The winner of the final ranking will be crowned 2017 World Amateur Tour Champion. Join us and live your golf just like a pro. Competition format Individual 36-hole stableford competition Net Score with 60% of handicap Membership Membership is mandatory to enter the World Amateur Tour Tournament. Member welcome pack: 1 personalized World Amateur Tour golf bag, 1 World Amateur Tour travel cover, 1 member bag & belt tag, 1 towel, 1 umbrella, and sponsors gifts. Annual cost: 1,000. Competition information On the day of the venue, members must respect the field of play, the attributed tee off time and are not allow to leave the competition. Non-compliance implies exclusion from the competition. Booking and cancellation policy (full details below) The booking form must be completed and returned by with confirmation of reservation and payment options as follows: - Full booking: full payment is required to secure places. - Pre-booking (only available up to 90 days before each venue): non-refundable deposit of 30%. Remaining balance payable 90 days prior to the event. Payment of pre-booking is not a guarantee of final place as places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and full bookings will take priority. 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Booking policy: full completion and return of the booking form via creates a legal binding agreement between the member and the WAT International SA. Full and final registration will only be validated on reception of payment. Pre-booking with payment of the 30% non refundable deposit is not a guarantee of a final place as places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and full bookings will take priority. WAT International SA reserves the right to allocate available spot in the field beyond registration deadline, if the booking form and full payment are not received in time. WAT International SA reserves the discretionary right to refuse a member. Cancellation policy: cancellation has to be sent by and will only be valid when confirmed by WAT International SA by return of . Should confirmation of cancellation not be received within 48 hours, the member must recontact WAT International SA. In case of cancellation: - between the date of registration and 90 days prior to the tournament, the player will be charged 30% fees. - between 60 and 30 days prior to the tournament, the player will be charged 50% fees. - less than 30 days prior to the tournament, the player will be charged 100% fees. No show is subject to 100% fees. Registrations and / or bookings are only transferable by prior agreement with WAT International SA. Should a venue be cancelled for any reasons independent of the WAT International SA control, members will be refunded 100% for that venue. Method of payment: payment is by bank transfer only. Transfer charges to be paid by the member. Bank details will be indicated on invoice sent on reception of booking form. Cancellation / Modification of venues: venue dates and location are set as of the 31st December Modification may occur depending on unforeseen circumstances which may include insufficient participation to the venue. Relevant information about these cancellations or changes will be notified to the members who will then have the right to withdraw from the venue. In case of withdrawal, their fee or deposit will be refunded in full. Insurance: the WAT International SA will not be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of luggage, or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident, or illness during the venues. The WAT International SA strongly advises members to take private and comprehensive travel, luggage, health, and accident insurance. Responsibility: the WAT International SA is only responsible for the arrangements relevant to the venues (hotels, golf competition, transportation and other service as specified in the itinerary). The WAT International SA is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, cancellation or irregularity. The WAT International SA is not responsible for sickness, pilferage, error, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation, for any misadventure or casualty, or any other causes beyond their control. Photography: photographs and video footage taken during a venue might be used by the WAT International SA for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by members in writing prior to the venues. Privacy: members contact information will be used on documents at the venues unless otherwise requested by members in writing prior to the venues. Governing Law: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to Andorran courts.
