FELLI ELEVEN - Well-related colt that showed nothing exceptional in qualification and best to monitor first time out 2. FORMAT D'AM - Racecourse debutant that qualified respectably mid-month but appears to be facing a stiff test 3. FRONT D'AM - Made a solid debut at Wolvega last month. Is bred for speed and cannot be discounted 4. FUCHSIA PIERJI - Respectable fourth on debut here late December but not at his ease next time. Drops back in trip and with Raffin in charge will be afforded every chance 5. FABULOUS WOOD - Justified his odds when winning with ease on debut two

2 weeks ago and should again have a good hand to play 6. FRENCH METEOR - Scored at Cabourg first time out and would have gone close next time had he not faulted. Should play a role here if he can turn lefthanded 7. FENCER DE HOUELLE - Runner-up in both provincial starts to date. Nivard takes over in the sulky and should be in with a decent shout 8. FANGIO DE BAILLY - Won on debut before flopping at Enghien next time. Has been put away since and unlikely to shake things up first time back 9. FORMIDABLE VOYAGE - Has shown no particular liking for Vincennes and latest effort did nothing to inspire confidence 10. FELIN DE BOMO - Useful type that pleased over shorter here earlier in the month and on good behaviour can play an active role 11. FETICHE D'URZY - Kicked his career off nicely but not as productive since and must show improvement 12. FEEDBACK - Showed decent aptitude in the provinces before being sanctioned here early January. If applied could get a look in 13. FLOCKI D'AURCY - Impressive winner on debut last August before trotting second to a good horse next time. Has not been seen out for three months but still looks a player 14. FAKIR GRIFF - Authoritative winner on debut at Nantes earlier in the month and can again play a leading role if he takes to the Vincennes profile The beautifully-bred (5) FABULOUS WOOD scored in style at Nantes mid-month first time out and if as good as believed should be able to wrap this up. He will nonetheless be pitted against the returning (13) FLOCKI D'AURCY who looks a classy sort in the making. (14) FAKIR GRIFF did everything asked of him - and more - on debut earlier in the month and also looks dangerous. (7) FENCER DE HOUELLE has looked a serious colt so far and with Nivard at the helm should put on a good show. (5) FABULOUS WOOD - (13) FLOCKI D'AURCY - (14) FAKIR GRIFF - (7) FENCER DE HOUELLE

3 Race 2 1. TALITO GSO - Hardy sort that has been on a good run this winter. Takes his first steps under the saddle but the distance will do him no favours 2. TIMOZ - Good Italian sort making his ridden debut but unlikely to make a big splash 3. CASTEL DU SUD - Blows hot and cold and with shoes on this time will not be troubling the judge 4. CARAT D'HAUFOR - Regularly gives everything he has. Third to (7) COCKTAIL WINNER recently and should not be far from the action 5. CAMBO MAJYC - Won over longer here late December after being beaten by (6) CICERON DU CEBE the time before over track and trip but still in with a decent shout 6. CICERON DU CEBE - Has hardly set a foot wrong since returning to competition. Is ideally suited by the distance and can play a major role 7. COCKTAIL WINNER - Very effective when he can maintain stride. Won a Class D here mid-month and although in better company this time should still acquit himself competitively 8. CASTING DE L'AUMOY - Hardy sort that gave a fine account trotting second to (5) CAMBO MAJYC last time but stays shod on this occasion and others preferred 9. CHICAGO PARIS - Currently enjoying a fine run of form and despite the rise in class still has a lot to offer 10. CAPORAL DE BRY - Unable to recapture last season s form and even though barefoot this time will still need to show improvement 11. CELUI DES ROMAINS - Has ample talent but has been struggling with stride problems and not easy to back 12. CESAR DU CAIEU - Solid sort for the most part but unplaced in last two. Has a good entry this time though and the drop in trip should see him back in business Although unplaced in his last two the talented (12) CESAR DU CAIEU has an excellent entry here - he faces a less auspicious bunch on this occasion and over 2175m will take all the beating. (6) CICERON DU CEBE and (5) CAMBO MAJYC are no stranger to each other and the former should be able to exact revenge for his recent defeat over longer. (7) COCKTAIL WINNER won a Class D in good order mid-month and even though stepping up in class can still put on a good show.

