2 Celebrate with mini golf, friends, food, & fun! Select from 10:00am, 12:30pm or 3:00pm on a Saturday or Sunday! Minimum of 10 guests & maximum of 25 guests. Minimum age of 6 years old. INCLUSIONS 2 hour party duration with room hire and dedicated Party Coordinator 18 or 36 holes of mini golf We set up, run the party, & clean up! We supply the cake-knife, matches, and fridge/freezer for cake storage. 18 holes: $23.00 per child 36 holes: $27.00 per child

PARTY FORMAT AND TIMING We advise the hosts to arrive 5 minutes before the due start time of their party to settle in, meet the Party Coordinator and begin to greet guests.

A how to play and basic rules brief is conducted and then the children begin the mini golf!

The children then have a chance to play some games such as octopus, tiggy, & musical games inside, or go straight to food.

3 PARTY FORMAT AND TIMING We advise the hosts to arrive 5 minutes before the due start time of their party to settle in, meet the Party Coordinator and begin to greet guests. We wait 5-10 minutes after your starting time to ensure that all guests have arrived and then lead the children down to the mini golf. A how to play and basic rules brief is conducted and then the children begin the mini golf! Parents escort and supervise the children around mini golf while we look after the food and ensure it is timed to perfection. 18 holes takes around minutes to complete. The children then have a chance to play some games such as octopus, tiggy, & musical games inside, or go straight to food. More games can be played between food and cake or after cake depending on the time available. For parties doing 36 holes, your second round commences after cake. We kindly ask that all parties adhere to the 2 hour party rule, however you are most welcome to move the party to the Al Fresco area or Mini Golf balcony to continue the celebrations! PAYMENT & FINAL NUMBERS Final numbers will be confirmed the Thursday before your party. The party is then fully paid on the day according to numbers confirmed or the number of children which turn up with the $60.00 deposit deducted from the final amount. Please note, we do not take American Express.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION Please contact the Party Coordinator to arrange a date change.

Cancellations within 7 days of the allocated party time will NOT be refunded or a credit note issued.

No refunds will be provided - only credit notes issued with a 2 month expiry from date of issue.

We do have music and speakers available in the room to continue playing games.

4 RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION Please contact the Party Coordinator to arrange a date change. This will be rescheduled according to available dates and times. Cancellations within 7 days of the allocated party time will NOT be refunded or a credit note issued. Cancellations beyond this time frame can be made by contacting the Party Coordinator. No refunds will be provided - only credit notes issued with a 2 month expiry from date of issue. WET WEATHER We are an outdoor facility while the party room is undercover, the mini golf is not. We do have music and speakers available in the room to continue playing games. We will go ahead with mini golf in the rain and strongly encourage rain jackets. In the case of lightning or thunder, we will go to the undercover driving range and issue return vouchers for the mini golf. No refunds will be given for wet weather on the day.

6 ADULT CATERING All platters serve approximately 10 people Seasonal fruit platter - $55.00 Muffin platter with flavours varying from blueberry, apple cinnamon, chocolate chip, and raspberry white chocolate - $22.00 for mini & $35.00 for large Sandwich platter with various delicious fillings - $80.00 Any platter orders must be put in by the Wednesday before your party. Unfortunately any late platter orders can not be accommodated. Alternatively you are most welcome to bring your own catering for parents. Please note that we do not allow BYO alcohol as we are fully licensed. Drinks - We can set up a tab for you and your guests for coffee, tea, and other drinks at our Proshop.
