3 2019 Chairman Letter April 2019 Yetta Hey! Hope all had a good time at Whirly Ball. I was enjoying some good R&R at Hocking Hills. The Adventure Princesses invited us to face paint for the younger girls during their Easter Party. Looking for a few 1 st and 2 nd year girls to volunteer to help face paint. We have paint ball coming up, please RSVP by April 14 th. We have the Indians game on a Friday this year, July 12 th. That was the only day we can all sit together in the same section with out moving for the Fireworks. Game start at 7pm with a block party before the game. This will be 1 of 2 fireworks shows they are doing for Rock n Blast. This is always a fun family event. Please RSVP, ASAP. We must give up unused seats by June. (2 hot dogs, chips and drinks) Grills will be available if Dads want to bring something else. Feel free to bring snacks to share. ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO USE BARREL SOCKS (COVERS) AND CHRONOGRAPH UNDER THE SPECIFIC FIELD LIMIT FOR THE DAY ( fps) FIELD PAINT ONLY FACILITY NO WALK ON PAINT ALLOWED On site Pro Shop if you need to purchase extras I.E. Chest Protectors, Paintballs, Etc. Additional paint available on the field $6.00 for 100 paintballs and $25.00 for 500 paintballs. REGISTRATION DEADLINE April 14 th 2019!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I acknow ledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participating in the Activity. I fully understand that this Activity involve risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be cause by my own action, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the Releasee named below; and that there may be other risks either not known at the time or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Five Alarm Paintball and / or SEKTOR 7, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers and employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the RELEASEES herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to have caused in whole or in part by the negligence or the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Releases, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the releases from any loss, liability, damage or cost which may incur as the result of such claim. (Bring Your Bikes!!!) This years theme will be protect our Earth. I have a plot of land that will be sectioned off and prepped for all outposts to plant perrenial flowers. All participants will recieve an environmental badge. Seeds for the flowers will be provided unless as an outpost you bring your own. Glenmont, Ohio Take I-71 South 47 miles (from Pearl Road) Take US-250 Exit 186 towards Ashland (0.3 miles) Turn LEFT onto US-250 W (1.5 miles) Turn LEFT to take US-42 ramp (0.2 mile) Turn RIGHT onto US-42 S (1.4 miles) Turn 2 LEFTS then RIGHT onto OH-60 South towards Loudonville (16.0 miles) In Loudonville turn RIGHT then LEFT onto OH-3 S (1.2 mile) Turn LEFT onto Wally Road (County Road 3175) (8.0 miles) (the last mile is gravel). The correct turn onto Wally Road is across from the Little Brown Inn just past Pizza Hut, Dollar General, and Advanced Auto Parts; If you find that Wally Rd. dead ends within 1 mile you didn t go far enough on OH-3 you re on Old Wally Road Turn LEFT into Mohican Wilderness Campground. Bring just your daughter(s), or your whole family!! Includes a 8-mile canoe, kayak, or inner tube trip on Saturday and two nights camping and hay ride, as well as various other activities at camp. Bring your own camper or tent. YOU are in charge of bringing your own food! Pricing is $30 per person. Note: Children under 6 are free. On Saturday night we will have corn on the cob. The SP grill will be available until Sunday 10AM. Canoeing and hay ride will be on Saturday.