5 Race 3 1. DAME DU CHENE - Makes first appearance on the outer course after finishing fourth to (8) DEESSE DE L'OISON. Ploquin in the wagon this time and should give an honourable account 2. DESIREE STAR - Springs the occasional surprise and has form under these conditions but stays shod this time and others preferred 3. DAISY TEAM - Decent type that won over course and distance last month and going barefoot for the first time should see her make amends for two moderate efforts since 4. DWELLING HEIGHTS - Has done nothing noteworthy at Vincennes for some time. Tends to go better on flatter tracks but has hind shoes off and should not be ruled out 5. DIANA DES LUCAS - Consistent type that was not disgraced behind (12) DANAE QUESNOT here last month but still needs to take her game up a notch 6. DEUX ETOILES GEDE - Delicate but has won the last two races she has finished. Has never been beaten when driven by Raffin and with application should figure prominently 7. DASCALIA - Not always the most dependable but is proven over the distance. Went close over the short course last weekend and will have her chances 8. DEESSE DE L'OISON - Went into her spell on a high note and picked up precisely where she left off. In better company for her first time on the long course but should still acquit herself competitively 9. DALABAMA - Moderate sort that can prove a handful and latest effort leaves a lot to be desired 10. DARLING FRANBLEU - Consistently gives everything she has. Drops marginally back in category after a respectable effort over course and distance and should not be too far off the mark 11. DIANE D'HAUFOR - Looking a different horse in recent months. Has never failed to impress under these conditions and can pull off the hat-trick 12. DANAE QUESNOT - Not the most productive of horses but encouraged over shorter on penultimate start. Still has more to find though 13. DOLGA DU POMMEREUX - Has raced respectably this winter but unthreatening last time and must show improvement 14. DYNA D'ERPION - Talented mare with a good entry here but regularly shows a lack of discipline. Could get a look in though if she can maintain stride

6 (11) DIANE D'HAUFOR scored two in a row on the short course last month and should be even better suited to the outer track. The hat-trick is a distinct possibility. (3) DAISY TEAM won over course and distance last month before a brace of moderate performances but going barefoot for the first time should see her back in the thick of things. (6) DEUX ETOILES GEDE is unbeaten when driven by Raffin and also looks a player. (8) DEESSE DE L'OISON takes her first steps on the long track but after a fine comeback win can be assured significant support. (11) DIANE D'HAUFOR - (3) DAISY TEAM - (6) DEUX ETOILES GEDE - (8) DEESSE DE L'OISON

7 Race 4 1. MOVING ON - Handy sort on a good day but is pitted against much better horses and will have her work cut out 2. UNE SERENADE - A model of consistency since the autumn. Fine runner-up in a G.III over longer here two weeks ago and from the 2-spot can make a big impact 3. DAWANA - No longer the horse she once was but drops down the class ladder. Is well placed in front and going barefoot for the first time will do her no disservice 4. ORIENT HORSE - A total disappointment leading up to the break and not a realistic proposition 5. CALL ME KEEPER - Undeniably talented but has not had the best of luck this winter. Is well-placed in front and can make amends 6. TREASURE KRONOS - Consistently gives a good account of herself and looks a serious prospect in this category. Claim 7. UZA JOSSELYN - Classy individual that has won at the highest level. Beaten in the Prix d'amerique preps but in this company can have her way 8. DANTE BOKO - Very fast individual that is proven under these conditions and in current form can make his presence felt 9. CASH GAMBLE - Hardly set a foot wrong last year. Surprisingly below-par behind (7) UZA JOSSELYN mid-december but has had time to freshen up and can redeem himself 10. TESTIMONIAL OK - Ended last season on a low note and has since picked up where he left off. Disregard 11. COQUIN BEBE - Finished third in the Criterium des 5 Ans last time out but unlikely to shake things up on his return from a long absence 12. ZONGULDAK - Handy sort but has no references at this level and can be passed over 13. URLO DEI VENTI - Excellent Italian trotter that ran third to Carat Williams in a G.II last time out. Has not been seen out since early November but has front shoes off and must not be underestimated 14. CARABINIERI - Pleased over the summer but has since lost his way and will have nothing to offer 15. AVENIR DE BLAY - Has been in flying form this winter. More of a stayer but pleased on his only start over the trip and should not be ruled out

