Plus: ABG 2014; WAG 2015; ABG 2016?; WUG 2017?; TWG 2017; WBG & ABG & AG 2018? Are the classical events too difficult to host? WLC still not really operating as it should 9

10 Item 6 - CIMA Bureau report on its activity since the last plenary - continued Major issues (continued): Breitling 2014 New payment to commissions which have no headline Breitling events Received payment of EUR on the basis of: EPSC 2014: CHF 900 WMC & WPC 2014: CHF 1500 Bureau decided to grant these sums to each organizer as a discount off sanction fees. In retrospect, should the total sum have been allocated per competitor? Performance bonds Some commissions require organizer to put up a bond which is returnable upon successful completion of the event. 10

RTP suspended for good behaviour as from 2015 Anti Doping at other events 3 random tests were conducted at ABG Japan NOC charge for pre-testing before ABG Jury President report form Designed to make calculating sanction fees easier 11

CIMA s primary source of income is sanction fees 30 per competitor or team leader in Category 1 championships 50 per World League Cup event (Category 2) CIMA s primary expense is President s travel To the FAI General Conference To the CIMA annual plenary meeting CIMA cannot have a negative balance CIMA must have a reserve

27 Item 6 - CIMA Bureau report on its activity since the last plenary - continued 27 Major issues (continued): October: FAI General Conference, Pattaya (continued) Election of FAI President No contest John Grubbstrom re-elected by acclamation (though for some reason a vote was held anyway, and there was a surprising number of abstentions.) Election of Executive Board Statutes 7 candidates to fill 6 places. The one with the most votes was Alvaro de ORLEANS BORBON and the one with the least: Mr. Robert CLIPSHAM - Lately the Executive Director (finance). New members include Agust Gudmundsson (CIVL), Jill Rayner (IPC) and Niels-Christian Levin Hansen (IPC) The need for commission delegates to be approved by GC is abolished. FAI Secretariat is still that. (Not Head Office)
