2 GOLF DAY BOOKING SHEET Thank you for your interest in hosting a golf day at Waterkloof Golf Club. Please read and complete all the information below and return as soon as possible in order to secure your booking. Please note the following: The deposit of R must be deposited into our account within 7 days. If the deposit & signed booking sheet is not received the date will AUTOMATICALLY be CANCELLED without any further communication. If you require an invoice for the deposit, kindly advise the exact Company Name, VAT Number and Postal address. No deposit refunds will be done for golf days booked in May, September, October and November. Full deposit will be returned if cancellation is done 60 days in advance for remaining calendar months. Should the Golf Day be cancelled within 30 days prior to the Golf Day, you will be liable for the full amount quoted to you. Should a golf day need to be rescheduled or postponed and notice is given less than 60 days prior to the event, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling of golf day. Only written cancellations / alterations will be accepted. Confirmation: Please note that your final number of golfers, as well as the final number of guests for the evening function, must be confirmed in writing 7 calendar days prior to your golf day. No exceptions! You will be held responsible for the full field if exact quantity of players isn t confirmed 7 days prior to the golf day. Shot-gun starts must be confirmed upon booking. The balance of the Green Fee must be settled 7 days prior to the golf day. Also note that you will be billed for the full number of players confirmed 7 days prior to the event. 4 INFORMATION 1. TEE-OFF TIMES 11:03 from both tees with 7 minutes intervals. Kindly note, your tee-off times will commence from both tees. Please see attached tee-off time list. A kind request, players should register 30 minutes prior to their tee-off times. We also request that you please keep to given tee-off times. Please send us the correct tee-off time list 7 days before the Golf Day. 2. GOLF CARTS R200,00 per Golf Cart. Golf Carts must please be booked well in advance at the Golf Shop ( / ). Kindly note, the Golf Shop has only +-20 Golf Carts. Kindly note, prices are subject to change. 3. GOLF CADDIES R140,00 per Caddy, which include a halfway house meal of R30,00. Kindly note, only 40 caddies are available and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Kindly note, prices are subject to change. 4. HALFWAY HOUSE As per arrangement with Burgundy s Coffee Group: Renier Botha , botharenier@vodamail.co.za. Janita Botha , janitab@vodamail.co.za. Variety of menu options for prize giving are available. Kindly note, prices are subject to change. 5. 5 6. SPONSORED HOLES The first 2 holes are free thereafter it s R200 per hole. Please supply us with written information regarding tee box numbers where your sponsors are in need of tables and chairs. Please note, only one table and two chairs per hole can be supplied. 7. PRIZE VALUES AS PER SAGA In amateur golf, the permitted value of a prize is R This value includes VAT and is at normal retail value. 8. OTHER All arrangements regarding the distribution and/or sales of any drinks in and around the property of Waterkloof Golf Club should please be discussed with Burgundy s Leisure. Kindly note, no vehicles other than golf carts are allowed on the course. Should you have a motor dealer as a sponsor who wishes to display a vehicle on one of the tee boxes, arrangements and approval of the Management of Waterkloof Golf Club must be obtained well in advance. 9.