8 (7) UZA JOSSELYN has only failed to sparkle this season when pitted against elite horses. She comes here fresh after dominating the good Afghan Barbes last month and can repeat. The biggest threat to her supremacy must be the classy (6) TREASURE KRONOS who missed out by little in her efforts to qualify for the Prix d'amerique. The unlucky (5) CALL ME KEEPER has a good spot behind the car and can redeem himself but Kihlstrom will need to keep a watchful eye on the ever-consistent (2) UNE SERENADE who trotted third to the favourite mid- December. (8) DANTE BOKO returns to France fresh from a fruitful stint in Sweden and can also get a look in. (7) UZA JOSSELYN - (6) TREASURE KRONOS - (5) CALL ME KEEPER - (2) UNE SERENADE - (8) DANTE BOKO - (9) CASH GAMBLE - (15) AVENIR DE BLAY - (3) DAWANA

9 Race 5 1. TELLMEASTORY - Useful Swedish raider that was not entirely at ease on comeback here early January but races over longer this time and can make amends 2. THIAGO THREE - Moderate Italian import that has not been seen out since July and will need the race 3. TARIM - Very hard to fault for the past 12 months. Goes barefoot for the first time and although unraced for two months can still play a small role 4. ZOKO LANE - Got off to a difficult start on Vincennes debut early January but is a horse of considerable ability and the new shoeing formula should prove just the ticket 5. NOBEL AMOK - Serious Scandinavian type with an enviable strike rate. Is barefoot for his maiden Vincennes appearance and must be respected 6. CAPRAIO - Quality individual that has hardly set a foot wrong all winter. Finished close to (13) CYRIEL D'ATOM here three weeks ago and with hind shoes off this time can make a big impact 7. CLEMENZA AM - Tough Swedish trotter making just his second start back. Has never made any impact here but will still generate some interest 8. STILL LOVING YOU - Hardy Finnish sort but has done nothing of note here this winter and can be ruled out 9. TINAMO JET - Decent type in his native Sweden but has not been very productive this winter. Encouraged last time though and with Nivard in the hot seat could get a look in 10. VASTERBO HARD CASH - Fine Swedish trotter that got the season off to a good start but has failed to produce the goods since. Drops back in class though and if applied can play an important role 11. CASTING DE CHENU - Got back in the game here last weekend when racing for Bazire for the first time. Moves up a category and with the boss in the sulky could even win this 12. CICERO NOA - Has not been at his most productive this winter and needs to step up his game 13. CYRIEL D'ATOM - In the frame in two of his last three here and latterly in a Class A over course and distance. Drops a level and with hind shoes off for the first time can play a leading role 14. CURLY LIGHT - Failed to finish closer than 6th in as many races here last year. Is currently in decent shape though and will have his supporters

10 (11) CASTING DE CHENU left quite the impression for his new trainer here last weekend and despite moving up a category should still be good enough to impose. He is unlikely to have it all his own way though considering how well (13) CYRIEL D'ATOM acquitted himself in a Class A three weeks ago and racing unshod behind can only enhance his prospects. The able (6) CAPRAIO finished close to him that time and will leave his hind shoes at home for the occasion. Robert Bergh sends the talented (5) NOBEL AMOK to France for the first time and in present condition looks good enough to pick up a stake. (11) CASTING DE CHENU - (13) CYRIEL D'ATOM - (6) CAPRAIO - (5) NOBEL AMOK

