1 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP: Title Sponsor of the Welcome Reception held the night before the Golf Outing. This sponsorship entitles you to mic time during the Reception as well as branding at the venue. Benefits: Your Organization will be the sole sponsor at this event, as well as recognition in the tournament program HOLE SPONSORSHIPS: Entitles you to sponsorship of a hole with one (1) complimentary representative at the location. Additional representatives may participate at $225 each. All prizes, gifts or giveaways at the hole should be available to all participants (approximately 200 people). Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament tee box signage and networking opportunities with every golfer. Companies requesting a Par 3 hole must sponsor a contest. Cost per hole: The 19 th Hole: Entitles you to sponsorship of a table with one (1) complimentary representative at the location. The location will be by the Putting Green which gets a lot of traffic throughout the day. Additional representatives may participate at $225 each. All prizes, gifts or giveaways at the hole should be available to all participants (approximately 200 people). Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament signage and networking opportunities with every golfer. **It is recommended that the Hole Sponsors bring a tent or buy one from MPIGNY for $ as there is no shade at the tee boxes.** SKILLS CONTEST SPONSORSHIP: Annual pre-tournament competitions for all players prior to the start of play. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament sign acknowledgment at all stations; putting green, chipping green and driving range. Sponsors are responsible for providing a prize for the winner. One (1) complimentary representative per contest and networking opportunities with all skills participants. Putting- $650 Chipping-$650 Driving Range- REFRESHMENT CARTS/HOSPITALITY STATION/BREAKFAST/LUNCH SPONSORSHIP: Refreshment Carts: Opportunity to cruise the course and offer refreshments to players during the tournament. The cart is driven by a golf course employee and has room for one of your representatives. Hospitality Station (Halfway House): Located between Hole 9 and the Clubhouse. Located at a crossroads where every Golfer will pass through. Breakfast: Full American Breakfast for all registrants includes Omelette Station, Bloody Mary and Screw Driver Bar. Lunch Grill on the Course: Located between Hole 6 and Hole 11, BBQ Grill Station set up on the golf course. Reception: Held on the deck at the Clubhouse before the Awards Dinner. Includes a couple minutes of mic time. Awards Dinner: Full Buffet located in the Clubhouse. Includes Logoed Ice Sculpture & mic time during awards and raffles. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament sign acknowledgement and networking opportunities at each cart/station. Each cart/station sponsor may have one complimentary representative. 2 TROPHIES/PLAQUES: Entitles you to sponsorship of the trophies. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition and the tournament program. $1,000 CIGAR CART/AROMATHERAPY TOWELS: Opportunity to cruise the course providing cigars or refreshing aromatherapy towels to all players. Benefits: Your organization will receive recognition in the tournament sign acknowledgement on the cart and networking opportunities with all golfers. A total of one cigar cart and one aromatherapy towel cart will be offered. Sponsor must provide a minimum of 150 cigars/towels and distribute throughout the entire course at least twice. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament and sign acknowledgement. Also includes one complimentary representative the day of the program. GOLF BALL SPONSORSHIP: Your sponsor supplied logo will appear on each sleeve of golf balls distributed to each participating golfer upon check. There will be additional golf balls to pass out to players during the course of the day. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament sign acknowledgement and a golf cart to drive around the course throughout the day providing enhanced networking opportunities with clients. Also includes one complimentary representative the day of the program. AV SPONSORSHIP: Your sponsor supplied logo will appear during the Reception and Dinner on the photo collage of the day. You must provide AV equipment for the Reception and Dinner (3 Flat Screen TVs, Microphones etc.). Your A/V representative will work with Harbor Links to ensure all needs are met in terms of evening event. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament and sign acknowledgement. Also includes one complimentary representative the day of the program. PHOTOGRAPHER SPONSORSHIP: Ride along with the photographer all day on the course. This sponsorship will allow you to spend the day at the outing and attend the Reception in the evening. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament sign acknowledgement and a golf cart to drive around the course throughout the day providing enhanced networking opportunities with clients. Also includes one complimentary representative the day of the program. TOURNAMENT PROGRAM SPONSORSHIP: Full page advertisement at the front of the tournament program which is distributed to all attendees. Benefits: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament and 2 complimentary Golfers (a complete foursome can be purchased for an additional $500). $2,000

3 GOLF CLINIC SPONSORSHIP: Brand new opportunity for this year s Outing. This Sponsorship allows you to have a Golf Clinic with up to 6 people and your own Training Pro. Below is an outline of what is included along with timing: 11AM Bus leaves NYC for Golf Course 12PM Arrival at Course and Lunch 12:30-1:30PM Visit Hole Sponsors by Golf Cart 1:30-3:30PM Golf Clinic 3:30-6PM Reception and Dinner 6/6:30PM Bus leaves for NYC Sponsorship Includes: Sponsorship recognition in the tournament Bus Transportation to and from the city, 2 Hour Golf Clinic with a dedicated Training Pro, Golf Clubs, Lunch, Reception & Dinner for all attendees (Maximum of 7 people including the Sponsor). $1,500
