3 GOLF COURSES WOLF CREEK Wolf Creek Golf Club strives to deliver the ultimate golf experience to each and every guest. As you are called to the first tee and look down towards the green, you notice a one of a kind canvas. The detail of the striped emerald green fairway below, lined with brilliant white sand bunkers, you instantly know that Wolf Creek is a special place. This is only a small sample of what is yet to come. As you navigate the elevation drops and wandering canyons, you wonder how they create this miraculous golf course, each hole unto its own. After finishing all eighteen holes, you are hard pressed to come up with just one signature hole and more often than not amazed with the picturesque beauty of the course rather than the score you shot.

4 TPC LAS VEGAS Since opening in 1996, the TPC Las Vegas golf course (previously TPC at The Canyons) has some of the richest PGA TOUR history in all of Las Vegas. From , the TPC Las Vegas hosted the Shriner s Hospitals for Children Open, the Bard Capital Challenge and the Las Vegas Senior Classic. During that time, some of the world s best golfers and major title winners Phil Mickelson, John Daly, Hale Irwin and Jim Furyk have graced the fairways of the TPC Las Vegas. The TPC Las Vegas golf course offers an incomparable level of play and challenge for every skill set. The club s par-71, 7,104 yard championship golf course designed by acclaimed architect Bobby Weed and World Golf Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd, is commonly referred to as desert elegance.

5 REVERE The Revere presents a blend of beauty and challenge unlike any other in southern Nevada. Our Concord Course, the latest creation, offers a 7,034 yard par-72 layout that offers Bermuda fairways and large greens. At The Revere Golf Club we provide you with a variety of options to accommodate your game, regardless of skill level.

6 BALI HAI Designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley in 2000, the Bali Hai Golf Club is a worthy namesake of the famous Indonesian land of enchantment. The lush surroundings include seven-acres of opulent water features, a total of 4,000 trees with 2,500 stands of towering palms and 100,000 Balinese tropical plants. Transition and out-of-play areas are accented with Augusta white sand and black volcanic rock outcroppings. The par-71 course measures 7,002 yards from the tips and affords spectacular views of the Strip megaresorts from the fairways. Bali Hai s unique layout includes teasers like #16, a par-3 island green that frequently comes with an audience from the Cili Restaurant patio and #3, a 468 yard par-4 with a creek running the entire right-side, balanced with a bunker on the left. 7 ACCOMMODATION BELLAGIO HOTEL & CASINO 3600 Las Vegas Boulevard Las Vegas, Nevada Right behind the famous Fountains of Bellagio, this luxury Las Vegas Striphotel and casino offers an upscale day spa, multiple dining options and elegantrooms with marble private bathrooms. The Cirque du Soleil show "O" is on site. The richly-decorated rooms of the Bellagio come with a flat-screen satellite TV and electric drapes. Soft bathrobes, a minibar and an ipod docking station are provided. Bellagio guests can experience a variety of treatments at the spa or enjoy a massage beside one of 5 beautiful courtyard pools. Lush botanical gardens and a fine art gallery are open for viewing. A wide range of dining options are available, including Michael Mina's fine dining restaurant, open-air dining with fountain views at Picasso and contemporary Japanese dishes at Yellowtail. 8 OTHER INCLUSIONS WELCOME DINNER Upon your arrival in Las Vegas, once you have checked into our host hotel, had a chance to relax or get out and about for a quick look, we will be hosting our Welcome Dinner at a Bellagio restaurant. This will be a chance to meet your fellow tour guests and become acquainted in preparation for the exciting week ahead. (Restaurant TBC) ON LOCATION STAFF/PGA PROFESSIONAL Signature Golf Tours Director and PGA Professional Michael Hansen will be on hand during your stay at Las Vegas to assist with anything you may need. Michael will also be accompanying you through the golf courses whilst handing out tips, tricks and hints to guests. If you need anything at all during your stay, please ask and we can assist you. PRIVATE TRANSFERS Included in the package is all golf and accommodation private transfers for your group. Our drivers will pick you up from the Bellagio and deliver you to the golf courses. Due to differing flight schedules, no airport transfers are included. Guests are advised to catch a taxi/uber/shuttle to Bellagio which is located only 2 miles from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.