11 Race 6 1. EMOTIONLESS - Latest results not indicative of her true worth. Can get a look in if applied 2. ECLIPSE DESBOIS - Respectable filly that regularly gives her best. Decent 4th over 2700m last time but still has more to find 3. EVITA HAUFOR - Delicate sort that won smartly over 2850m earlier this month when barefoot for the first time. Same formula and could double up 4. ELEMINE DE VALFORG - Complicated sort but can trot when behaved. Hind shoes off for the first time and will have her supporters 5. EPONA DU RIB - Won over track and trip early last month but well below-par since and no threat 6. ENSKA - Faithful campaigner for the most part. Surprise 4th over course and distance early January and should receive some support 7. ELLORA DU CEDRE - Back at the top of her game after a pair of early winter blips. Steps up in class but a minor place chance all the same 8. ELISKA BERRY - Pleased on the short course mid-month and with Bazire at the helm this time can be assured a competitive drive 9. VIOLET EFFE - Highly impressive in Italy since the autumn. Comes here on a hat-trick and should figure prominently 10. VELINA GIO - Makes an ambitious trip from Italy but gave a fine account in a G.III on her only start over the distance here and could well impose this time 11. ECLIPSE D'AUVRECY - Has finished in the frame just once in last six and can be passed over 12. EMMY JOYEUSE - Moderate dual-purpose sort in better company and has no realistic chance 13. ELEGANCE ELDE - Respectable during the spring but lost her way over the autumn. Unraced for three months and will need the outing 14. VANITY LUIS - Hardy transalpine filly that was sanctioned on only start here. Finished 4th in the Italian Oaks though and worth noting 15. EUREKA DU FOSSE - Won over shorter earlier in the meeting but disappointing since and chances limited (10) VELINA GIO acquitted herself well in a G.III over course and distance here during the summer and does not make the long trip to Paris in order to see the sights. The delicate (3) EVITA HAUFOR got right back in the game over longer

12 early January when barefoot for the first time and looks the principal danger. (9) VIOLET EFFE comes here fresh following a rewarding stint in Italy and with shoes off for the occasion must be respected. Recent results belie (1) EMOTIONLESS's real value and with hind shoes off can make amends. (10) VELINA GIO - (3) EVITA HAUFOR - (9) VIOLET EFFE - (1) EMOTIONLESS

13 Race 7 1. DOROTHEE - Rather ordinary type that has placed just once from seven in this code and has no realistic chance 2. UNGOLD WINNER - Modest sort that has been sanctioned in seven of last nine and can expect to have few friends 3. UPTOWN KRONOS - Disqualified on her only start under the saddle. Is in decent form though and going unshod in front will do her chances no harm 4. DAISY D'ATOUT - Not the most productive this winter with just one place from five outings and must show improvement 5. DIS MOI DE HOUELLE - Classy mare that recently acquitted herself well when second in the race of reference and will be justifiably well supported 6. DAISY MAISY - Put in two fine efforts before being sanctioned behind (10) DARLING BERRY when full of running. Goes barefoot for the first time in this code and with application will have a part to play 7. DIANE DU PARCQ - Yet to win on the outer course but encouraged when third in the race of reference. More a minor place chance this time around though 8. DAME DE BELLOUET - Impressive in both ridden starts to date. Comes here fresh and although stepping up in class should still figure prominently 9. DIANE DE FREDLAU - Decent sort that finished fourth to (10) DARLING BERRY last time but stays shod and others preferred 10. DARLING BERRY - Quality mare that beat some good elements here over course and distance three weeks ago and is not incapable of repeating 11. DAYTONA JET - Very hard to knock in this branch of the game. Is proven under these conditions and after a good G.II performance three weeks ago looks a serious prospect 12. DARLING LORRAINE - Debuts in the discipline but has decent credentials in the other code. Form is not in doubt and should acquit herself honestly (10) DARLING BERRY pulled off quite the win over course and distance three weeks ago and would just need to repeat that effort to score again. The consistent (5) DIS MOI DE HOUELLE finished a good runner-up that day and can again go close but will first have to see off the classy (11) DAYTONA JET who most recently trotted a fine third in a competitive G.II. (6) DAISY MAISY never fails to please when applied and with shoes off for the occasion will be no pushover.

