3 BEVERAGE OPTIONS Cash bar Guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages before, during and after their round of golf. Limited open bar The tournament director sets a specific dollar amount for the bar. Players drink without any cost to them until the pre-set limit has been reached. Once the pre-set limit is reached, the bar changes over to Cash Bar and the guests are responsible for all beverages. The limit can be set for any amount. $ Modified open bar A tab will be run throughout a specific time specified by the tournament director for wine, beer and soft drinks. The tab will be added to the final bill. From to Deluxe open bar A tab will be run throughout a specific time specified by the tournament director for ALL beverages consumed by their guests. Ending tab will be added to the final bill. From to Drink tickets Each player is given a designated number of drink tickets that can be redeemed for beverages. Tickets are then added to the final bill. 4 The meadows golf club 2019 OUTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Meadows Golf Club requires at least 100 players to guarantee a tournament exclusive 18-Hole Shotgun Start. Less than 100 players will start using a Modified Shotgun Start (Modified Shotgun: A shotgun start in which a portion of the 18-Hole layout is occupied in order for the club to open the remainder of the facility for public play). Please contact the Golf Professional for additional details regarding your tournament s shotgun start. Payment: The FINAL BALANCE must be paid in full no later than the day of your event. This amount can be paid with cash, corporate check, personal check or credit card. Please make checks payable to The Meadows Golf Club. Player Count and List: A player list or a pairing list must be mailed/ ed to the golf professional no later than one week prior to your golf outing date, [ jhawkins@cityofasbury.com]. The Meadows Golf Club does a significant amount of pre-tournament preparation, having your player list submitted by the due date helps with the organization of your outing. The FINAL GUARANTEE for all golfers and diners, including all outing volunteers, will be due 14 (fourteen) days prior to the outing date. This guaranteed number is not subject to reduction. Groups arriving with fewer than the guaranteed number of golfers and diners will be charged for the final guaranteed number. Player changes that result in an increased number of outside cart rentals will be charged an additional $ late change fee if made after the 14 (fourteen) day final count guarantee date. Food and Beverage : All food and beverage must be purchased from The Meadows Golf Club. A menu, along with a food and beverage application, is included within your Outing Packet. Per State of Iowa Code no personal coolers or carry-on s are allowed. Inclement Weather: Cancellation or postponement of an outing will be considered only if the golf professional or superintendant deems The Meadows Golf Club unplayable due to course conditions or participant safety. In result, the Club would officially close the course for play. The tournament will be rescheduled based on date availability. Signage: The Meadows Golf Club is responsible for placing and removing any signage utilized by the tournament. Signage must be claimed by each event coordinator and removed from the property at the conclusion of the event. After 72 hours, all signage left at The Meadows Golf Club is subject to be discarded. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation inside of two weeks will result in a $ cancellation fee. It is the sole discretion of The Meadows Golf Club to determine if weather is cause for cancellation on the day of the outing. Indemnification: Client hereby jointly and severally agrees to indemnify, defend and hold The Meadows Golf Club harmless from all claims, suits, actions at law, judgments, liabilities, losses and damages (including attorney fees) arising from the use of The Meadows Golf Club property, however caused, including without limitations, any injury or damages resulting from negligent, careless, improper or unlawful conduct. Conditions of the agreement: Performance of the agreement is contingent upon the ability of The Meadows Golf Club management to complete the same, and is voidable in the event of labor dispute or strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State or Municipal) requisitions, restrictions upon travel, transportation, food, beverages or supplies and or other causes, whether enumerated herein or not, beyond the control of The Meadows Golf Club, preventing or interfering with the delivery of services required for the private function. In no event shall The Meadows Golf Club be held liable for other damages.

5 Final count guarantee AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT Please sign and return this final count guarantee and terms and conditions agreement form to the Head Golf Professional at The Meadows Golf Club at least fourteen (14) days prior to your event. I am aware that billing arrangements have been determined and approved in advance and that full payment is due the day of the event. The Meadows Golf Club is responsible for reviewing and controlling all events on the premises. Golf Outing Coordinators are liable and will be charged for any and all damages to the premises or equipment during the scheduled event. I have read and understand the golf event policies and guidelines of The Meadows Golf Club. I agree to follow all stated policies, including the Final Count Guarantee policy and payment requirements.
