2 ACCOMMODATION The duck hunting at Santo Domingo Lodge is simply the best opportunity for sportsmen and women in search of a high-volume duck hunt in South America. Santo Domingo Lodge is a lodge created for duck hunters. The lodge has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms which can accommodate 6 to 7 hunters. There is a grand living and dining room and lounge, a separate gun and tackle area and a popular outdoor fire pit with sitting area and open bar. Guests of Santo Domingo can expect traditional Argentinian cuisine prepared by a professional chef, accompanied by fine regional wines. Internet access is fully available at the lodge, phone service and direct TV as well as A/C in all rooms. 3 THE SHOOTING While Argentina is best known for its dove hunting destinations, we strive to produce a duck hunting experience equal in quality. With a vast population of ducks, liberal limits and availability to shoot up to 11 species makes this region of Argentina a mecca for South American water fowling. The hunting is over decoys and every hunter is accompanied with a trained guide. During a typical hunting day, hunters will shoot between 3 to 4 boxes in the morning and an average of 2 boxes of shells in the afternoon. 4 LOCATION Santo Domingo Lodge is located 180 km from the city of Buenos Aires, near the town of Villa Paranacito, in the province of Entre Rios. Its proximity to the international airport EZE, makes for a quick transfer of only 2 hours. The property has an area of 2250 hectares "5500 acres" of ponds, marshes, and estuaries. The large population of ducks and other waterfowl make this a natural paradise for the avid duck hunter. The duck hunting we offer is unique, all ponds are located within 10 minutes from the lodge. There is also the possibility to combine your duck hunting experience with dove, perdiz, and dorado fishing at La Paz or Cangue Lodge only 2 hs transfer from Santo Domingo. 4/7