15 Race 8 1. ROBINIA - Good Italian mare dropping down the class ladder. In fine condition and from the inside line can make a big impact 2. ARCHIBALD - Has shown nothing since returning from an extended layoff and will have few friends here 3. PICARD DEL RONCO - Decent sort on a good day. Stays shod this time but ideally placed in front and can get a look in 4. QUINCY FRONTLINE - Has enjoyed a fine run since late summer. Shoes back on but has a plum spot on the front line and could pleasantly surprise 5. ARMADA BUROISE - Reliability not her strong suit but drops down the class ladder and is well positioned behind the car. Minor place chance 6. VENUS DU ROSAY - Finished runner-up over course and distance earlier this month before pulling off a valuable Class D a week later. Races shod this time but still worth a small consideration 7. BLACK CHARM - Has done nothing of note since the summer and unlikely to worry the opposition 8. EMMETT BROWN - Speedy sort with excellent form over the distance. Gave a fine account in a Class C recently and although drawn wide should still have his way 9. AHRIMA TURGOT - Sprang a surprise when winning a Class C over 2100m on the long course last weekend and in similar form can play a leading role 10. BARONNE VA BENE - Pleased in an amateur event over the distance earlier in the month. Twice failed to confirm since and not a priority 11. BALADE DANOVER - Handy sort that recently pleased under the saddle but with shoes on will struggle under harness 12. DANNE EDEL - Moderate Swedish type making his French debut. Is barefoot for the occasion and will have his supporters 13. ANGEL DARK - Pleased in a claimer last Monday but starts on the back line and in this company will have his work cut out 14. VERY MOSSA - Modest individual that has had no joy at Vincennes this winter and poses no threat 15. BULLYOUNG - Not the most dependable trotter here but is confirmed over the trip and if focused will have a good card to play 16. VENUS D'AUNAY - Useful mare in the other discipline but has nothing going for her here and can be ruled out

16 Given his form at a considerably better level and that he will be partnered by the able Michel Poirier (8) EMMETT BROWN must be considered the horse to beat here. (9) AHRIMA TURGOT showed a different side to herself last weekend when pulling off a success over the distance here. He goes barefoot again and must not be underestimated this time around. The Italian (1) ROBINIA comes fresh to France and with the inside line looks a player. (15) BULLYOUNG is neither reliable nor well-drawn but a repeat of his penultimate performance would see him finish in the mix. (5) ARMADA BUROISE benefits from a better spot in front and will have her chances. (8) EMMETT BROWN - (9) AHRIMA TURGOT - (1) ROBINIA - (15) BULLYOUNG - (5) ARMADA BUROISE

17 Race 9 1. ELEGANTE MIKA - Respectable but not the best trotter in the field and will need to pull a rabbit out of the hat 2. EGERIE RAPID - Not once out of the frame when applied. Has not been seen out for two months but should nonetheless give a good account 3. ETINCELANTE OHEM - Pleased during the summer but has since lost her way and will struggle to leave her mark 4. ETINCELLE DE ROCHA - Modest individual that regularly shows a lack of discipline and will have her work cut out 5. EXCELLE STAR - Kicked her ridden career off nicely but less effective in last two. Hind shoes off for the occasion but others still preferred 6. ETORKIZUNA - Made decent progress in her last two ridden starts. Steps up in class but is barefoot this time and will have her supporters 7. EDENE L'AUVERGNIER - Tricky sort but otherwise a good filly in the discipline. Is unshod behind this time and if applied can play a major part 8. EVIDENCE FLY - Talented but can prove a handful. Drops back in category following a moderate Class B effort and can play a more active role this time 9. EUREKA DE TILLARD - Solid in both codes so far. Won her only ridden start and after a promising comeback run under harness should be able to give this a good go 10. EASY IS BACK - Delicate but has shown good aptitude under harness and if ability transitions should give a competitive account 11. ETOILE SUEDOISE - Got straight off the mark at her first attempt in this code ahead of (7) EDENE L'AUVERGNIER and on good behaviour can double her money 12. EMERAUDE DEL PHEDO - Solid so far in this branch of the game but lost her action last time. Beat (13) ERIS DE FREDLAU over shorter here mid- December and looks a player once again 13. ERIS DE FREDLAU - Still a maiden from 13 but has demonstrated good aptitude for the specialty. Races barefoot for the first time and can play an important role (11) ETOILE SUEDOISE struck gold late December on her first start under the saddle at the expense of the talented but delicate (7) EDENE L'AUVERGNIER and even though the latter goes unshod behind for the first time she is unlikely to turn the tables. (9) EUREKA DE TILLARD is another that got straight off the mark

