Mike McLean Double Bogey Busters It was our first ever tourney at Big Sky and what a fantastic choice it was. We have been organizing an annual tourney for the pasts 9 years around the IBABC convention. All of the Big Sky staff was amazing to work with and the service and food was by far the best we ve witnessed. The golf course setting is spectacular with the mountains beside you on the course and the fairways are truly like greens; simply amazing. When we woke up the day of our tourney it was raining in Whistler however a call into the Golf Shop calmed everyone when they advised us it was sunny in Pemberton well worth the short drive from Whistler. 5 Tournament Checklist Our professional staff at Big Sky wants to help you ensure your event goes off without any issues. The tournament schedule checklist will guarantee even the smallest of details are taken care of. Event Checklist Sign and return contract with deposit to secure your date Decide on prizes golf shop purchases, customized accessories and/or apparel Confirm Hole in One prizes and arrange applicable insurance coverage Confirm Format Texas Scramble, Progressive tees, minimum drives etc. Confirm Contests Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, etc. Confirm transportation requirements Bus, Helicopter, etc. 30 Days Before Event Confirm final numbers and pay final balance Finalize prize requirements from the golf shop Confirm Food & Beverage requirements menu, seating arrangement, special dietary requests Banquet Setup number of people per table, AV equipment, etc Confirm any required Rental Equipment; golf clubs, etc. Registration time, dinner time, directions to course, dress code including Spike Policy Confirm on site tournament contact 7 Days Before Event Draw List of players pairings and foursomes, Handicap list for scoring Corporate or Group logo for use on cart signs Confirm any changes to Banquet numbers no reductions after this point 1 Day Before Event Deliver all Signage and on course materials Event Day Relax, have fun and let our staff take care of the rest!

6 Food & Beverage Requirements Our Event Team and Executive Chef will ensure that we meet all the necessary requirements for your event s menu(s). There are many different styles of menus to choose from, that our Chef will also personalize to meet individual needs. Menus can be created under the following categories Breakfast, Lunch, Canapés, Dinner o Boxed, Plated, Buffet *Menu selection must be finalized 30 days prior to event day to ensure all requirements are met In accordance with the BC Liquor Board Laws, Big Sky Golf Club & Fescues Restaurant prohibits any outside alcohol brought on premises. Guests may be asked to leave if not followed. Pre-Order Beverage-Filled Cart Coolers; starting at $2.50 for non-alcoholic & $6.00 for alcoholic, we can ensure you and your guests are have beverages ready to go on ice in your cart cooler. *seasonal specials can be discussed during season All menu decisions will be organized with Sales & Events Manager, Holly Nunn & Executive Chef. *all rates subject to applicable taxes
