High Impact Branding Opportunities Badgeholders $6,000 Badgeholders are distributed to all attendees and are required to be worn at all times, so this is an effective marketing tool for displaying your logo. You ll gain additional exposure at two AWT Training Seminars, as these same badgeholders will be used at both events in March and April Your logo here 3

High Impact Branding Opportunities Registration and Business Center $5,000 The Business Center will be located in the hub of convention activity near the registration desk, AWT Bookstore and Chillers Lounge, breakfasts, and all educational sessions. Those registering on site will be able to use a kiosk to enter their personal information, which will then be transmitted to the registration desk where attendees pick up their badges. Two computers will be programmed to your home page, allowing users to access s, print boarding passes, network, and relax in a comfortable and convenient environment. The executive portrait lounge will be prominently located at the crossroads of educational sessions, AWT Bookstore and Chillers Lounge, registration area, and our new Registration and Business Center. Signage and a table for your marketing materials are included. 6

High Impact Branding Opportunities Hotel Room Drops $4,000 NEW THIS YEAR You ll have the undivided attention of each and every Convention attendee staying at the Omni Nashville Hotel with your company literature or promotional item delivered right to their hotel rooms. Just send us the item and we ll take care of the rest. Production and shipping costs are the responsibility of the sponsoring organization. High Impact Branding Opportunities Charging Stations $3,000 Located in the AWT Bookstore and Chillers Lounge, these charging kiosks will have locked compartments allowing attendees to securely charge their devices while browsing the bookstore. High Impact Branding Opportunities Attendee List> $2,500 A great way for exhibitors to follow up on leads, this PDF will contain a full list of preregistered attendees and exhibitors with complete mailing addresses and phone numbers. High Impact Branding Opportunities Static Clings on Hotel Escalators $2,500 Your branded message will be seen coming and going, as these 2'x 3' clings will be placed along a side panel of an escalator leading to or from the second floor of the Omni Nashville Hotel. Open to all registrants, the WOW Reception offers the perfect opportunity to network and hear an invited speaker, Loraine Huchler, founder and president of MarTech Systems, Inc. These stations provide a great opportunity to be part of the event and talk with all the players as they stop by for a refreshing beverage. One company representative can accompany a golf course staffer throughout the day. Two drink tickets displaying your company s logo will be distributed to each player, and the cart will sport your company logo. 24

Players will be provided with $30 in Nike Bucks imprinted with your logo and be able to shop for current merchandise, includeing apparel, balls, shoes, golf bags, luggage, sunglasses, and more. The players will love to pick out exactly want they want at WHOLESALE prices. 28

Have a staff member greet each participant at the course and hand fit each golfer for perfect sizing. Get up close and personal with dozens of prospects. 29
