2 Event Overview The Karratha and Districts Chamber of Commerce & Industry together with the Karratha Young Professionals proudly presents their Corporate Golf Day, scheduled for Friday 18 th May In its 6 th year, the Corporate Golf Day was introduced as a networking opportunity for members of the KDCCI and KYP It will provide the opportunity to network with new or potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing business contacts in a relaxed and informal environment. Teams of four will take part in an 9 hole four-ball Ambrose competition with a shotgun start. Participants will be provided with lunch and refreshments on the course, with a late afternoon snack being provided. This is a great networking opportunity for all involved. An opportunity exists for businesses to become involved in the event, by becoming a Trophy Sponsor; Hole in one - Legend Status Trophy Sponsor; or Hole Sponsor. Businesses that sponsor are also encouraged to enter teams into the event. There is no better way than to mix business with pleasure! Target Audience for the day This event will be targeted at local businesses, giving them the opportunity to network in an informal and relaxed environment. The audience will include; - Chief Executive Officers - Senior Government Personnel - Senior Executives - Business Development Managers - Business owners Golf is so popular simply because it is the best game in the world at which to be bad. 3 Sponsorship Opportunities A number of sponsorship opportunities are available that will provide the financial support needed for this event to run successfully. Trophy Sponsor ($ GST) There will be 3 Trophy Sponsorships available. Winning Team Best Individual Score Men Best Individual Score - Ladies As a Trophy sponsor you will receive the following in sponsorship benefits; Company representative to present trophy to winner at end of day. Hole in One Trophy Sponsor Legend Status ($ GST) There is only 1 Hole in One Trophy Sponsorship Hole 3 of the Course. As a Hole in One Trophy sponsor you will receive the following in sponsorship benefits; Company representative to present trophy at end of day winner to be ordained with Legend Status.

4 Hole Sponsor ($1, GST) There will be 9 Hole sponsorships throughout the course for the event. As a Hole sponsor you will receive the following in sponsorship benefits; Opportunity to set up banners and signage at your designated hole and also at the lunch area. Opportunity to run small competitions at your designated hole, such as longest drive; longest putt; & nearest pin. Prizes will be provided by the event organiser but donations will be greatly appreciated. Hole & Trophy Sponsor ($1,400 + GST) There will be 3 Hole & Trophy Sponsorships. (Dependant if any of the Trophy Sponsors are sold prior.) Hole Sponsorship plus one of the following - o Winning Team o Best Individual Score Men o Best Individual Score - Ladies As a Hole and Trophy sponsor you will receive the following in sponsorship benefits; Opportunity to set up banners and signage at your designated hole Opportunity to run small competitions at your designated hole, such as longest drive, Par 3 s and closest to the hole. Prizes will be provided by the event organiser but donations will be greatly appreciated. Company representative to present trophy to winner at end of day.

5 Terms & Conditions of Sponsorship 1. LIMITATIONS Neither the KDCCI nor the sponsor, in any situation, whether within or outside the parameters of the agreement, shall be deemed to be the spokesperson for, or the representative, of the other party. 2. RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE EVENT The KDCCI reserves the right to cancel the event, and subsequently the agreement, with 30 days written notice without being financially liable or in breach of contract. In the event of termination for any reason, other than failure to provide contracted fees or services, the KDCCI may substitute an event with equivalent benefits with the approval of the sponsor or shall refund all monies received. 3. AMENDMENTS This agreement may only be amended in writing, and agreed to by both parties. 4. KEY PERSONNEL Key personnel shall be identified within each party in the registration form on the following page of this document. This person will be responsible for liaising with the other party, and in their absence will provide an alternative contact. 5. EXCLUSIVITY The sponsor will receive industry sector exclusivity for sponsorship of the 2018 Corporate Golf Day. 6. OPPORTUNITY TO RENEW The sponsor will be given first right of refusal for a similar sponsorship opportunity at the next event.
