2 Ironwood Golf Club is committed to making a very positive experience for you and your group. Our 27 holes offers outings a unique opportunity to accommodate more players and shotgun starts for small groups. In 2016, Ironwood introduced a new fleet of state of the art golf carts with touchscreen GPS, live scoring, a digital up to the minute leaderboard, and rain covers. With our excellent facilities and our courteous staff, Ironwood Golf Club guarantees your outing will be a huge success. Services included with all golf outings: Golf Outing Counseling Staffed Bag Drop Driving Range Use Customized Rules Sheets Closest to the Pin and other contest event signs Complete golf cart staging with participant names on all golf carts Player Starting Sheets including an Alphabetical Participant List Event Live Scoring and Leaderboard on the GPS Scorecard with Names Registration Tables Tournament/Outing Pricing: Events may be scheduled any day of the week throughout the golf season. Ironwood Golf Club provides pricing options based on the day of the week. All packages include the services described above, golf, golf cart, range. Food and beverage costs will be in addition to the outing price sheet.

3 Confirmation of Event The event is confirmed once the outing form has been filled out and the $ deposit has been received. The outing form can be found at Deposit $ deposit is required. Cancellation Policy If there is a need to cancel the event, the $ deposit will be returned as long as the cancellation notice has been given within 30 days of the scheduled event. Event Payment An invoice will be ed to the event coordinator within two days of the completion of the event. Payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Seven days prior to the event Provide tournament information form, including all the event specifics including closest to the pin, long drive contest, etc. and other special arrangements. Confirmation of the number of golfers is required at this time. Unless you have additional golfers, you will be billed for this number. We will the Event Coordinator a spreadsheet to complete, with full names and starting positions. The food and beverage information must be submitted to Scott Heger at this time. Two days prior to the event The Event Coordinator will the player spreadsheet to Scott Heger, Head Golf Professional, at heger.scott@gmail.com. Example Group 1A Smith, Bob Jones, Bill.. Meyer, Richard..Thomas, Ralph.This would indicate to us that you want Bob and Bill on the same cart. Damage Ironwood Golf Club does not assume responsibility for damage to or loss of personal belongings. The outing group is responsible for any damage to the Ironwood facilities including the golf carts.

4 Dress Code We would kindly ask that appropriate golf attire be worn by all participants. A Collared shirt/mock turtle neck and no jeans. We would ask that you inform all participants. Proper golf attire will ultimately enhance the quality of your outing. Inclement Weather In case of bad weather, the Head Golf Professional and the Golf Course Superintendent will make the decision with regards to course playability. If no holes are completed, we will re-schedule the golf event. If the outing completes 5 or less holes, Ironwood Golf Club will provide a full 18 hole rain check for all participants. If the outing completes between 6 and 13 holes, a 9-hole rain check for all participants, and if the outing completes 14 or more holes, Ironwood Golf Club will consider the outing a completed golf event. Golf Cart/Golf Clubs Golf Carts are required for all players. Only two riders per golf cart. The outing group will be responsible for any damages to the golf carts. Golf Club rentals are available. We have six sets of rental golf clubs at $ per set. * Extra Golf Carts One golf cart will be provided for every two players, two carts for outing staff, and one beverage cart per nine. Any additional carts required for photographers, sponsors, etc. will be billed at $40.00 per cart. Food & Beverage Please make certain that all participants understand food and beverage policies of Ironwood Golf Club. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Ironwood Golf Club. Outside liquor brought on to our premises is against the law and could result in the loss of our liquor license. I play in several golf outings every year. 5 Shotgun start events may be scheduled most days of the week throughout the golf season. With our 27 holes, Ironwood provides a unique opportunity to accommodate a shotgun start, even to smaller outings and groups. All packages include golf, golf cart, range and services described on page 2. Outings will have an $8.00 per person golf shop merchandise prize fund fee added to the outing price. This prize fund is typically used to award winning teams & contest winners or purchase raffle items or auction items. 6 Each event is unique at Ironwood, If you don t see a food and beverage option that fits your needs, Ironwood Golf Club will work with you to develop a menu for your event. Items highlighted in green are smoked and grilled on our Big Green Egg Deluxe Box Lunch - $8.95 May also be served as a buffet All turkey, ham, and roast beef (add $1.00) is smoked on our Big Green Egg. Sandwiches are served on a bakery fresh sweet bun and served with homemade kettle chips, one side, and a cookie for dessert Burgers & Craft Beer Brats - $10.95 Grilled quarter pound burger and or all beef hot dog served on a bakery fresh buns and your choice of two sides and one dessert. Pulled Pork Sandwich - $13.95 Pork shoulder smoked and pulled in-house on our Big Green Egg. Three choices of BBQ sauce and a bakery fresh bun served with choice of two sides and one dessert. Grilled Chicken Breast - $13.95 Six ounce chicken breast grilled includes choice of two sides and one dessert. Lasagna - $13.95 Baked lasagna includes a bread stick and choice of one side and one dessert. Pork Loin - $15.95 Pork loin smoked on our Big Green Egg with a bakery fresh bun served with choice of two sides and one dessert. Center Cut Steak - $19.95 Eight ounce center cut steak grilled to perfection includes two sides and one dessert. Sides, Desserts, & Beverage Options Side Options: Garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Potato Salad, Italian Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Kettle Chips, Red Skin Garlic Mashed, Seasoned Green Beans, Macaroni and Cheese, Roasted Red Potatoes, and Cheesy Potatoes. Dessert Options: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Cake, Cheese Cake, or Red Velvet. (additional $1.50 per person) Beverages: Domestic beer, Poweraid, and Soda are $2.00. Water is $1.00 Craft beer available at an additional charge. All lunch & dinner buffets include tea or lemonade at no additional cost. An 8% tax and gratuity of 18% will be added to all food services.
