On Wednesday, the temperature increased by 5, and on Thursday the temperature decreased by 8. What was the temperature change from Tuesday to Thursday?(Note, this is not the temperature on Thursday.) Task #4 Jamal visited Rocky Mountain National Park. The elevation at Allenspark Trailhead is 8,880 feet above sea level. If Jamal takes a hike and ascends 2,375 feet, what integer represents Jamal s elevation when he reaches his destination?

5 Task #13 The elevation of the Dead Sea, the lowest elevation, is 1,401 ft. below sea level. The elevation of Mt. Everest, the highest elevation is 29,029 ft. above sea level. What is the difference between these two elevations? Task #14 On February 15 th at 7 p.m. in Williamston, Michigan, the temperature was -8. If the temperature dropped by 5 overnight, what was the temperature at 7 a.m. on February 16th? Task #15 An octopus is swimming 523 feet below sea level. It ascends 241 feet. What is the new position of the octopus? Task #16 On January 27, 2013, the low temperature in Unalakleet, Alaska was -27 F. On that same day, the low temperature in Richmond, TX was 61? What is the difference in the low temperatures?
