ALL licences will be deposited at sign on and may be collected from the Championship Co-ordinators at the conclusion of the event. ENGINES / NOISE POLLUTION: Engines must not be run at any time before 08.45hrs and after 18.30hrs on Saturday or before 10.40hrs and after 18.30hrs on Sunday. NOISE CHECKING: Noise checking will be carried out by MSA Environmental Scrutineers on entry to the Assembly Area. PADDOCK REGULATIONS FIRE POINTS: The designated points within the paddock area are located in the Scrutineering Bay and in the Paddock Petrol Station PADDOCK REGULATIONS MOTORISED VEHICLES: Motorised paddock vehicles may only be used within the venue during the period from two hours prior to the first scheduled track activity until one hour after the last track activity on each day of the meeting. There is a total ban on their use outside of these times. At no time must Paddock Bikes use either of the circuit tunnels. PADDOCK REGULATIONS GENERAL: Teams may not fly any flags from transporters until after 09:00hrs on Saturday 9 th May. RACE SELECTION PROCEDURES: In events without a class structure the fastest 38 cars (34 racing and sports racing cars up to 2000cc & 28 racing and sports racing cars over 2000cc) in official practice will start in their respective events. ENTRY ONTO THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS: For cars based in the main paddock area, please assemble in the designated assembly area. For practice, you will be signalled to go directly out onto the circuit. For race, you will be signalled to go out onto the circuit, behind an official Championship Parade Car, to complete one lap of the circuit prior to forming on the grid. Cars based in the garages/pit lane will be signalled to leave their garages at the appropriate time in accordance with Championship regulations. EXIT FROM THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS: When the practice or race session has expired as designated by the use of the chequered flag, cars will complete one slowing down lap of the circuit and exit via the pit lane proceeding directly to Parc Fermé except when directed to do otherwise by an Official of the meeting. 3 OFFICIALS INSTRUCTIONS Thruxton Circuit Saturday 09 th & Sunday 10 th May 2015 CAR PASSES: If you have not been issued with a TRACK car label, please park in CAR PARK B on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the main driveway. NO PRIVATE CARS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PADDOCK. Any private cars found in the paddock without a TOCA pass will be towed away to secure storage. Access to the Circuit on Saturday is as usual, but anybody arriving after 08.30hrs on Sunday MUST follow the Directional Signs. Failure to do this could mean you are directed by the Police into the wrong car park, if this happens we cannot move you and you will have to walk in from the Public Car Parks.
