Back Order Policy: All backorders $100 and over will be shipped when merchandise becomes available unless otherwise specified by the customer. Backorders under $100 or older than 60 days automatically cancel and product should be reordered. Backorders with missing or invalid payment information automatically cancel after 30 days. Freight on all backorders is the responsibility of the customer. Damage Policy: All damages, defectives, or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Credit will not be issued after this time. Return Policy: Returns will not be accepted unless approved in advance by Customer Service ( ). Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fees. Products must be received in original packaging. Price-tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned. When returning damaged or defective product, credit will be issued after return is inspected. A 15% restocking fee and freight charges may be applied if product is found to be in sellable condition. Refused orders will be assessed freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Cancellation Policy: Customer is responsible for freight charges and restocking fees on orders cancelled after shipment.