If you would like to undertake any extra activities, please contact us so we can assist in booking. GRAND CANYON If you only have time to see one thing whilst in Vegas, it should be the Grand Canyon. There are a number of tours to the Grand Canyon ranging from 2 hours to all day, airplane tours, helicopter tours, and bus tours. You can even take a helicopter ride that lands at the base of the Grand Canyon and then board a jetboat to ride through the Colorado River. The Grand Canyon is one of the most spectacular sights you will see. STRATOSPHERE Rise to the occasion with fantastic thrill rides, dining and drinking at this Las Vegas icon. 11 Terms and Conditions Payments A minimum AU$ deposit per person must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your position on your tour. Bookings will be taken on a first received basis. The remainder of your tour costs are to be paid no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of your tour. A second deposit of AU$ must be paid by 14 th July 2018 (3 months out) will the final balance due 28 days before tour commencement date. Final payment amount will be adjusted at time of payment to account for US Dollar conversion. Currency conversion will be applied via Commonwealth Bank exchange rates. Flexible payment options available. Please contact us to discuss what works best for your group. Cancellations All cancellations will be met with a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee depends on your specific tour inclusions. Please contact us to discuss. Cancellations by Signature Golf Tours Signature Golf Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time prior to commencement for any reasons such as safety issues for our guests and staff, threats of terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or any other such events that would otherwise jeopardise the safety of our guests and staff. In the instance that Signature Golf Tours cancels a tour, guests will be given the option of a full refund of monies paid, or choose an alternative tour of their liking. If the cost of the alternative tour is more than the original tour, the guest must pay the outstanding amount prior to the tour commencing. If the alternative tour has a cost which is less than the original tour, the total amount leftover will be refunded to the guest. On the occasion that any outside service or provider of Signature Golf Tours cancels or does not deliver what is stated in the tour itinerary, Signature Golf Tours shall take no responsibility for such events.

12 However, we will endeavour to take action against said service or provider to obtain a refund or a satisfactory alternative for said product or service. Tour Inclusions All included travel arrangements are outlined in each tour itinerary such as accommodation, transfers, golf course access, event tickets, etc. All tour information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of printing, however changes to tours can/may occur. We will ensure that guests will be made aware of any changes to tour itineraries when/if they arise. Tour Exclusions Tour exclusions include meals, flights, travel insurance, passport and visa fees, outside activities from tour itinerary, transfers outside of tour itinerary, personal items, etc. unless stated in tour itinerary. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities All guests are to conduct themselves in a respectful manner so as to not disrupt any other tour guests or members of the public. Guests will be responsible for their own actions. Any guest acting in a disrespectful, dangerous, criminal, etc. manner may be asked to leave the golf course, accommodation, tour, etc. and no refund will be issued. Guests are also solely responsible for any item or service they may be utilising such as golf carts, accommodation, hire vehicles, etc. and will be responsible for any damage caused. Accommodation Certain accommodation providers that Signature Golf Tours utilise for tours will require guests to provide credit card details for security deposits and for cover against any incidentals that may occur during your stay. Guests will be liable for any such incidentals, fees and charges that may arise from this. Signature Golf Tours will not be held liable for such incidentals, fees or charges.

13 Travel Insurance It is the responsibility of each guest that they have the correct travel insurance in place to cover personal illness, accident, cancellations, theft or loss of personal items, evacuation, etc. It is a requirement that all guests of Signature Golf Tours have obtained travel insurance prior to commencing a tour with a copy of coverage provided to Signature Golf Tours prior to commencement. Travel insurance is not included in any Signature Golf Tours tour. Passport and Visa Requirements If required, each guest must carry a valid passport and have the appropriate visas in place when on a Signature Golf Tours tour. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date. It is each guest s responsibility to ensure that they have obtained the correct visa for your travel. Signature Golf Tours will accept no responsibility if a guest is refused entry to a country due to incorrect passport and visa documentation. Photography and Media All photography, videography and other media that are obtained during the hosting of a tour will remain the property of Signature Golf Tours. We may also use such photography, videography or other media in any future advertising material that we see fit. This can/will include use on our website, social media accounts, and television, radio, or print publications.
