12 Over years of Value, Quality, and Service TERMS AND CONDITIONS This agreement contains the terms and conditions by which Sceptre Tours in consideration for a participant s payment agrees to provide these travel tours. All products and services depicted in this brochure are subject to change without notice. It is the passenger s responsibility to understand the following terms and conditions before sending any form of payment. Exchange of payment to Sceptre Tours or your Travel Agent constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. For group reservations, please refer to the Group Policy. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: Unless Travel Protection is purchased through Sceptre Tours, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Agency bookings require a minimum land deposit of $00.00 per person at time of booking. If airfare and/or travel protection is added these too must be paid in full at time of booking. Final payment is due 0 days prior to departure (unless full payment was previously made at time of booking). The credit card selected for initial payment will be charged for final balance of the reservation 0 days prior to departure, unless otherwise advised. Payments are accepted in the form of agency check or the following Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. For group reservations, refer to the Group Policy, which will be provided to you by Sceptre Tours upon request. Air seats are limited and prices may be restricted to specific flights, class of service, travel dates, or length of stay. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES: Changes or cancellations must be made during normal business hours (Mon-Fri: AM-:0PM ET, Sat: AM-PM ET) by calling INDEPENDENT TRAVEL CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless you have purchased the Travel Protection Plan, all trips are non-refundable and nontransferable. A cancellation defined as to terminate all travel arrangement made in relation to the purchased package. A change is defined as the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party or the alteration of the travel dates. Refunds will be issued directly by Sceptre Tours to those who have purchased Independent Vacations and Trip Mate (insurance provider). In the event of partial cancellation, (when one or more members of a party cancels), a refund will be provided for all non-shared products or services provided cancellation follows the procedure above. REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES: No refunds will be made for unused services or vouchers once travel arrangements have commenced. This includes any service downgrades. GOLF BOOKINGS: Handicap certificates or cards may be required at most top courses. An introductory letter from a PGA professional may be used as a substitute in some cases, once handicap is noted. Standard handicap limits are for men and for women. All golf is arranged as stated herein. We reserve the right to substitute golf courses listed herein for golf courses in similar categories as conditions may require. Golf courses are categorized by the opinions of Sceptre Tours staff. POST-DEPARTURE PROTECTION Travel Delay Coverage: Receive up to $0/day when delayed for + hours on qualified Claims, up to a maximum of $0. Baggage Protection: Receive up to $00 for loss, theft or damage to baggage on qualified claims. Medical Protection: Receive up to $0,000 for covered medical expenses incurred while on our trip or a sickness that first manifests during the trip.
