3 LNY001 Float Ball Stuffing Box (FBSB) Features: Provides long-term seal around polished rod when running in and out of the well. Centralizes polished rod and minimizes side wear. Prevents blow out in case of polished rod failure. Minimizes friction between rod and seal device. The Float Ball Stuffing Box (FBSB) has four main features: long-term seal around polished rods, centralize polished rods, automatically close the well and minimize friction. Long-term Seal: The FBSB utilizes fluid mechanics to seal around polished rods with composite particles. Centralization: The FBSB centralizes polished rods, minimizes side wear. It protects polished rods and stuffing boxes, and minimizes energy loss caused by side wear. Automatically close the well: The FBSB automatically close the well in the case of polished rod breaks. It prevents the hazard of blow out and environmental contamination. Minimize friction: The composite particles within the FBSB are made of anti-corrosion material while maintaining their flexibility and smoothness. It achieves long-term sealing, and minimizes friction and energy loss. The carbon material within the composite particles fills the uneven surface of polished rods, reduces friction. The grease additive also helps reduce friction and protect polished rods from corrosion.