18 in ridden competition - she made a promising comeback under harness and should get straight back down to business. (10) EASY IS BACK takes her first competitive steps in this code but has shown enough with a sulky to have convinced many. (11) ETOILE SUEDOISE - (7) EDENE L'AUVERGNIER - (9) EUREKA DE TILLARD - (10) EASY IS BACK

DON'T WORRY - Still a maiden after eleven runs but did put in a couple of good efforts here recently 2. DOULOS - One success from twelve outings but the feeling is that he is on the downgrade 3. DAY FOR VEGA - Just a few places from his ten career runs and is a case of must do a lot better 4. DIABLE AU CORPS - One victory from eight runs and might be one to put in some sort of challenge 5. DOUGLASS - Not too much promise in six outings and a poor effort on his chase debut here this month 6. DAKAR - Unplaced in all three outings to date over hurdles and hard to recommend on chase debut 7. DARJEELING PECOS - Finished third twice at Fontainebleau last Spring. Could improve from recent run here Although still a maiden after eleven starts (1) DON'T WORRY has had a few decent placed efforts including third behind Deal Baie in a chase here earlier this month. This looks a good opportunity to record his first success. (4) DIABLE AU CORPS can improve from his recent chase debut and must be respected. (7) DARJEELING PECOS and (2) DOULOS are next best. (1) DON'T WORRY - (4) DIABLE AU CORPS - (7) DARJEELING PECOS - (2) DOULOS

20 Race 2 1. PITON DES NEIGES - Third in a Grade Two chase at Auteuil in November and must be respected here 2. JATILUWIH - An impressive winner here earlier last time out and not without a chance today 3. RHODAX - Won on both of his chase starts to date here and at Clairefontaine. Not ruled out 4. CALINIGHT - Placed in four of his seven runs before winning over hurdles here six days ago. Stiffer test today 5. ECLAIR DES BRIERES - Has shown some ability over both hurdles and fences but faces a tough test here Just five runners go to post here and preference is for (1) PITON DES NEIGES who has decent chase form at Auteuil including third in a Grade Two chase there in November. He gets the vote ahead of (2) JATILUWIH who was an impressive winner here recently and has scope for improvement again. (4) CALINIGHT and (3) RHODAX can chase them home. (1) PITON DES NEIGES - (2) JATILUWIH - (4) CALINIGHT - (3) RHODAX

21 Race 3 1. NET LADY - Three wins and a third from five runs at this track. Respected again today 2. COTE MER - Seven time winner from twenty eight starts and makes his Cross Country debut today 3. LOBERO - Runner up third and a faller on his three starts at this discipline. Place prospects 4. CHAOUIA - Won a chase at Toulouse last March and won here on her Cross Country debut last month. Can be in the mix 5. CHAMPI DE BERSY - One success from thirteen career runs and well beaten on his Cross Country debut here this month 6. POST SCRIPTUM - Is still zero from twenty but a fair effort here earlier this month behind Diesel D'Allier 7. CARMICIANE - Unplaced behind Chaquia in a Cross County race here last month and a faller last time out (1) NET LADY has an excellent record around here which includes three wins from five runs. She had the decent Carlota Roque back in second here this month and looks the one to beat again today. (4) CHAOUIA won here on her Cross Country debut here last month and looks the main danger. (2) COTE MER and (3) LOBERO are next best. (1) NET LADY - (4) CHAOUIA - (2) COTE MER - (3) LOBERO

22 Race 4 1. TROUSSEAU - Easy winner of a claiming hurdle here early last month but a few poor efforts since 2. ELFY JAMES - Won one from six on the flat and got off the mark over hurdles at Cagnes this month. Respected 3. SILVER GEM - Fifth on both of her flat starts and pulled up here on her two hurdle runs 4. JOLIE DODVILLE - Easy winner of a claiming hurdle here last time out and not ruled out again today 5. ELOHA - Won a claiming hurdle at Nantes last time out in November and can be in the mix here 6. GABI'S LAD - Has not run since December of 2016 before being pulled up over hurdles here this month 7.
