In relation to sports betting accounts, all Directors are required to provide to the Integrity Department of the BHA a list of betting operators with which accounts are currently held (either directly or as part of a syndicate, where it is permitted), excluding (i) betting operators which do not accept bets on British Racing, and (ii) accounts which have been inactive for more than 3 years. Where a Director is contractually prohibited from betting on British Racing, or voluntarily elects not to do so, this is specified below. Betting accounts may be subject to randomised audits by the Integrity Department, carried out on an annual basis.
