1 Human Hamster Balls & Conditions Human Hamster Balls purchased from Gameops.com have a limited warranty on craftsmanship. If there is a manufacturing error, such as seam that is not sealed completely, we will repair the seam. Due to the hamster balls being used in ways out of our control or direction and not specified or recommended by the manufacturer we can not incur responsibility for damages that occur during use. If damages cannot be fixed with the repair kit included with the hamster ball purchase, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to and fro the production facility, as well as, all repair costs dictated by the production repair experts. Our Human Hamster Balls are custom made to order with your colors (and optional logo panel). We do not accept returns on these items. We also have some limitation shipping spheres to cold climates during the winter. In our experience with shipping (especially outside the US where shipments may be left in cold storage during customs clearing) to cold destinations has had problems with damage during shipping. If the shipping box has long exposure to cold temperatures (below 40 degrees) the poly can become brittle and crack in transit. This type of damage is not covered by FedEx and out of our control, so we will not ship under these conditions. Caution Opening your Hamster Balls Hamster Balls ship in a cardboard box. DO NOT USE ANY SHARP objects to open the box. A box cutter can severely damage your spheres. If your sphere is damaged in transit you must communicate that with the shipper immediately and file a claim with them (Fedex).

If you receive your Hamster Balls when the temperatures are under 40 F degrees, you must bring the box indoors and allow it to warm to room temperature for at least 24 hours before opening.

Cold temperatures make the poly brittle and you can damage your spheres unpacking them before they are warm. Craftsmanship Before the Spheres leave our production facility they are fully inflated and tested. We warranty seams for 1 year, so in the unlikely event a sphere seam is not sealed we will repair during the first year. Care of your Human Hamster Balls Human Hamster Balls are crafted from a durable poly, however for these spheres to last and maintain the ability to hold air you need to care for the spheres when packing, inflating and using them. Transport Human Hamster Balls should never be dragged across any surface. Rough surfaces like asphalt or cement can rub a hole into your poly quickly if your balls are dragged across it. Balls should be carefully rolled and lifted into storage bags for transport. Storage One of the most critical steps in taking proper care of Human Spheres is how they are rolled (not folded) when you are ready to return them to their transportation bags. When your event is complete, open zipper and allow the Spheres to deflate. Begin to roll each unit away from the zipper. Be sure that zipper is on OUTSIDE edge of the Sphere. You do not need to roll Spheres tightly as the transportation bag is designed to be oversize. This allows for plenty of room for the units. Do not stuff or force units into the bags. When transporting, never toss or throw units into vehicle. Do not stack or Store anything on top on the units. Cold Temperatures Colder temperatures make the poly more brittle. When using on ice, use extra care and allow spheres to warm before rolling and packing.

3 Use For best results, your contestants should wear only socks inside the spheres. Keys and sharp objects should be removed from pockets. Helmets and pads should be worn at all times by anyone inside the Human Hamster Balls. Zippers Our air-tight zippers need to be lubricated frequently. We've included a tube of Zippy Cool zipper lubricant for you. This will help open and close zippers and help your zippers last longer. Failure to lubricate zippers can cause zippers to become difficult to open or zippers to break. Broken zippers must be replaced by our production staff. (see repair information below) You should lubricate both the main zipper and the emergency zipper after each use. Repairs Included in your Human Hamster Ball Kit is a TEAR-Aid, which is a powerful adhesive tape to repair poly. This product can repair tears and cuts up to 12 inches. See TEAR-Aid product for repair instructions. For tears larger than 12 inches it is likely you will need to send back to our production facility. Repairs are made with a strip of clear poly that is glued over the tear. This makes the repair strong and durable, and is typically difficult to see from more than a few feet away. For repairs: When you have a damaged sphere please follow these repair instructions: 1. If hole is larger than 12 inches and TEAR-Aid is not large enough to patch, ship the sphere only (not the blower) to the address below. 2. Let us know it's coming: team@gameops.com your name, address, details about the damage, and the TRACKING information for the shipment. We can then follow your package and arrange for a production time to make the repairs quickly when it arrives. Failure to notify us will cause delays since your repair will not be scheduled until it arrives. 3. We will access the damage and you the price for repairs. 4. Once you approve of the cost, we invoice and begin the repairs. 5. Due to our production time lines, we are not able to RUSH repairs. Typically our production can complete the repairs in 5-7 business days. Allow for one day for glue to dry and time to ship back (via Ground). We will bill the return cost of shipping with your repair invoice. Cost Notes: Here is a general estimate for repair costs. Prices vary, since some damage is more difficult to patch, so please use this as a guide not a firm quote. Repairs of cuts and holes: $75 per hour. Most cuts from 1-3 feet long can be completed in 1-2 hours.

Aspan Ave. Suite #6 Azusa, CA Human Hamster Ball Operating Instructions The Customer s responsibilities include operating Human Hamster Balls in a safe manner. Never leave the equipment alone where unauthorized persons might try to operate the units themselves. Never allow 2 participants to run into walls or off the designated course. If the participant does not understand or does not operate the unit by the rules, you must remove the participant from the game. Safety is our first concern for the participants as well as for the equipment. HUMAN HAMSTER BALL SET-UP & OPERATION 1. Human Spheres are designed for use only on a smooth surface, such as carpet, Astroturf, foam or grass (not wet). Certain wear and tear is to be expected. Do not use on Asphalt, cement or any other surface that may cause damage to the Sphere. Use on ice increases chances of being damaged, and cautions should be used when handling spheres after use on ice. Limit the time spheres are on the ice for best results. 2. Shoes must be removed and socks worn at all times. Headgear must be worn at all times. Knee pads must be worn at all times. 3. One suggestion for the design of your course is an S Curve. (Since this is a free form game, you may want to design a course to fit your area. 4. Suggestion to play: Each opponent starts at the opposite end of the course, but must remain in his or her own lane. The first to navigate the course without moving any cones and bursts a balloon at the finish line wins the race. Each cone that is moved adds 5 seconds to the time. You may want to use a stopwatch to time each runner to see who is the fastest for the entire event. START THE RACES 1. Each participant puts on headgear and knee pads. Inflate each Sphere with the leaf blower and carefully help hold the zipper open to allow the first opponent to enter. Gently close the zipper, lubricating with Bees Wax/Zippy Cool every other time a contestant enters sphere! When the Sphere is closed, the Sphere will retain air for approximately 30 minutes. Each runner will be in the Sphere for a minute or two.

5 2. IMPORTANT: DOES NOT FORCE OR JERK THE ZIPPER, while opening or closing. 3. Direct each runner to his or her starting line. Two referees take their positions at each finish line. One referee can be positioned in the middle to note and reposition any moved cones. Center referee raises his arm to visually signal the runners, blows a whistle and the race is on! 4. Never allow more than one player at a time in the sphere. 5. Be sure to keep your eyes constantly on the game while it is play. You need to make sure that there isn t a player that panics (claustrophobia) and wants out of the sphere. 6. Persons with back, neck, knee or joint injuries, respiratory problems, or who may be pregnant, should not participate in this event. WARNING!!! Do not allow spheres near water, such as pools, lakes, rivers etc. Think safety!
