All the participants made a presentation. Jesper Holm was elected as chairman of the meeting. Agenda of the Meeting: 1. Round the Table. 2 SVEMO: There has been an increase in, with participants per race, which is not fantastic but still quite good. There has been a decrease in Mini, however the license is valid in Mini and many of the license holders are also riding in Mini. After some problems with Anderstorp, the track has been approved by SVEMO and has been used in There have been several events during 2015: - Track days with the touring organization - will continue next year - Nordic championship in July - Club championship will continue next year Next year, there will be a new series of endurance. The plan is to organize 3x6 hour races. There have not been any large problems with tracks or riders this year. The big issue is noise regulations. The limit is 95 db fly by, and this is measured by peak value, not sound over time. SVEMO is trying to come to agreement with the authorities and also to focus on information to the clubs and education of the marshals to ensure that they measure correctly. NMF: There have been several race weekends throughout the season. However, the NMF would like more riders to participate at races and more recruitment from younger generations. The NMF has begun live streaming from this season and has gotten positive feedback from riders and audience. There is not much activity in Mini, currently there is only one club with regular training. SML: There has been 6 events + the national championship of. There are some problems with the organizers; the clubs are not prepared to do what they are expected to as regards the organization of races. There has been 4 mini races, which has been possible because of good support from other disciplines (mini Super Moto). A lot is done to attract children and young people to the sport, for example bikes and equipment can be borrowed in order to let them try the sport. The past few years in have been difficult. There has been a lot of discussions on technical rules between organizers and federations on one side and riders on the other. However there are signs of improvement in the dialogue. There are only a few riders from international championship taking part in the national series. The Finnish teams are well organized and well-funded; however they are spending a lot of time in Europe and are less present in the national races. The biggest concern right now is the marketing of the whole series, as there is lack of audience and the clubs are not capable of promoting it sufficiently. 2 / 5

3 DMU: Mini has been moved to Super Moto which has been good. There is cooperation between the disciplines, which works well. Super Moto Mini classes have moved to the Super Moto group, which means that all the classes are under their responsibility and their arrangements have covered all age groups. This works out well. The number of Super Moto licenses increases. There has been a slight increase of licenses in most classes, except in mini. We have not had a national championship this year, so there has been no reason for having a license. We are working with the mini group to organize a series next year. A lot of young children aged 5-10 are coming in, partly because equipment can be borrowed in the club so that they can try the sport, partly due to the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix, which made a good recruitment ground. In the national championship, we went from stock to open rules 2 years ago. This has been well received by the riders because it is less expensive. We are organizing out events together with the cars. The upside to this is that it provides a lot of spectators, which is good exposure for the riders. The downside is less time to race and for practice. However we will continue with this next year, as it is a good experience for the riders, at least with the A class. The B class might be moved to some different arrangement. Two events have been organized with KMNV at Assen. Visit by FIM Europe President Wolfgang Srb During the Round the table, Wolfgang Srb joined the meeting for a brief talk. One issue was the need for a bridge between the Mini and the Moto 3, as the Moto 3 is too expensive. Wolfgang Srb agreed that something is needed on a cheaper level. He also stressed the difficulty of agreeing on a compromise and said that he has not yet seen a model for how to do it. Another big issue was the noise levels, which is a common challenge. Wolfgang Srb stressed that we must make the next step, or it is made for us. We must push for lower noise levels, strict measures and control, otherwise there will be no future for the sport. It is vital that the national organizations show a good example and inspire for a bottom-up change. It was also mentioned that there is a need for a set of measurement rules which is valid everywhere. As the standing measurement method is under question, it is necessary to investigate the use of the fly-by measurement method to become standard. Finally, the rules on stock vs. open bikes were discussed. On this topic, Wolfgang Srb stressed the necessity of being able to control stock rules. 2. Going through and harmonizing the Nordic Rules No changes have been received prior to the meeting. As no changes are needed, we will proceed with the rules as they are. Naturally, riders who want to participate in the Nordic Championship will have to follow the Nordic rules and use stock bikes, even though the National rules may be different. 3 / 5

4 3. Minutes from the Nordic Meeting in Stockholm in 2014 The minutes were approved with no remarks. 4. Time Schedule Nordic Championship The Nordic Championship 2016 will be held as one event, which the NMF has applied for. It is planned for the 11 th -14 th August In this context, Denmark and Sweden highlighted that when we look at the race this year, we had very few riders in the classes of SBK and SSP. On the other hand, here was a lot of interest in the Moto 3. Therefore, at the meeting it was a demand to the NMF to include at the NC a Moto 3 race. Roy Wetterstad from the NMF replied that the NMF is aware that there have been some challenges regarding the Nordic Championship before, which is why they want to change the concept and try to attract more riders with an interesting and attractive programme for the event. However, there obviously is a difference in focus on classes in each country, and this is an issue which the NMF will take with them and consider in order to co-ordinate the NC in the best way possible. Roy Wetterstad also stated that if Norway will be the host of the Nordic Championship in 2016, the Moto 3 will be included in this as requested by the national representatives present at the meeting. The latter likewise accepted to have the SBK, the SSP and the Side Car included in the programme and to support Norway in arranging the NC on the 11 th -14 th of August Proposals from the Countries: No proposals were received leading up to the NMC meeting. A proposal from SVEMO came up during the meeting: Sweden is planning to establish a race academy around the Honda NSF100. They propose a Nordic cooperation around this, which will allow Danish and Finnish riders to participate in training sessions and perhaps create a race event and maybe in the long run even a cup. Remarks: Jesper Holm, DMU: The DMU is very interested in taking part in this Nordic cooperation. 6. Miscellaneous FIM Seminar for clerk of course: There is a need for a FIM seminar for clerk of course and it makes good sense to make it a Scandinavian seminar. It will be planned for Copenhagen in the end of November/start of December Within the next few months, the other Scandinavian organizations should notify the DMU about the number of expected participants. 4 / 5
