1 2018 Annual Golf Outing & Dinner Sunningdale country club 300 Underhill Road, scarsdale, ny Tuesday, September11, 2018 Sunningdale Country Club, located in Westchester county, was organized in November, 1913 and named after the renowned British Golf Club. major renovations were completed in 2017 to this already beautiful and challenging course One can expect to find a round of golf at Sunningdale to be challenging but fair and, more importantly, a great deal of fun for golfers of all levels. Prize fund Golf tournament There will be a shotgun start at 11:00 am following a full buffet breakfast. The price for golf includes green and cart fees, fore caddie and use of the range. Refreshments will be provided on the course via roaming beverage cart and at the halfway house. Reception/dinner Cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m. to be followed by an open seating buffet dinner. Awards ceremony will take place during dinner. Contributions to the prize fund are used toward prizes for the golf tournament and door prizes and are awarded during the dinner reception. In the past, companies have been very generous and we again ask you to contribute to this fund. The names of those generous contributors will become part of a special bulletin displayed at the outing and sent out in a memo to the membership. The activities committee thanks you in advance for your generosity. Deadlines All reservations must be received at the association s offices by august 10, 2018 and must be accompanied by payment. A late fee of $25.00 will apply to each ticket for reservations received after that date. The GCA will be unable to issue refunds for cancellations after august 10, 2017 but will be happy to accommodate participant substitutions. $50.00 per ticket cancellation fee will apply before august 10, 2018

We are also seeking sponsors for the cocktail party at a cost of $ The sponsors gain immediate recognition by having a sign announcing their sponsorship posted at the tee of their choice. We will also have a sign posted at the cocktail party announcing cocktail party sponsors and prize fund sponsors.
