalze Lodge overlooks the beautiful layout of De Zalze Golf Course. This course offers something for everyone and has holes that require a risk and reward approach, as well as deceptive short holes that are harder than they look. After your round, the day can be spent at leisure. Relax and make use of the hotel facilities or explore the nearby town of Stellenbosch, a beautiful student town full of history, surrounded by wine farms and lovely restaurants. 12 DAY 6 Pinnacle Point Golf Course & Safari MOSSEL BAY Rise early to travel to our next destination: Mossel Bay, situated ± 350 kilometers from Stellenbosch. Here you will discover Pinnacle Point the Pebble Beach of South Africa. This is a very spectacular golf course set on a cliff face and it is not uncommon to see a pod of thousands of dolphins playing in the shore break, close to the course. Make sure your camera is prepared for a day for pictures. After golf, the excitement continues as we check into GONDWANA GAME RESERVE, just in time to board the open safari vehicles for a game drive. 13 DAY 7 A Day on Safari MOSSEL BAY Wake up to hot coffee and rusks, served by your rangers, before entering the African bush. Notice the landscape transform as darkness gives in to light, with nocturnal animals disappearing and predators surfacing for their early morning hunt. Upon your return, a full breakfast is served at the lodge, followed by an afternoon of relaxation. Lounge by the poolside, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply get lost in a book. After a scrumptious high tea, depart on an evening game drive. Also be on the lookout for the small five and notice the abundance of bird species in the reserve. 14 DAY 8 Simola Golf Course KNYSNA Take advantage of a final, early morning game drive, before breakfast and checkout. Then, travel along one of the most spectacular coastlines in the world as you make your way to Knysna. After breathing in the endless beaches and fantastic scenery, prepare for an afternoon round on SIMOLA GOLF COURSE. This Jack Nicklaus design is set high in the hills above Knysna and is a fantastic test of golf. Big hitters will be captivated by the opportunity that waits on the 2 nd elevated tee box. 15 DAY 9 Pezula Golf Course KNYSNA If you thought that Pinnacle Point was spectacular, wait until you see PEZULA GOLF COURSE. Be sure to take your camera for this game as nine holes sit on the ocean side of the hill, while the remaining nine overlook the town of Knysna and its famous lagoon. Carts are included for this round as it s a very tough walk. After golf you will have time to freshen up before boarding the John Benn, a paddle steamer, for a cruise on the Knysna Lagoon. 17 DAY 11 Outeniqua Golf Course GEORGE FANCOURT boasts three 18-hole golf courses on site. Your first challenge is the Outeniqua Golf Course. Often referred to as the ugly sister of the courses on offer, the Outeniqua is anything but that. It offers an exciting layout that combines the need for accurate drives and clever iron play. The finishing holes are just what you would expect from a course of this nature and if the match is tight, these holes become even more challenging. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure. 18 DAY 12 Montagu Golf Course GEORGE Always featured in South Africa s top 10 and host to numerous professional golf events, the Montagu Golf Course is a great test of golf. The closing holes on both nines require good tee shots and carefully positioned layup irons to allow you to carry the water that protects the greens. Put your 3 rd close and give yourself a birdie putt on the 18 th green, which is positioned right in front of the clubhouse. Celebrate the day and journey with a final dinner at Henry White s. A number of interesting awards will be presented to those members of the group who excelled and those who tried. 19 DAY 13 We Bid Farewell CAPE TOWN Post breakfast, it is time to bid farewell. With a rejuvenated spirit and camera full of memories, you can either transfer to George Airport for a connecting flight home or take the scenic route back to Cape Town by road. Those travelling by road, who are not extending their stay, will return to Cape Town International Airport in time for their flights home.
