2 The Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia Inc. (CBFCA) has scheduled the Annual Golf Day at The Coast Golf Club at Little Bay for Tuesday 22 November, Register early to avoid disappointment. Registration to take place from 10:00am A brunch will be provided upon arrival with more rolls and refreshments served on-course courtesy of our drinks cart sponsor Reading of the rules will take place at 10.30am followed by an 11am tee-off 4 ball Ambrose, Shotgun Start Presentation of trophy and prizes at the end of the round followed by hot platters and drinks Banners to be delivered to the Club previous day, Monday 21 November SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES A range of sponsorship packages are outlined in this document. 3 Sponsorship Packages Major Sponsor $4,400 (incl GST) As a Major Sponsor your company will receive the following entitlements: Address attendees and present prizes Includes four (4) players Two (2) carts Naming rights to the golf day Your company logo on website and marketing s Sponsor to supply a copy of the company logo Drink Cart Sponsor SOLD As a Drink Cart Sponsor your company will receive the following entitlements: Company logo to be displayed on drinks cart Two (2) players One (1) cart All beverages included for golf players Your company logo on website and marketing s Sponsor to supply a copy of the company logo Sponsor may provide golf prize for extra exposure 19th Hole Drink Cart Sponsor $2,500 (incl GST) As a 19th Hole Drink Sponsor your company will receive the following entitlements: Two (2) players One (1) cart All beverages included for golf players Your company logo on website and marketing s Sponsor to supply a copy of the company logo in eps or ai format Sponsor may provide golf prize for extra exposure

4 Golf Hole Sponsor $770 (incl GST) The CBFCA will create a standard banner using your corporate logo which will be displayed at the tee at your sponsored hole. You are more than welcome to bring additional banners, greet players as they tee-off, supply prizes and / or add novelty elements to the playing conditions of your sponsored hole (upon agreement with the event organisers). Please note that a discounted arrangement exists for sponsors taking a hole sponsorship and a playing team of four - total cost of $1,210 incl GST. All sponsors will also be permitted to include promotional material / novelty items in player bags and display pop-up banners in the clubhouse presentation area. Golf Ball Sponsor Another opportunity to gain exposure is to supply golf balls for the event. Sponsor to supply the golf balls used for play (3 per player), alternatively the CBFCA will arrange for production (option exists to have the balls co-branded with the CBFCA logo). Sponsorship TBA depending on production option selected. Golf Hats Another opportunity to gain exposure is to supply golf hats for the event. Sponsor to supply the golf hats used for play (1 per player), alternatively the CBFCA will arrange for production. Sponsorship TBA depending on production option selected. Best Dressed Sponsor As a Best Dressed Sponsor your company will receive the following entitlements: Prominent positioning of your company logo on website and marketing s Display of roll-out banner Sponsor to supply a copy of the company logo Provide best dressed prize for both male and female

6 Sponsorship Terms and Conditions The CBFCA reserves its right to accept or decline any sponsorship offer or any other offer of financial or product/service support at its absolute discretion. The CBFCA reserves its right to cancel any sponsorship or other financial or product/service support at its absolute discretion. The CBFCA reserves its right to cancel the participation of any Exhibitor at its absolute discretion. The CBFCA reserves its right to determine the acceptability and inclusion of any material provided or available at any Conference. Any material deemed to be unacceptable by the CBFCA, based upon its sole determination, must not be included, provided or made available. The Sponsor will be responsible for any damage to the walls or the floor of the building as may be occupied by the Sponsor and will reinstate such damage to the satisfaction of the CBFCA. The Sponsor will be responsible for any loss or damage to the display booth, partitions, electrical fittings, and spotlights provided for the Sponsor and will reinstate such damage to the satisfaction of the CBFCA. The Sponsor will comply with all rules and regulations of the authority having control over the Building. The Sponsor, without limiting the generality of foregoing, will comply with all statutory requirements applicable to it during the course of the conference or convention. The CBFCA will provide the Sponsor with a Trade Display floor layout for each Conference and will take into consideration the Sponsor s location request. The CBFCA may in the event of any circumstances which render it necessary, alter the location of the stand allocated to the Sponsor. The final trade display floor plan may vary resulting in booth position changes from the original floor plan due to updated trade floor plans. The CBFCA may postpone or amend the time for the holding of the exhibition to such time, which in the opinion of the CBFCA, is more suitable for the Conference. The CBFCA may cancel the allocation of space to any Sponsor, which in the opinion of the CBFCA is creating a disturbance or nuisance or carrying any activity contrary to the law. The CBFCA may allocate to any person any space allotted to a Sponsor which may be forfeited pursuant to the terms hereof. The CBFCA will not be liable for any damage claimed by any person or persons who may be injured during the course of the exhibition or any loss of property suffered during the course of the exhibition. Where there is more than one Sponsor occupying space their liability shall be joint and several. In the event of non-payment of any monies due pursuant to this agreement or in the event of the breach of any condition on the part of any Sponsor to be observed, then all monies paid hereunder will be absolutely forfeited and the Sponsor will have no right to occupy any space or package allocated and will have no claim against the CBFCA. In the event of forfeiture for any reason the Sponsor or Exhibitor will not be released from any liability here under. All payments must be received by the due date. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in the Sponsor not receiving full benefits as outlined in the package. The Sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund in the event of cancellation of the Sponsorship because of Industrial action, blackouts or any cause outside the control of the CBFCA. The CBFCA is not responsible for any loss or damage to any product exhibited. All Sponsors benefits are conditional on receiving payment, and receiving artwork, goods etc in a timely manner and by the due date advised by the CBFCA. Should a particular Sponsor benefit precede payment that benefit will no longer be available to the Sponsor. The placement and location of banners, displays and any Sponsor material will be, at all times, subject to venue approval. The Sponsor will provide the CBFCA with a corporate logo in a high-resolution electronic format.
