2 This year we invite you to join us for our annual Golf Tournament at a NEW LOCATION -- the prestigious Greystone Golf Club. All who have attended in previous years have ranked this very popular event a great success. The day offers great networking opportunities while enjoying a fun day of golf at a one of Clublink s premier courses. The tournament is a four-person scramble (Best Ball) with a shotgun start at 11:00 am. Show your skill (or your luck) in the on-course contests Closest to the Pin (men s and ladies), Longest Drive (men s and ladies), Most Accurate Drive, Beat-the-Pro (2), Closest to the Barrel, Chipping and Putting. Arrive at the club late morning, practice your skills on the driving range and enjoy lunch before your round. Access to full facilities of the Guest Locker Rooms is provided. Join with colleagues and fellow competitors for the networking reception. The day closes with dinner, presentation to this year s recipients of the four OAC Scholarships for Aerospace Studies, tournament awards, winners of the 19 th Hole prizes and silent auction items. 6 Support the OAC Scholarship for Aerospace Studies Program by donating to the 19 th Hole & Silent Auction One more opportunity for a Hole in One! This year we are proud to offer four $2000 scholarships thanks to your support at last year s event! After the fairways, join us to celebrate the day and support the OAC Aerospace Studies Scholarship program. During the reception and dinner, we have another 18 holes where golfers and dinner attendees can take their shot at a hole in one. By purchasing tickets to win great prizes you also provide scholarship funds for our future aerospace leaders. We invite you to donate to our Prize List for these holes. You can donate items or sponsor a hole with a cash donation. The list of options below is a sampling of what might be included. No prize on the 19 th Hole is less than $200 in value and most are much more! Depending on the prize value and number of prizes you will be recognized as the Hole Sponsor or as part of the group providing the prize packages (your name will appear as a prize donor in our program). Please contact Leigh Kras if you wish to donate an item for our silent auction. Depending on the value of the item, it will be used as a stand-alone auction item or become part of a package. Draw tickets will be available for purchase throughout the day and at dinner. Golfers and dinner attendees can select the hole and prize of their choice by placing their ticket in that cup. The draw will take place after dinner. The Silent Auction closes after dinner and successful bidders can take home their prize. MARCH
