1 Riverside Ranch Cindy McCraw th St SE Sultan Washington USA Ph: Frozen Semen Only Breeding Contract MACHINE MADE Owned by Dr. Cory Seebach and Dr. Candice Hall This certifies, here referred to as Mare Owner/Agent, has engaged one service to the stallion MACHINE MADE, AQHA # for the mare Reg # for the breeding season. The mare owner agrees to pay a breeding fee of $ $500 frozen semen fee which includes a $500 nonrefundable booking fee, any deviation from these terms must be specified in writing and signed by Cindy McCraw of Riverside Ranch via E mail All payments must be made payable in US FUNDS to Riverside Ranch/Cindy McCraw Regardless of whether the breeding is through a service auction, donated or reduced breeding agreement, a $500 non- refundable booking fee is still applicable for all contracts. PLEASE NOTE: Frozen semen will be released no more than two doses per cycle at 8 straws per dose. The first 2 doses at $500. Paid for at time of contract payment. Do not split the doses unless using the ICSI procedure in this case you will still pay a per cycle semen fee of $500. Use all provided straws per dose as intended. Additional frozen doses may be purchased at the fee of $500. Per one or $750. Per two doses to be released no more than two doses per cycle at 8 straws per dose. Every dose of semen must be approved and signed off on by Riverside Ranch. If mare fails to conceive within two cycles proof from vet of mare starting regumate at 6 days past ovulation will be required on third cycle. If mare fails to conceive on third cycle a uterine biopsy will be required before any further semen will be released on said mare.

3 No semen will be released for shipment without a signed release form from Cindy McCraw or Dana Eddy of Riverside Ranch so PLEASE contact via before trying to order semen. Communications must be made via to riversideranchtexas@gmail.com as well as Texting direct to Cindy and Dana PRE-BREEDING ARRANGEMENTS : The mare owner must provide the following to Riverside Ranch when making a booking: 1. Copy of both sides of registration certificate, if breeding a thoroughbred mare, an AQHA assigned T number is mandatory for registration. 2. Completed Information Sheet 3. Copy of signed breeding contract 4. Frozen semen addendum complete 5. Proof of current veterinary reproductive exam, normal uterine cytology and / or uterine culture. 6. All Applicable Fees: and credit card info I. The booking fee/stud fee as well as first two doses of semen must be paid in full, before any frozen semen will be released for shipment. II.

4 Any incomplete registration certification or unpaid fees will result in a hold of the mare s name on the appropriate stallion breeding report. III. Semen will not be released for shipment to any mare unless a current credit card number and expiration date with 3dig code are on file with Riverside Ranch office or all fees paid in advance by money order/bank wire/or pay pal Breeding Arrangements: 1. Frozen semen will be shipped from the facilities direct. They will not be able to ship to you without a release form from Riverside Ranch being signed off. Please check with the facility to confirm shipping days and costs of shipping. 2. Every effort will be made to accommodate your mare s breeding time-frame; however, it is the mare owner s responsibility to pay fees to release semen shipments timely to your mares cycle. Failure to adhere to these arrangements may result in missed heats and delayed shipments, at the mare owner s expense. A veterinarian knowledgeable in successful insemination techniques must oversee off site inseminations, in order to maximize the potential of a timely pregnancy. 3. Semen that is picked up from a facility will have a pick-up fee and/or rental fee of tank. Mare owner is responsible to call ahead and find out these fees as semen will not be released unless appropriate fees have been paid. 4. If a mare dies or is deemed unfit to breed during the breeding season, a substitute mare, approved by the stallion owner, may be bred without any additional fee 5. The mare owner agrees to have the mare checked by ultrasound no later than 18 days after insemination. If ultrasound is not available, mare owner agrees to have the mare checked for pregnancy by licensed veterinarian within 30 days of insemination. Mare owner agrees to provide Riverside Ranch with the results of the pregnancy exam no later than 30 days after insemination. 6. Live foal guarantee: A live foal is defined as one that will stand and nurse. If foal is born dead, mare owner agrees to furnish the stallion owner within 7 days a veterinarian s certificate describing the occurrence. In such a case return privileges

5 will be available for one year only. Rebreeds must pay the re-breed chute fee and any shipping/additional semen charges are applicable. If the mare aborts or fails to conceive, she may return during the current breeding season. If it becomes too late to re-breed a mare during the current season, she may be bred the following year ONLY, provided a re-breed chute fee of $350 is paid and all relevant shipping charges. If the mare owner fails to rebreed the mare the following year, then any and all fees become forfeited, the right to rebreed is cancelled and the stallion owner is released from all further obligation of this contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties. Shipment Information for Frozen Semen 1. It is mare owner s responsibility to check with the facility on ordering and shipping instructions. 2. It is the mare owner s responsibility to return a copy of the INSEMINATION CERTIFICATE, signed by administering Veterinarian or Breeding Facility Manager to Riverside Ranch, and forward a signed copy of the certificate to the appropriate Breed Registry. Mare owner is also responsible for blood typing or DNA testing the mare as per AQHA rule#209 or APHA rule RG Mare will not be put on a stallion breeding report unless all fees have been paid in full, a copy of the insemination certificate has been received by Riverside Ranch and a last breeding date has been provided. Any late breeding date notifications will result in additional fees to add to a breeding report late at mare owner s expense. 4. Mare owner must notify Riverside Ranch of any unused frozen semen straws in the possession of the mare owner. 5. Unused semen may be used to produce additional foals by mare owner only if an additional stud fee is paid for in advance of use of semen held by mare owner. 6. Any additional foals produced via embryo transfer or ICSI will require an additional stud fee of each said embryo within 30 days of transfer date. MARE OWNER MUST NOTIFY US IF MARE IS IN FOAL AND PROVIDE LAST BREEDING DATE!
