North Scotland is the best area in the world to play golf, and our tour will take in 7 games at some of the world s best: Royal Dornoch No 5 in The world Trump - No 65 in The World Kingsbarns - 42 in The World Royal Aberdeen- 56 in The World Castle Stuart- 54 in The World Cruden Bay - 75 in The World It doesn't get better than this for golf purists. We stay in 3 of beautiful Scotland towns; Inverness, Aberdeen and St Andrews and we will finish watching the best in the world at another famous Open Course - Carnoustie. This will be a tour not to be missed.

3 Day 1 (Fri 13 th July) Airport collection Inverness and transfer to Kingsmills Hotel. Stay 4 nights at the 4* Kingsmills Hotel. Kingsmills Hotel and Spa is one of the top, luxury four-stars hotels in Inverness. With a rich and diverse heritage dating back to the 18th century, complete with spa and conference facilities, it is the perfect retreat for leisure holidays and corporate events, and a world-class destination in its own right. Welcome Dinner, with drinks, is included tonight. Day 2 (Sat 14th July) - Golf: Nairn Golf Club - Ranking 18th in Scotland Founded in 1887, Nairn was made the great links challenge that it is today by Tom Morris and, subsequently, the renowned James Braid of Earlsferry. Nairn might seem simply to be a track through whins and heather, but one has to play it once to appreciate why it is considered one of the best championship courses in Scotland. Far from a casual walk through the dunes, the course requires that you call on the whole spectrum of shots available in a golfer s repertoire. Nairn has hosted the Walker Cup and the British Amateur Championship, as well as other prestigious tournaments. Non Golfer Options Inverness: Urqhuart Castle (half day), Loch Ness (boat trip half day), Whisky Distillery Tour (Glen Ord or Tomatin (half day) Day 3 (Sun 15th July) - Golf: Castle Stuart Ranked 54th in The World Designed by Mark Parsinen and GilHanse, Castle Stuart opened in July 2009 and has become one of the finest links courses in Scotland. Located 6 miles east of Inverness and 1 hour south of Royal Dornoch, this championship links course overlooks the Moray Firth and well-known landmarks of Kessock Bridge, Chanonry Lighthouse an rumple, bunkers, infinity edges, generous fairways and contoured greens. Castle Stuart is also now a Scottish Open venue, cementing its place as one of the top Scottish golf courses.

4 Day 4 (Mon 16th July) - Golf: Royal Dornoch Golf Club Ranked 5th in The World One of the world s great courses and only the remoteness of its location hinders if from being an Open venue. Dornoch is possibly Scottish links golf at its best, whatever the time of year. In spring, the sea of yellow gorse is truly something to behold. On a summer s evening, or in the still of an autumn afternoon when the heather is in full purple bloom, Dornoch is as close to a golfing paradise as one can get. Tom Morris in 1886 made it the spectacle and challenge that it is today. Dornoch is located approximately 30 miles north of Inverness. Day 5 (Tue 17th July) Check out - travel to Aberdeen, stopping at Castle en-route for lunch. Check in at Marcliffe Hotel Stay 3 Nights at the 5* Marcliffe Hotel. The Marcliffe at Pitfodels is a luxurious, relaxed and ultraelegant five-star Scottish country hotel set in its own picturesque grounds on the outskirts of the historic city of Aberdeen in North-east Scotland. Since the official opening in 1993 by Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev, it has earned worldwide renown as Aberdeen's only five-star hotel, and the ideal base for exploring the many riches that Scotland has to offer.

5 Day 6 (Wed 18th July) - Golf: Cruden Bay Golf Club Ranked 75th in The World Often a favorite of visitors because of the dramatic ocean front holes, Cruden Bay requires all clubs in the bag (2015 Golf Magazine ranked #77 in the world). Opened in 1926, Cruden Bay Golf Club lies 24 miles up the north coast from Aberdeen. The golf course is an unspoiled par-70 links par excellence and a secluded sanctuary in the true Scottish tradition. The view from the new clubhouse is stunning; most of the holes are visibl e from this high vantage point, winding in and out of formidable dunes along the spectacular coastline; and between the course and the sparkling blue sea are the famous sands of Cruden Bay itself, which are allegedly as "smooth and firm as the floor of a cathedral". This golf course epitomizes the old-fashioned style of links golf. From the course one can see the castle which Bram Stoker used as inspiration for Dracula. Non Golfer Options at Aberdeen - Art Gallery & Museum (half day), Maritime Museum (half day) Day 7 (Thu 19th July) - Golf: Royal Aberdeen Ranked 56th in The World The Balgownie links of the Royal Aberdeen Golf Club lie on the edge of the town, running alongside endless yellow sand and the sea. Golf has been well-documented on Balgownie since the 18 th

6 century and the place still remains in the top rank of the world s greatest golfing venues. This venerable course s setting, amidst some of the most spectacular dunes in Scotland, makes for some of the most memorable holes in golf. All of Balgownie's holes are special, but some on the front nine transcend superlatives. Day 8 (Fri 20th July) - Golf: Trump International Ranked 65th in The World Donald Trump s eagerly awaited golf course in Scotland opened for play in July 2012 after more than five years in planning. The 18-hole championship course, designed by renowned golf architect Martin Hawtree, 2+complements the natural landscape and offers sea views from nearly every hole. The course is both beautiful and challenging for golfers of all levels. After golf transfer to St Andrews Old Course Hotel - The Home of Golf and check in to the Old Course Hotel. As the name suggests, the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a mecca for golf enthusiasts. The hotel sits alongside the world-famous Road Hole, the 17th on the Old Course. With exquisite views of the nearby university town and the North Sea, guests can admire these vistas from the acclaimed Road Hole Restaurant on the fourth floor. Less formal is the Jigger Inn, a cosy pub in the stationmaster s lodge that has remained unchanged since For relaxation, there is the Kohler Waters Spa, the only one of its kind outside the U.S.

7 Day 9 (Sat 21st July) - Golf: Kingsbarns Golf Links Ranked 42nd in The World While its golf origins date back to 1793, the multi-award-winning Kingsbarns Golf Links only opened in the summer of It immediately established itself as one of the world s must-play links courses debuting at 46 th on Golf Magazine s Top 100 Worldwide list. Since 2001, Kingsbarns has co-hosted the annual European Tour s elite Dunhill Links Championship along with the Old Course and Carnoustie. Kingsbarns has become a favourite destination for first-time and returning international and UK golf visitors to St Andrews. This reputation is based on a combination of playability, dramatic seaside location, classic links turf and staff dedicated to personal service. Designed by Kyle Phillips & Mark Parsinen, every hole on this championship standard course offers inspiring views. The Open Championship returns to Carnoustie in July 2018 which will be the 147 th Open Championship. Once again the world s greatest golfers will gather to do battle for the famous Claret Jug on the East Coast of Scotland over one of the country s finest and most demanding links courses.
